Engineering atomic Rb-N configurations to tune radical pathways for highly selective photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2) synthesis coupled with biomass valorization

Photocatalytic oxygen reduction for hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))synthesis presents a green and costeffective production ***,achieving highly selective H_(2)O_(2)synthesis remains challenging,necessitating precise control over free radical reaction pathways and minimizing undesirable oxidative ***,we report for the visible light-driven simultaneous co-photocatalytic reduction of O2to H_(2)O_(2)and oxidation of biomass using the atomic rubidium-nitride modified carbon nitride(CNRb).The optimized CNRb catalyst demonstrates a record photoreduction rate of 8.01 mM h^(-1)for H_(2)O_(2)generation and photooxidation rate of 3.75 mM h^(-1)for furfuryl alcohol to furoic acid,achieving a remarkable solar-to-chemical conversion(SCC)efficiency of up to 2.27%.Experimental characterizations and DFT calculation disclosed that the introducing atomic Rb–N configurations allows for the high-selective generation of superoxide radicals while suppressing hydroxyl free radical *** is because the Rb–N serves as the new alternative site to perceive a stronger connection position for O2adsorption and reinforce the capability to extract protons,thereby triggering a high selective redox product *** study holds great potential in precisely regulating reactive radical processes at the atomic level,thereby paving the way for efficient synthesis of H_(2)O_(2)coupled with biomass valorization.

Experimental Study on Geometry Characteristics of Turbulent Premixed Flames for Natural Gas/Air Mixtures

In this study,focusing on the geometry characteristics of spherical expanding flame,the turbulent premixed flames of natural gas/air mixtures were investigated in a fan-stirred turbulent *** effects of initial temperature(T=300-400 K),initial pressure(P=0.1-0.3 MPa),turbulence intensity(u'=1.0-2.7 m/s),oxygen volumetric percentage(φ(O_(2))=15%-21%)and carbon dioxide volumetric percentage(φ(CO_(2))=0-20%)were delved *** flame profile under the Cartesian coordinate system was derived from the schlieren images taken by the high-speed ***,from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,the influence of experimental conditions on the flame geometry characteristics was explored through flame front extraction,wavelet decomposition and network *** results demonstrate that for significant flame wrinkling,changes in species concentrations and turbulence intensity have more pronounced effects on the flame wrinkling *** wrinkling of the flame front maintains a certain degree of similarity,as evidenced by the locally concentrated distribution of the angles of the maximum fluctuation *** disturbance energy under large-scale(D6-D8)disturbances exhibits relatively high values with a similar trend,exerting a significant impact on the geometry characteristics of the flame *** peaks of correlation degree are scattered either with the decomposition scale or the development of flame radius,indicating no linear correlation between different detail ***,the probability distribution of node degrees in key wrinkled regions exhibits different trends with that of large-scale wrinkling and disturbance energy,especially with changes in initial *** occurs because the number of key wrinkles varies based on the perturbation's strength or the region's ***,an increase in the fluctuation frequency of the flame's local radius may not necessarily lead to an increase in the number of key folded regions.

The flight control law design for tanker should ensure that the closed-loop response can meet the aerial refueling mission requirements. In order to reveal the movement characteristics of the tanker and the handling characteristics of the pilot in aerial refueling, the flight path capture and hold under gust disturbance task is designed as the demonstration maneuver mission to evaluate the flying qualities for tanker in aerial refueling task, which is based on the design requirements of maneuvering tasks used in mission-oriented flying qualities assessment. By analyzing the flight path tracking and holding requirements of the tanker in aerial refueling mission, the relevant parameters that reflect the response characteristics of the tanker in pitch and roll axes are put forward. The ground flight simulation test based on mission-oriented flight quality assessment is conducted, and the test pilot's assessment results based on Cooper-Harper rating and PIO scales are obtained for different flight control law configurations. The suggested requirements of the closed-loop response characteristics of the pitch and roll axes of the tanker are put forward, which can be specifications for the aerial refueling mode flight control design of tanker.

Pilot multi-axis control behavior modeling of receivers in probe-and-drogue aerial refueling

The probe-and-drogue aerial refueling(PDR)task is seriously disturbed by the wind field,so it is difficult to obtain accurate visual information of the probe and drogue ***,the pilot needs to control the vertical,lateral and forwardbackward positions of the receiver through the stick and throttle lever,and the pitch and roll manipulation actions of the stick should be reasonably *** simulate the behavior of the pilot’s visual perception and the stick manipulation allocation in the PDR task,three modules are designed,including the visual information acquisition module(VIAM),strategy switching module(SSM)and pilot control and action module(CAM).Based on the coherence function analysis of the flight simulation test data,it is proven that the pilot’s multi-axis control behavior can be decoupled,and the flight states to be controlled are ***,the established multi-axis receiver pilot model(EPM)is *** with the motion models of the receiver,the tanker and the refueling equipment,a PDR flight task simulation model is established,and the evaluation indicators for the receiver’s flight performance during the PDR task,such as capture time and settling time,are *** PDR flight simulation model was used to build the ground-based flight simulation test platform,and the flight simulation test of the PDR task was carried out.A comparison between the flight simulation test data and the numerical simulation results shows that the calculation error is less than 10%,which verifies the correctness of the established pilot *** pilot model can be used to evaluate the design scheme of the refueling equipment and the receiver flight control law and provide a theoretical reference for the flight test design of the PDR task.

Owing to the strong coupling among the hydrodynamic forces,aerodynamic forces and motion of amphibious aircraft during the water takeoff process,the water takeoff performance is difficult to calculate accurately and *** on an analysis of the dynamics and kinematics characteristics of amphibious aircraft and the hydrodynamic theory of high-speed planing hulls,a suitable mathematical model is established for calculating the hydrodynamics of aircraft during water takeoff.A pilot model is designed to illustrate how pilots are affected by the lack of visual reference and the necessity to simultaneously control the pitch angle,flight velocity and other parameters during water *** with the aerodynamic model,engine thrust model and aircraft motion model,a digital virtual flight simulation model is developed for amphibious aircraft during water takeoff,and a calculation method for the water takeoff performance of amphibious aircraft is proposed based on digital virtual *** performance indicators,such as the liftoff time and liftoff distance,can be obtained via digital virtual flight calculations.A comparison of the measured flight test data and the calculation results shows that the calculation error is less than 10%,which verifies the correctness and accuracy of the proposed *** method can be used for the preliminary evaluation of airworthiness compliance of amphibious aircraft design schemes,and the relevant calculation results can also provide a theoretical reference for the formulation of flight test plans for airworthiness certification.

Icing tolerance envelope protection based on variable-weighted multiple-model predictive control

Multiple-model predictive control(MMPC) is a fundamental icing tolerance envelope protection(ITEP) design method that can systematically handle nonlinear and time-varying constraints. However, few studies have addressed the envelope protection failure that results from the inaccurate prediction of multiple linear predictive models when actual conditions deviate from design conditions. In this study, weights that vary with icing conditions and flight parameters are considered to develop an effective and reliable envelope protection control strategy. First, an ITEP structure based on variable-weighted MMPC was implemented to improve the protection performance with condition departure information. Then, a variable-weighted rule was proposed to guarantee the stability of variable-weighted MMPC. A design approach involving a variable-weighted function that uses icing conditions and flight parameters as arguments was also developed with the proposed rules. Finally, a systematic ITEP design method on variable-weighted MMPC was constructed with additional design criteria for other normal control *** were conducted, and the results show that the proposed method can effectively enhance ITEP performance.
