With the development of the times,people’s requirements for communication technology are becoming higher and higher.4G communication technology has been unable to meet development needs,and 5G communication technology has emerged as the times *** article proposes the design of a low-noise amplifier(LNA)that will be used in the 5G band of china mobile Communications.A low noise amplifier for mobile 5G communication is designed based on Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company(TSMC)0.13μm Radio Frequency(RF)Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor(CMOS)*** LNA employs self-cascode devices in current-reuse configuration to enable lower supply voltage operation without compromising the *** design uses an active feedback amplifier to achieve input impedance matching,avoiding the introduction of resistive negative feedback to reduce gain.A common source(CS)amplifier is used as the input of the low noise *** order to achieve the low power consumption of LNA,current reuse technology is used to reduce power *** cancellation techniques are used to eliminate *** simulation results in a maximum power gain of 22.783,the reverse isolation(S12)less than-48.092 dB,noise figure(NF)less than 1.878 dB,minimum noise figure(NFmin)=1.203 dB,input return loss(S11)and output return loss(S22)are both less than-14.933 dB in the frequency range of 2515-4900 *** proposed Ultra-wideband(UWB)LNA consumed 1.424 mW without buffer from a 1.2 V power supply.

The market share between china mobile and china Unicom has stabilized since 2002. It is found that china mobile has the superiority in the competition, for example, the scissors movement between its revenue and cost indicates that it has a strong profit generating ability and there is enough room for it to reduce the price. The ratio between its price （marginal income） and marginal cost indicates that there is a very distant limit for it to reduce the price. Its demand is obviously flexible with the price, but it does not use the price weapon abundantly. The reason for the stabilization of the market is that china mobile withdrew from the competition.

Monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(MAHs)and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are both well known as hazardous air pollutants and also important anthropogenic precursors of tropospheric ozone(O3)and secondary organic aerosols(SOA).In recent years,there have been intensive studies covering MAHs emission from various sources and their behavior under stimulated photochemical *** in-situ measurements of PAHs presence and variations in ambient air are *** we conducted large geometrical scale mobile measurements for 16 aromatic hydrocarbons(AHs,including 7 MAHs and 9 PAHs)in eastern china between October 27 and November 8,*** unique dataset has allowed for some insights in terms of AHs concentration variations,accompanying chemical composition,source contributions and spatial distributions in eastern *** general,AHs showed a clear concentration variability between the south and the north of the Yangtze River Delta(YRD).The concentrations of PAHs were approximately 9%of AHs,but contributed 23%of SOA formation *** apportionment via positive matrix factorization(PMF)model revealed that industrial processes as the largest source(44%)of observed AHs,followed by solvent usage(21%),vehicle exhaust(19%),coal combustion(11%)and coking processes(6%).In the perspective of PAHs sources,coal combustion emissions were identified as the dominating factor of a share of 41%–52%in eastern *** findings complemented the simultaneously monitoring information of PAHs and MAHs in eastern china,revealed the importance of PAHs to SOA formation and highlighted the necessity of formulating strategies to reduce emissions from anthropogenic sources and reduce risks to human health.

With the Kigali Amendment(KA)coming into effect in china,the control of hydrofuorocarbons(HFCs)emissions has become more *** mobile air-conditioning(MAC)sector is one of the important HFCs consumer sectors,and therefore studying its feasible mitigation paths and costs is of great significance to chinas successful implementation of *** study used the bottom-up method with updated emission factors to re-evaluate the emission inventory of HFCs from the MAC sector in china from 2005 to *** average annual growth rate of HFCs consumption in the MAC sector is 9.8%,and HFCs emissions have increased from 5.8(5.3-6.2)kt in 2005 to 22.2(20.6-23.8)kt in 2020,with an average annual growth rate of 8.8%.Using the Gompertz model combined with the Weibull function of vehicle survival rate,the ownership and new registrations of internal combustion engine vehicles(ICEVs)and electric vehicles(EVs)in china are *** ownership of ICEVs and EVs is projected to be 310 million and 91 million in 2030,respectively and 2 million and 641 million in 2060,*** emissions in the MAC sector would reach 59.8(55.3-64.3)kt(80.093.0 Mt CO_(2-eq))in 2060 if without any control *** implement the KA,the cumulative of 1.6 Gt CO_(2-eq) emissions would be *** the other two accelerated mitigation scenarios,the MAC sector's HFCs will reach their emissions peak in 2028 and 2025 and achieve zero emissions in 2050 and 2046,*** the accelerated mitigation with recovery scenario,the cumulative emissions are only 15.0%of the business as usual(BAU)*** HFO-1234yf as the substitute,the unit abatement cost of the MAC sector is 27.3-37.4 USD _(t)^(-1)CO_(2-eq).

