The multi-energy complementary ecosystem is an important form of the modern energy ***,standardized evaluation criteria and the corresponding method framework have not yet been formed,resulting in unclear standards and irregular processes of its *** cope with this issue,a novel comprehensive evaluation framework for multi-energy complementary ecosystems is proposed in this ***,a 5D comprehensive evaluation criteria system,including environment,economy,technology,safety and systematicness,is ***,a novel multicriteria decision-making model integrating an analytic network process,entropy and preference-ranking organization method for enrichment evaluation under an intuitional fuzzy environment is ***,four practical cases are used for model testing and empirical *** results of the research show that the unit cost of the energy supply and the internal rate of return indexes have the highest weights of 0.142 and 0.010,*** means that they are the focus in the construction of a multi-energy complementary *** net flows of four cases are 0.015,0.123,-0.132 and-0.005,indicating that cases with a variety of energy supply forms and using intelligent management and control platforms to achieve cold,heat and electrical coupling have more advantages.

In recent years, high-frequency resonance (HFR) events occurred in several modular multilevel converter based high-voltage direct current (MMC-HVDC) projects. The time delay of an MMC-HVDC system is the critical factor that induces HFR. The frequency coupling affects the impedance characteristics of an MMC and further deteriorates system stability. Therefore, in this paper, a multi-input multi-output admittance model of an MMC-HVDC system is developed to analyze its frequency characteristics. The effects of current loop, power loop, phase-locked loop, and operating point on the MMC frequency coupling degree are analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, to further suppress HFR in the MMC-HVDC system, an enhanced impedance reshaping control strategy based on the equivalent single-input single-output impedance model is proposed. Finally, the accuracy of the enhanced impedance model and the effectiveness of the impedance reshaping control are verified by electromagnetic transient simulations in PSCAD.

The physical mechanism of leader formation and development is not well *** this study,we present experimental and simulation results obtained with a 10 m long air gap discharge.A 10 m outdoor discharge experiment is carried out to obtain the current,voltage,and optical image during the leader discharge *** different impulse voltages were applied to the rod‐plane *** measured current is used as an input for a plasma model,then the temperature and electric field could be *** simulation results show that the temperature of the streamer stem during the dark period may exceed 2000 *** addition,the critical charge required for leader initiation can be as low as 0.27μC for a 10 m air *** channel temperature is relatively stable in the process of leader development,which is maintained at about 4500 *** electron density is about 0.5–3�1020 m-3,and the discharge channel conductivity fluctuates in the range of 1–10 S/m for the leader current between 1 and 2 A.A long dark period is tended to be associated with a higher injected charge by the first *** is inferred that the voltage increments during the dark period play an important role in promoting streamer‐to‐leader transition,except for temperature and the injected charge.

Experimental study on ice monitoring method for 10 kV transmission line with tangent tower in alpine landform

Ice monitoring methods were applied for 110 kV and above transmission lines with tangent ***,the change in the vertical span is not considered,and a significant difference lies in the tower-conductor structure of 10 kV transmission *** this reason,a proposal is made about the ice monitoring method for the 10 kV transmission line with tangent tower in alpine landform,which includes the ice monitoring system based on pressure measurement and corresponding equivalent ice thickness calculating *** methods calculate the vertical span under different height difference coefficients.A finite element simulation model and a simulated ice load experiment system are established based on real conductors and *** and simulations under four simulated terrains are conducted within 2.5–20 mm ice thickness *** comparison is made between this method and the method without considering the change in vertical *** results show that the two methods are consistent and the relative errors are lower than�4%in simulation and�10%in experiment when the height difference coefficient is *** it is not 0,the relative errors of this method fall between t0.38%and t6.78%in simulation and−6.40%to t6.60%in experiment,while the relative errors of the method without considering the change in vertical span ranges between−11.13%and−20.23%in simulation and−11.65%to−23.20%in experiment.

Coupling model of AC filter branch in SF6 circuit breaker during the break process

In this paper, a coupling model of the AC filter branch circuit with the arc plasma in the circuit breaker was built to investigate the arcing process considering the harmonic current. The comparisons among the current at power frequency(50 Hz), power frequency combining the 11 th harmonic and power frequency combining the 24 th harmonic show that the high-order harmonic current would lead to higher decreasing rate of current before current-zero period. In addition, the influence of arc on the amplitude of high-order harmonic current is not negligible. Thus, the coupling of arc with AC filter branch circuit is quite necessary in the numerical modeling of the circuit breaker in the AC filter branch at the high voltage direct current converter station.

We study the channel estimation and power allocation method for the Cooperative relaying system using Non-orthogonal multiple access(CRS-NOMA).Our object is maximizing the Average effective signal-tointerference-and-noise ratio(AESINR) of the weak user while guaranteeing bounded AESINR for the strong *** transform the nonconvex optimization problem into a Difference of convex(DC) programming and propose a Sequential parametric convex approximation(SPCA)based iterative algorithm to obtain a local optimum. For comparison, we consider a similar optimization problem for a Non-cooperative NOMA(NC-NOMA) *** results show that the AESINR performance of the CRS-NOMA outperforms signicantly that of the NCNOMA system.

The stability problem of power grids has become increasingly serious in recent years as the size of novel power systems *** order to improve and ensure the stable operation of the novel power system,this study proposes an artificial emotional lazy Q-learning method,which combines artificial emotion,lazy learning,and reinforcement learning for static security and stability analysis of power ***,this study compares the analysis results of the proposed method with those of the small disturbance method for a stand-alone power system and verifies that the proposed lazy Q-learning method is able to effectively screen useful data for learning,and improve the static security stability of the new type of power system more effectively than the traditional proportional-integral-differential control and Q-learning methods.
