Building on its traditional culture and diplomatic practice, china has promoted fundamental resolution through temporary solutions of hotspot issues, addressed traditional security issues through non-traditional security cooperation, integrated dispute resolution with regional development, and worked to build regional dialogue and cooperation mechanisms. The approach to addressing hotspot issues enriches the concept of governance, and has been highly recognized by the international community.

Motif-based graph local clustering(MGLC)is a popular method for graph mining tasks due to its various ***,the traditional two-phase approach of precomputing motif weights before performing local clustering loses locality and is impractical for large *** some attempts have been made to address the efficiency bottleneck,there is still no applicable algorithm for large scale graphs with billions of *** this paper,we propose a purely local and index-free method called Index-free Triangle-based Graph Local Clustering(TGLC^(*))to solve the MGLC problem w.r.t.a ***^(*)directly estimates the Personalized PageRank(PPR)vector using random walks with the desired triangleweighted distribution and proposes the clustering result using a standard sweep *** demonstrate TGLC^(*)’s scalability through theoretical analysis and its practical benefits through a novel visualization ***^(*)is the first algorithm to solve the MGLC problem without precomputing the motif *** experiments on seven real-world large-scale datasets show that TGLC^(*)is applicable and scalable for large graphs.

This paper examines the data of A-share listed companies in china from 2002 to 2017,drawing on the theory of equal opportunity and market rules in M&A *** paper investigates the correlation between changes in tender offer policy and M&A tendencies and *** findings suggest that following the policy shift and the adoption of market rules,companies that secure an exemption from the mandatory tender offer obligation not only exhibit stronger M&A tendencies but also improved long-term M&A *** indicates that market rules are more suitable for china and contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the M&A *** paper also presents evidence of a moderating effect,demonstrating that exemptions from the mandatory tender offer obligation positively influence the relationship between policy change and M&A ***,this paper finds that state-owned and large-scale firms tend to exhibit a higher degree of M&A tendencies.

With the advent of the information age, it will be more troublesome to search for a lot of relevant knowledge to find the information you need. Text reasoning is a very basic and important part of multi-hop question and answer tasks. This paper aims to study the integrity, uniformity, and speed of computational intelligence inference data capabilities. That is why multi-hop reasoning came into being, but it is still in its infancy, that is, it is far from enough to conduct multi-hop question and answer questions, such as search breadth, process complexity, response speed, comprehensiveness of information, etc. This paper makes a text comparison between traditional information retrieval and computational intelligence through corpus relevancy and other computing methods. The study finds that in the face of multi-hop question and answer reasoning, the reasoning data that traditional retrieval methods lagged behind in intelligence are about 35% worse. It shows that computational intelligence would be more complete, unified, and faster than traditional retrieval methods. This paper also introduces the relevant points of text reasoning and describes the process of the multi-hop question answering system, as well as the subsequent discussions and expectations.

Emotion classification in textual conversations focuses on classifying the emotion of each utterance from textual *** is becoming one of the most important tasks for natural language processing in recent ***,it is a challenging task for machines to conduct emotion classification in textual conversations because emotions rely heavily on textual *** address the challenge,we propose a method to classify emotion in textual conversations,by integrating the advantages of deep learning and broad learning,namely *** aims to provide a more effective solution to capture local contextual information(i.e.,utterance-level)in an utterance,as well as global contextual information(i.e.,speaker-level)in a conversation,based on Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(Bi-LSTM),and broad *** experiments have been conducted on three public textual conversation datasets,which show that the context in both utterance-level and speaker-level is consistently beneficial to the performance of emotion *** addition,the results show that our proposed method outperforms the baseline methods on most of the testing datasets in weighted-average F1.

Does Green Food Certification promote agri-food export quality?Evidence from china

The construction of a food certification system plays a vital role in upgrading export quality, which previous studies have largely overlooked. We match china's industry-level data of Green Food Certification with its HS6-digit export data of agri-food products to quantify the impact of Green Food Certification on export quality. We identify the significant and positive effect of Green Food Certification on export quality. The 2SLS estimation based on instrumental variables and a range of robustness checks confirm the validity and robustness of the benchmark conclusions. Further analysis discloses that Green Food Certification improves export quality by raising agricultural production efficiency and brand premiums. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the effect of Green Food Certification varies across regions, notably improving the quality of agri-food products exported to developed regions and regions with high levels of import supervision. Furthermore, among various product types, Green Food Certification significantly improves the export quality of primary products and products vulnerable to non-tariff measures. The above findings could guide the future development of agri-food quality certification systems, potentially leading to a transformation and promotion of the agri-food trade.
