Peanut allergy is a type of serious food allergy *** this study,peanuts were treated with two different cooking *** effect of cooking on digestion stability was evaluated by simulated gastrointestinal *** effects of cooking on the allergenicity were assessed by immunoblotting,passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) mice model and rat basophilic leukemia (RBL)-2H3 cell *** showed that raw peanuts were more stable to digestion than boiled and fried ***-PAGE showed that the quantities of allergens Ara h 1 (64 kDa),Ara h 2 (20 kDa),and Ara h 3 (38 kDa) in the boiled and fried peanuts were all ***,immunoblotting revealed the IgE binding capacities of boiled and fried peanuts were decreased significantly,especially the fried *** the PCA mice model,the vascular permeability of allergic mice,as well as the release of histamine,were both alleviated in mice gavaged with boiled and fried peanuts compared with raw ***,the release of β-hexosaminidase of RBL-2H3 cells treated with boiled and fried peanuts was significantly decreased compared with the raw *** addition,the analyses of circular dichroism (CD) spectra showed that the α-helical content of peanut proteins was decreased after boiling and frying,indicating the structure stability of peanut allergens *** analyses of ultraviolet (UV) spectra showed that aromatic amino acid residues were exposed,causing the change of the tertiary structure of peanut allergens after boiling and *** conclusion,the allergenicity of peanuts was significantly reduced after boiling and frying,especially frying.

Impact of land use/land cover types on surface humidity in northern china in the early 21^(st)century

In the context of global change,it is essential to promote the rational development and utilization of land resources,improve the quality of regional ecological environment,and promote the harmonious development of human and nature for the regional *** identified land use/land cover types in northern china from 2001 to 2018 with ENVI images and ArcGIS *** data were selected from 292 stations in northern china,the potential evapotranspiration was calculated with the Penman-Monteith formula,and reanalysis humidity and observed humidity data were *** reanalysis minus observation(RMO,i.e.,the difference between reanalysis humidity and observed humidity)can effectively characterize the impact of different land use/land cover types(forestland,grassland,cultivated land,construction land,water body and unused land)on surface humidity in northern china in the early 21^(st) *** results showed that from 2001 to 2018,the area of forestland expanded(increasing by approximately 1.80×10^(4) km^(2)),while that of unused land reduced(decreasing by approximately 5.15×10^(4) km^(2)),and the regional ecological environment was ***,land surface in most areas of northern china tended to be *** contributions of land use/land cover types to surface humidity changes were related to the quality of the regional ecological *** contributions of the six land use/land cover types to surface humidity were the highest in northeastern region of northern china,with a better ecological environment,and the lowest in northwestern region,with a fragile ecological *** humidity was closely related to the variation in regional vegetation coverage;when the regional vegetation coverage with positive(negative)contributions expanded(reduced),the land surface became *** positive contributions of forestland and water body to surface humidity were the *** land and construction land were associ

A multi-layer dictionary learning algorithm that joints global constraints and Fisher discrimination(JGCFD-MDL)for image classification tasks was *** algorithm reveals the manifold structure of the data by learning the global constraint dictionary and introduces the Fisher discriminative constraint dictionary to minimize the intra-class dispersion of samples and increase the inter-class *** further quantify the abstract features that characterize the data,a multi-layer dictionary learning framework is constructed to obtain high-level complex semantic structures and improve image classification ***,the algorithm is verified on the multi-label dataset of court costumes in the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty,and better performance is *** show that compared with the local similarity algorithm,the average precision is improved by 3.34%.Compared with the single-layer dictionary learning algorithm,the one-error is improved by 1.00%,and the average precision is improved by 0.54%.Experiments also show that it has better performance on general datasets.

