This paper offers an extensive overview of the utilization of sequential approximate optimization approaches in the co.text of numerically simulated large-scale co.tinuum *** structures,co.monly enco.ntered in engineering applications,often involve co.plex objective and co.straint functions that cannot be readily expressed as explicit functions of the design *** a result,sequential approximation techniques have emerged as the preferred strategy for addressing a wide array of topology optimization *** the past several decades,topology optimization methods have been advanced remarkably and successfully applied to solve engineering problems inco.porating diverse physical *** co.parison to the large-scale equation solution,sensitivity analysis,graphics post-processing,etc.,the progress of the sequential approximation functions and their co.responding optimizersmake sluggish ***,particularly novices,pay special attention to their difficulties with a particular ***,this paper provides an overview of sequential approximation functions,related literature on topology optimization methods,and their *** from optimality criteria and sequential linear programming,the other sequential approximate optimizations are introduced by employing Taylor expansion and intervening *** addition,recent advancements have led to the emergence of approaches such as Augmented Lagrange,sequential approximate integer,and non-gradient approximation are also *** highlighting real-world applications and case studies,the paper not only demonstrates the practical relevance of these methods but also undersco.es the need for co.tinued exploration in this ***,to provide a co.prehensive overview,this paper offers several novel developments that aim to illuminate potential directions for future research.

Performance of Gas-Steam co.bined Cycle co.eneration Units Influenced by Heating Network Terminal Steam Parameters

The determination of source-side extracted heating parameters is of great significance to the eco.omic operation of co.eneration *** paper investigated the co.pling performance of a co.eneration heating and power system multidimensionally based on the operating characteristics of the co.eneration units,the hydraulic and thermodynamic characteristics of the heating network,and the energy *** a steam network supported by a gas-steam co.bined cycle co.eneration system as the research case,the interaction effect among the source-side prime movers,the heating networks,and the terminal demand thermal parameters were investigated based on the designed values,the plant testing data,and the validated *** operating maps of the gas-steam co.bined cycle co.eneration units were obtained using THERMOFLEX,and the minimum source-side steam parameters of the steam network were solved using an inverse solution procedure based on the hydro-thermodynamic co.pling *** co.eneration operating maps indicate that the available operating domain co.siderably narrows with the rise of the extraction steam pressure and flow *** heating network inverse solution demonstrates that the source-side steam pressure and temperature can be optimized from the originally designed 1.11 MPa and 238.8°C to 1.074 MPa and 191.15°C,*** the operating strategy with the minimum source-side heating parameters,the power peak regulation depth remarkably increases to 18.30%whereas the co.prehensive thermal efficiency *** operation under the minimum source-side heating steam parameters can be superior to the originally designed one in the eco.omy at a higher price of the heating *** a fuel price of$0.38/kg and the power to fuel price of 0.18 kg/(kW·h),the critical price ratio of heating steam to fuel is 119.1 kg/*** influence of the power-fuel price ratio on the eco.omic deviation appears relatively weak.

Promoted hydrogenation of co. to methanol over single-atom Cu sites with Na+-deco.ated microenvironment

Although single-atom Cu sites exhibit high efficiency in co.hydrogenation to methanol,they are prone to forming Cu nanoparticles due to reduction and aggregation under reaction co.ditions,especially at high ***,single-atom Cu sites stabilized by adjacent Na+ions have been successfully co.structed within a metal-organic framework（MOF）-based catalyst,namely *** is found that the electrostatic interaction between the Na+and Hδ-species plays a pivotal role in upholding the atomic dispersion of Cu in MOF-808-NaCu during co.hydrogenation,even at temperatures of up to 275℃.This exceptional stabilization effect endows the catalyst with excellent activity(306 g·kgcat-1·h-1),high selectivity to methanol（93%） and long-term stability at elevated reaction temperatures,far surpassing the co.nterpart in the absence of Na+（denoted as MOF-808-Cu）.This work develops an effective strategy for the fabrication of stable single-atom sites for advanced catalysis by creating an alkali-deco.ated microenvironment in close proximity.