Based on the English version of the Sustainability Report of china mobile and the Annual Report of AT&T published in 2019 to 2020,this paper uses discourse analysis framework Discourse-Historical *** explains and analyses the identity of china mobile and AT&T and discusses the ideological factors behind their images through the analysis of referential strategy,strategies of perspectivation and strategies of intensification and *** combining the use of corpus,this paper also analyses the identity of china mobile and AT&T from the perspective of the use of high-frequency content words,modal verbs and their *** doing so,the research shows that the identity created by the English version of china mobile’s Sustainability Report is mainly authentic and practical,focusing on management and sustainable development as well as the development of *** the identity of AT&T is people-friendly,concerning about equity of female,male and black people,and focusing on diversity and inclusion.

Background and Aims:The World Health Organization(WHO)Western Pacific Region set a target of eliminating mother-to-child transmission(MTCT)of hepatitis B virus(HBV)by *** assess the feasibility of this target in china,we carried out an epidemiological study to investigate the status quo of MTCT in the real-world ***:One thousand and eight hepatitis B surface antigen-positive preg-nant women were enrolled at 10 ***-laxis was administered to *** addition,mothers with HBV DNA level>2,000,000 IU/mL were advised to initiate antiviral therapy during late pregnancy.A health application called SHIELD was used to manage the ***:Nine hundred and five of the enrolled mothers,with 924 infants,completed the ***-dose hepatitis B vaccine and hepatitis B immunoglobulin were received by 99.7%and 99.7%of infants,respectively,within 24 h after *** ;were 446 mothers who received antiviral therapy,including 72.3%of the mothers with HBV DNA level>2,000,000 IU/mL and 21.0%of the mothers with HBV DNA level<2,000,000 IU/*** infants were infected with *** overall rate of MTCT was 0.9%.Birth defects were rare(0.5%among in-fants with maternal antiviral exposure versus 0.7%among infants without exposure;p=1.00).Conclusions:The MTCT rate was lower than the WHO Western Pacific Region elimina-tion MTCT target in this real-world study,indicating that a comprehensive management composed of immunoprophy-laxis to infants and antiviral prophylaxis to mothers may be a feasible strategy to achieve the 2030 WHO elimination goal.

The relation between plate tectonics and earthquake evolution is analyzed systematically on the basis of 1998-2010 absolute and relative gravity data from the Crustal Movement Observation Network of china. Most earthquakes originated in the plate boundary or within the fault zone. Tectonic deformation was most intense and exhibited discontinuity within the tectonically active fault zone because of the differential movement; the stress accumulation produced an abrupt gravity change, which was further enhanced by the earthquake. The gravity data from china's Mainland since 2000 obviously reflected five major earthquakes （Ms 〉 7）, all of which were better reflected than before 2000. Regional gravity anomalies and a gravity gradient change were observed in the area around the epicenter about 2 or 3 years before the earthquake occurred, suggesting that gravity change may be a seismic precursor. Furthermore, in this study, the medium-term predictions of the Ms7.3 Yutian, Ms8.0 Wenchuan, and Ms7.0 Lushan earthquakes are analytically pre- sented and evaluated, especially to estimate location of earthquake.

Estimating network effects in china’s mobile telecommunications

A model is proposed along with empirical investigation to prove the existence of network effects in china’s mobile telecommunications market. Futhernore, network effects on china’s mobile telecommunications are estimated with a dynamic model. The structural parameters are identified from regression coefficients and the results are analyzed and compared with another literature. Data and estimation issues are also discussed. Conclusions are drawn that network effects are significant in china’s mobile telecommunications market, and that ignoring network effects leads to bad policy making.