The north-south transitional zone in china mainly consists of the Qinling-Daba Mountains. It is the most important West-East geo-ecological space in china, containing protected areas vital for biodiversity conservation and ecological security of china. The protection and rational development of its natural habitat is of great significance to china’s ecological security and integration of protected areas based on mountain forest ecosystems on a global scale. In this study, five important types of protected areas in the transitional zone were selected, and their spatial patterns were analysed. Spatial analysis methods, such as kernel density estimation and accessibility analysis, were employed for both point and areal data, and focused on four aspects: land use scale, shift in the centre of gravity, spatial agglomeration, and accessibility. In addition, policy background and evolution of spatial and temporal characteristics of the protected area system in the transitional zone from 1963 to 2017 were also examined. We analysed the characteristics and geographical significance of the West-east corridor using the spatial pattern of the protected area system from the perspective of ecological and economic spaces. We focused on spatial shape, type intersection, and key areas to analyse the spatial overlap of the protected areas. Protected area establishment was divided into three stages: initial(1956–1980), rapid development(1981–2013), and national park transformation(2014–present). These stages reflected the change in the concept of ‘simple protection—sustainable use—integration and upgrade’ for protected areas of china. The spatial centre of gravity of the protection zone system was located in the west Qinling-Daba Mountains, and its high-density core exhibited a relatively stable N-shaped structure composed of four gathering areas. Most world natural heritage sites are designated partly by reason of their prominent aesthetic values in accordance with Article Ⅶ of World Natural Heritage *** this paper, the aesthetic values of Kanas National Nature Reserve, which has potential for such designation, was analyzed quantitatively using scenic beauty estimation(SBE).The landscapes of 19 representative scenic spots in the Kanas National Nature Reserve in summer and autumn were selected as the objects of *** contributions of different landscape factors to the aesthetic value of the Kanas National Nature Reserve were revealed using a multivariate quantitative *** main factors affecting the aesthetic value were waterscapes, vegetation, mountains, folk culture and the tourist *** t-test and F-test results are extremely *** to the results, some suggestions were given for conserving the landscapes in the Kanas National Nature Reserve.

Wastewater reclamation and reuse has been proved to be an effective way to relieve the fresh water ***, toxic contaminants remaining in reclaimed water could lead to potential risk for reuse, and the conventional water quality standards have difficulty guaranteeing the safety of reclaimed *** can vividly reflect the integrated biological effects of multiple toxic substances in water as a whole, and could be a powerful tool for evaluating the safety of reclaimed ***, in this study, the advantages and disadvantages of using bioassays for evaluating the safety of reclaimed water were compared with those of conventional water quality *** bioassays have been widely used to describe the toxic effects of reclaimed water and treatment efficiency of reclamation techniques, a single bioassay cannot reflect the complex toxicity of reclaimed water, and a battery of bioassays involving multiple biological effects or in vitro tests with specific toxicity mechanisms would be ***, in order to evaluate the safety of reclaimed water based on bioassay results, various methods including potential toxicology, the toxicity unit classification system, and a potential eco-toxic effects probe are summarized as ***, some integrated ranking methods based on a bioassay battery involving multiple toxicity effects are recommended as useful tools for evaluating the safety of reclaimed water, which will benefit the promotion and guarantee the rapid development of the reclamation and reuse of wastewater.

As an important and typical arid inland region in china,Shiyang River Basin plays an important role in maintaining the sustainable development of eco-environment,whose ecological land suitability restricts the development of the local human ***,Shiyang River Basin was selected as the case study,the minimum cumulative resistance(MCR)model and GIS technique were integrated to create land suitability evaluation *** calculated the MCR value of ecological source and living source,and divided the whole basin into five partitions according to the difference between ecological source and living source,and analyzed the patterns and characteristics of the ecological land suitability evaluation(ELSE)regions,*** results showed that:1)The suitable ecological land includes prohibited development region and restricted development region,which accounts for 15.45%and 23.35%of the total land area of the Shiyang River Basin,*** two regions mainly distributed high altitude region in the southern Qilian Mountain and low altitude region where had high density of rivers.2)The protection of ecological land requires not only conserving existing ecological land but also focusing on ecological buffer belts around ecological sources and improving ecological land service ability.3)Ecological networks should be constructed through artificial planting trees around the boundary of oasis and ecological restoration *** greenbelts should also be established between optimized development region and ecological restoration region.
