Strengthening effect of prefabrication(10-12)tensile twinning on AZ80+0.4%Ce magnesium alloy and inhibition mechanism of discontinuous precipitation

This paper provided an effective method to further improve the mechanical properties of the AZ80+0.4%Ce magnesium alloy wheel *** effect of high strength and ductility was obtained with a yield strength of 295.36 MPa,an elongation of 10%,by the combination of pre-deformation(7%deformation)and two-stage aging treatment(120℃/9 h+175℃/24 h).The evolution of the microstructure and properties of the alloy was explored under the coupling conditions of different pre-deformation degrees and multi-stage *** results show that,pre-deformation introduced a large number of(1012)tensile twinning and dislocations,which greatly promoted the probability of continuous precipitates(CPs)*** the contrary,the discontinuous precipitates(DPs)were limited by the vertical and horizontal twin *** a result,the pre-nucleation method of two-stage aging increased the proportion of CPs by 34%-38%.Owing to the DPs was effectively suppressed,the alloy's yield strength has been greatly ***,under multi-stage aging,the twin boundaries induce protruding nucleation to form static recrystallization by hindering the migration of dislocations,and the matrix swallows the twins,then the texture gradually tilts from the two poles to the basal *** an important supplement,the grain refinement and oblique texture promoted the improvement of the yield strength of the component.

The composition of biomass pyrolysis gas is complex,and the selective separation of its components is crucial for its further ***-incorporated nitrogen-doped materials exhibit enormous potential,whereas the relevant adsorption mechanism is still ***,16 metal-incorporated nitrogen-doped carbon materials were designed based on the density functional theory calculation,and the adsorption mechanism of pyrolysis gas components H2,CO,CO_(2),CH_(4),and C2H6 was *** results indicate that metal-incorporated nitrogen-doped carbon materials generally have better adsorption effects on CO and CO_(2)than on H_(2),CH_(4),and C_(2)H_(6).Transition metal Mo-and alkaline earth metal Mg-and Ca-incorporated nitrogen-doped carbon materials show the potential to separate CO and CO_(2).The mixed adsorption results of CO_(2)and CO further indicate that when the CO_(2)ratio is significantly higher than that of CO,the saturated adsorption of CO_(2)will precede that of ***,the three metal-incorporated nitrogen-doped carbon materials can selectively separate CO_(2),and the alkaline earth metal Mg-incorporated nitrogen-doped carbon material has the best *** study provides theoretical guidance for the design of carbon capture materials and lays the foundation for the efficient utilization of biomass pyrolysis gas.

Tree interactions are essential for the structure,dynamics,and function of forest ecosystems,but variations in the architecture of life-stage interaction networks(LSINs)across forests is ***,we constructed 16 LSINs in the mountainous forests of northwest Hebei,china based on crown overlap from four mixed forests with two dominant tree *** results show that LSINs decrease the complexity of stand densities and basal areas due to the interaction cluster *** addition,we found that mature trees and saplings play different roles,the first acting as“hub”life stages with high connectivity and the second,as“bridges”controlling information flow with high *** the forests,life stages with higher importance showed better parameter stability within *** results reveal that the structure of tree interactions among life stages is highly related to stand *** efforts contribute to the understanding of LSIN complexity and provide a basis for further research on tree interactions in complex forest communities.

As a widely used food preservative,methyl paraben was experimentally evidenced with serious hormonelike adverse ***,a high performance thin-layer chromatography platformed bioluminescent bioautography and image analysis for the selective quantification and confirmation of methyl paraben was proposed and validated in vinegar and coconut ***,the detectability of the bioautography to the analyte on different layer materials was estimated,revealing that normal silica gel was the best *** that,the liquid of sample extract and working solution were separated to overcome the background noises due to co-extracted *** separation result was then coupled to the optimized bioautography,enabling instant and straightforward screening of the targeted *** accurate quantification,bioluninescent inhibition pattern caused by the analyte was processed by image analysis,giving useful sensitivity(LOD>16 mg/kg),precision(RSD<10.1%)and accuracy(spike-recovery rate 76.9%-112.2%).Finally,the suspected result was confirmed by determining its MS fingerprint,further strengthening the reliability of screening.

The removal of ammonia(NH_(3))emitted from agricultural and industrial activities is of great significance to protect human health and ecological *** NH_(3)oxidation to N2under mild conditions is a promising ***,developing visible light photocatalysts for NH_(3)oxidation is still in its ***,we fabricate N-TiO_(2)and Ag/AgCl/N-TiO_(2)photocatalysts by sol-gel and photodeposition methods,*** introduction of N not only endows TiO_(2)with visible light response(absorption edge at460 nm)but also results in the formation of heterophase junction(anatase and rutile).Thus,N-TiO_(2)shows 2.0 and 1.8 times higher than those over anatase TiO_(2)and commercial TiO_(2)for NH_(3)oxidation under full spectrum ***,surface modification of Ag can simultaneously enhance visible light absorption(generating localized surface plasmon resonance effect)and charge separation ***,the photocatalytic activity of Ag/AgCl/N-TiO_(2)is further ***,the presence of N and Ag also enhances the selectivity of N2product owing to the change of reaction *** work simultaneously regulates photocatalytic conversion efficiency and product selectivity,providing some guidance for developing highly efficient photocatalysts for NH_(3)elimination.

Phaeocystis globosa is an important unicellular eukaryotic alga that can also form *** can cause massive harmful algal blooms and plays an important role in the global carbon or sulfur *** far,the ecophysiology of *** has been investigated by numerous ***,the proteomic response of *** to nitrogen depletion remains largely *** compared four protein preparation methods of *** for two-dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE)(Urea/Triton X-100 with trichloroacetic acid(TCA)/acetone precipitation;TCA/acetone precipitation;Radio Immuno Precipitation Assay(RIPA)with TCA/acetone precipitation;and Tris buffer).Results show that the combination of RIPA with TCA/acetone precipitation had a clear gel background and showed the best protein spot separation effect,based on which the proteomic response to nitrogen depletion was studied using *** addition,we identified six differentially expressed proteins whose relative abundance increased or decreased more than 1.5-fold(P<0.05).Most proteins could not be identified,which might be attributed to the lack of genomic sequences of *** nitrogen limitation,replication protein-like,RNA ligase,and sn-glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase were reduced,which may decrease the DNA replication level and ATP production in *** *** increase of endonucleaseⅢand transcriptional regulator enzyme may affect the metabolic and antioxidant function of *** cells and induce cell *** findings provide a basis for further proteomic study of *** and the optimization of protein preparation methods of marine microalgae.
