植被图是生物多样性保护、生态学研究、植被管理与恢复和国家决策的重要辅助信息源.我国上一代植被图,即中国植被图(1:1000000),是由逾250位生态学家组成的团队自20世纪80年代花了20多年完成的.但是,随着过去30多年间的快速发展,我国的植被分布与植被类型发生了剧烈的变化,对上一代植被图进行现实性更新已成为迫在眉睫的需求.本文使用了一种"众源采集—变化检测—遥感分类—专家审核"的策略尝试对中国植被图(1:1000000)进行现实性更新.本研究共收集了203024条地面调查数据,并有50余位植被生态学家参与到专家审核的工作中.更新后的植被图包含12个植被型组、55个植被(亚)型和866个(亚)群系类别,精度在植被型组、植被(亚)型和(亚)群系水平上分别为64.8%, 61%和40%.与上一代植被图相比,过去30多年间的人类活动和气候变化导致了我国约330万km2植被类型发生了变化.更新后的植被图将会有助于理解和管理我国的陆地生态系统.

The incidence of pancreatic cancer has been rising worldwide,and its clinical diagnosis and treatment remain a great *** present the update and improvements in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer in recent years,Chinese Pancreatic Association,the Chinese Society of Surgery,Chinese Medical Association revised the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer in China(2014)after reviewing evidence-based and problem-oriented literature published during 2015-2021,mainly focusing on highlight issues regarding diagnosis and surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer,conversion strategies for locally advanced pancreatic cancer,treatment of pancreatic cancer with oligo metastasis,adjuvant and neoadjuvant therapy,standardized processing of surgical specimens and evaluation of surgical margin status,systemic treatment for unresectable pancreatic cancer,genetic testing,as well as postoperative follow up of patients with pancreatic *** recommendation items were finally proposed based on the above issues,and the quality of evidence and strength of recommendations were graded using the Grades of Recommendation,Assessment,development,and Evaluation *** guideline aims to standardize the clinical diagnosis and therapy,especially surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer in China,and further improve the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.

Objective:Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is characterized by high morbidity and high *** recent years,complementary and alternative medicine has gradually been widely accepted and *** present,traditional Chinese medicine therapy and standard treatments are used for the treatment of ***-Jianshen prescriptions(XNJS)is an effective prescription for the clinical treatment of AIS,but there is a lack of large-scale clinical evidence to confirm its clinical ***,our team designed this protocol to evaluate the initial therapeutic effect of ***:The protocol for a non-randomized controlled trial is designed in which 72 eligible patients will be allocated to one of two *** control group(n=36)will receive standard treatment for AIS,the test group(n=36)will receive XNJS and standard *** will be recruited after stroke onset and will receive the intervention continuously over 10±1 days,with a follow-up period of 90 *** primary outcome will be the change in the NIHSS,BI,mRS *** outcome measures will be assessed at inception,after the intervention(10±1 days),and at the follow-up(90 days).The results will be disseminated to the public through peerreviewed journals and academic ***:The study will provide evidence of the preliminary effects.

Genomic selection methods for crop improvement:Current status and prospects

With marker and phenotype information from observed populations, genomic selection(GS) can be used to establish associations between markers and phenotypes. It aims to use genome-wide markers to estimate the effects of all loci and thereby predict the genetic values of untested populations, so as to achieve more comprehensive and reliable selection and to accelerate genetic progress in crop breeding. GS models usually face the problem that the number of markers is much higher than the number of phenotypic *** overcome this issue and improve prediction accuracy, many models and algorithms,including GBLUP, Bayes, and machine learning have been employed for GS. As hot issues in GS research, the estimation of non-additive genetic effects and the combined analysis of multiple traits or multiple environments are also important for improving the accuracy of prediction. In recent years, crop breeding has taken advantage of the development of *** principles and characteristics of current popular GS methods and research progress in these methods for crop improvement are reviewed in this paper.