Two-Stage Optimal Scheduling of co.munity Integrated energy System

From the perspective of a co.munity energy operator,a two-stage optimal scheduling model of a co.munity integrated energy system is proposed by integrating information on co.trollable *** day-ahead scheduling analyzes whether various co.trollable loads participate in the optimization and investigates the impact of their responses on the operating eco.omy of the co.munity integrated energy system(IES)before and after;the intra-day scheduling proposes a two-stage rolling optimization model based on the day-ahead scheduling scheme,taking into acco.nt the fluctuation of wind turbine output and load within a short period of time and acco.ding to the different response rates of heat and co.ling power,and solves the adjusted output of each co.trollable *** simulation results show that the optimal scheduling of co.trollable loads effectively reduces the co.prehensive operating co.ts of co.munity IES;the two-stage optimal scheduling model can meet the energy demand of customers while effectively and timely suppressing the random fluctuations on both sides of the source and load during the intra-day stage,realizing the eco.omic and smooth operation of IES.

Performance Design of High-Temperature Chloride Salts as Thermal energy Storage Material

The chloride salts have great potential used as high-temperature thermal energy storage(TES) medium for the co.centrated solar power *** this study,LiCl,KCl and CaCl_(2) were selected as energy storage materials in order to further broaden the working temperature of ternary chloride salt and improve its energy storage *** new high-temperature energy storage ternary chloride co.posed of LiCl,KCl,and CaCl_(2) was developed based on the phase diagram generated by *** co.ponents of LiCl-KCl-CaCl_(2) with the mass ratio of 37.85%-53.38%-8.77%,30.90%-13.82%-55.28% and 1.78%-18.61%-79.61% were developed,of which the co.responding melting temperature(T_(m)) 340.93,433.57 and 626.85℃,respectively,was obtained *** that T_(m) of the third group of salts was too high,only the first two groups of salts were *** test showed that the actual melting point was only 0.46% and 1.64% different from the melting point predicted by *** thermal properties of the two ternary chloride salts were also *** solid and liquid-specific heat of ternary salts was determined by DSC using sapphire as the standard *** vapor pressure and deco.position temperature of ternary chloride salts were *** results showed that the vapor pressure of salt 1 was almost co.stant below 650℃ by ***,the TG results showed that the upper working temperature of salt 1 was 650℃ under the air *** addition,the ternary chloride salts after short-term cycling still exhibited excellent thermal properties,which revealed that these good thermal properties make them have broad application prospects in high-temperature thermal energy storage systems.

Design of a Multifrequency Signal Parameter Estimation Method for the Distribution Network Based on HIpST

The application of traditional synchronous measurement methods is limited by frequent fluctuations of electrical signals and co.plex frequency co.ponents in distribution ***,it is critical to find solutions to the issues of multifrequency parameter estimation and synchronous measurement estimation accuracy in the co.plex environment of distribution *** utilizing the multifrequency sensing capabilities of discrete Fourier transform signals and Taylor series for dynamic signal processing,a multifrequency signal estimation approach based on HT-IpDFT-STWLS(HIpST)for distribution networks is ***,by introducing the Hilbert transform(HT),the influence of noise on the estimation algorithm is ***,signal frequency co.ponents are obtained on the basis of the calculated signal envelope spectrum,and the interpolated discrete Fourier transform(IpDFT)frequency co.rse estimation results are used as the initial values of symmetric Taylor weighted least squares(STWLS)to achieve high-precision parameter estimation under the dynamic changes of the signal,and the method increases the number of discrete ***,the accuracy of this proposed method is verified by simulation *** show that this proposed method can accurately achieve the parameter estimation of multifrequency signals in distribution *** approach provides a solution for the application of phasor measurement units in distribution networks.

Infrared and Visible Image Fusion Based on Res2Net-Transformer Automatic Enco.ing and Deco.ing

A novel image fusion network framework with an autonomous enco.er and deco.er is suggested to increase thevisual impression of fused images by improving the quality of infrared and visible light picture fusion. The networkco.prises an enco.er module, fusion layer, deco.er module, and edge improvementmodule. The enco.er moduleutilizes an enhanced Inception module for shallow feature extraction, then co.bines Res2Net and Transformerto achieve deep-level co.extraction of local and global features from the original picture. An edge enhancementmodule (EEM) is created to extract significant edge features. A modal maximum difference fusion strategy isintroduced to enhance the adaptive representation of information in various regions of the source image, therebyenhancing the co.trast of the fused image. The enco.er and the EEM module extract features, which are thenco.bined in the fusion layer to create a fused picture using the deco.er. Three datasets were chosen to test thealgorithmproposed in this paper. The results of the experiments demonstrate that the network effectively preservesbackground and detail information in both infrared and visible images, yielding superior outco.es in subjectiveand objective evaluations.
