The collapse of the tunnel face is a prevalent geological disaster in *** study employs a three-dimensional(3D)material point method(MPM)to simulate the dynamic collapse process and post-failure mechanisms of the tunnel *** specific focus is on the scenario where the auxiliary air pressure balanced shield with a partially filled chamber is shut *** assess the suitability of the 3D MPM,numerical solutions are compared with the results from small-scale experimental ***,a series of large-scale numerical simulations is conducted to explore the dynamic collapse characteristics of the tunnel face induced by the shutdown of the EPB shield under various support air pressures and cutter head *** temporal evolution of the accumulated soil masses in the soil chamber and ground responses under different support air pressures,cutter head types and opening ratios are *** particular,the associated surface subsidence due to the tunnel face collapse is determined and compared with empirical *** results confirm the applicability of the 3D MPM for simulating the large-scale tunnel face collapse scenarios,spanning from small to large deformation analysis.

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） is a squamous-cell carcinoma that arises in the epithelial lining of the nasopharynx [1]. This neoplasm has a notable ethnic and geographic distribution, being of high prevalence in southern China but rare in other parts of the world [2]. Familial clustering of NPC has been observed in diverse populations [3]. Elevated levels of circulating free Epstein-Barr virus （EBV） DNA and EBV-related antibodies in sera, as well as EBV DNA in tumor ceils, have been consistently detected in individuals with NPC [4,5].

Recently,a novel tetraarylimidazole derivative 2-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-4-(4,5-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)-phenol(be called MHBT herein)was architectured by our research group showing the fascinating synergy of aggregation-induced emission(AIE)characteristic,excited-state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT)mechanism and intramolecular charge transfer(ICT)***,a detailed and reasonable interpretation of its mechanisms both in theory is urgently ***,to unveil the working mechanism meticulously,herein,we tactfully applied density functional theory(DFT)and time-dependent density functional theory(TD-DFT)methods to illuminate the underlying mechanisms in different solvent *** optimizing the structures,the geometric parameters of hydrogen bonds(HBs),the infrared(IR)vibrational spectrum,the reduced density gradient(RDG)isosurfaces were calculated in detail,vividly explaining how the enhancement of HBs behaved as the driving force to proceed ESIPT ***,the frontier molecular orbitals(FMOs)combined with the potential energy curves(PECs)were conducted to interpretate the role and character of ICT and ESIPT in molecule ***,the PECs of MHBT for dihedral angles in different organic solvents were calculated to compare the dominant torsion degree,rationalizing the AIE phenomenon from the view of the restriction of intramolecular rotation *** work may well underpin the understanding of the interaction between different mechanisms in fluorescent dyes and thereby provide meaningful guideline for the design and construction of ideal molecules.

Symptomatic seminal vesicle cysts （SVCs）, especially those of a large size, can be removed by surgical treatments. Currently, open surgeries for SVC are rarely performed due to their extensive surgical trauma, and minimally invasive surgical therapies for treating seminal vesicle cysts are still in the early stages. In addition, relevant studies are mostly confined to case reports. In this study, we retrospectively reviewed 53 patients who had received transperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing or fenestration under seminal vesiculoscopy for SVC in our institution. Both surgeries decreased the cyst volume to a significant extent; however, according to the remnant lesion size after rechecking images, seminal vesiculoscopic fenestration tended to have a higher recurrence than laparoscopic unroofing. Regarding complications, two individuals in the laparoscopic unroofing group experienced ureteral injury and rectal injury, while patients in the fenestration group only had temporary hemospermia, which indicates that fenestration surgery tends to have less severe complications than laparoscopic unroofing. There was no solid evidence confirming semen improvement after these surgical therapies in our study. Future studies with a prospective design, larger sample size, and longer follow-up period are required to verify and further explore our findings.

The on-site inspection of high-power DC chargers results in new DC high-current measurement and DC energy traceability system *** paper studies the traceability technology of electric energy value for automotive high-power DC chargers,including:(1)the traceability method of the built-in DC energy meter and shunt of the charger;(2)precision DC high current and small precision DC voltage output and measurement *** paper designs a 0.1 mA∼600 A DC high current measurement system and proposes a 0.005 level DC powermeasurement traceability *** uncertainty evaluation experiment of theDC powermeasurement calibration system and the high-power DC charger’s on-site calibration experiment results verify the method’s effectiveness and feasibility in this *** experimental results show that the combined standard uncertainty of the DC power metering verification system can be 0.0451%.

For evaluating the water stability of hot-mixed renewable asphalt mixture(HRM),the traditional methods are all tested under still water *** for damage in still water conditions,the hydrodynamic pore pressure generated by the tire driving on the surface water has a great ***,the RAP contents of the HRMs were designed at 0%,30%,45%and 60%with AC-25 ***,the self-designed evaluation methods of water stability and dynamic modulus were ***,the mechanism of the influence of hydrodynamic pore pressure damage on HRMs was *** results show that the water stability of HRM containing 30%RAP is equivalent to that of 45%RAP,and the water stability of HRM containing 60%RAP decreases *** Contabro test after MIST treatment can be used as an evaluation method for hydrodynamic pore pressure damage on ***-speed,heavy-load traffic and larger RAP content have greater damage to the mixture after hydrodynamic pore pressure *** performance differences between the aged bitumen and pure bitumen,as well as the aged minerals and new minerals,are continuing to be enlarged in hydrodynamic pore pressure conditions,finally affecting the water stability and dynamic modulus of the HRMs.

Research of the relationship of intracellular acidification and apoptosis in Hela cells based on pH nanosensors

In this paper,the relationship of intracellular acidification and apoptosis in Hela cells induced by vin-cristine sulfate has been studied by use of the ratiometric pH nanosensors that have been developed by our group,employing fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC) doped as the pH-sensitive dye and Tris(2,2'-bipyidyl) dichlororuthenium(II) hexahydrate(RuBpy) doped as reference dye. The pH change of the Hela cells induced by vincristine sulfate has been monitored in vivo,in situ and real time by use of the ratiometric pH nanosensors. The experimental results show that the pH of the apoptotic Hela cells induced by vincristine sulfate has been acidified from 7.11 to 6.51,and the percentage of intra-cellular acidification is correlated with the induced concentration and incubation time of the vincristine sulfate. The further study of the percentage of intracellular acidification and the percentage of apop-tosis of Hela cells at the same time reveals that apoptosis of Hela cells induced by vincristine sulfate is preceded by intracellular acidification. These results would provide theoretical foundation for the therapy of cancer through interfering the pH of cells by use of vincristine sulfate or other anti-cancer drugs.

通过显微硬度测试、金相观察、EBSD和透射电镜观察等手段研究T83态2099铝锂合金挤压型材搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)焊缝的微观组织和硬度分布。结果表明:基材呈部分再结晶组织,主要析出相为T1相和δ′相,存在{112}铜型、S织构和立方织构。焊接区域的晶粒尺寸均小于基材,且该区域在焊接过程中基材的原有析出相发生溶解后重新析出细小的δ′相。焊缝区的硬度由于晶粒尺寸和析出相的变化整体下降,呈W型分布,热机械影响区的硬度最低。热机械影响区和热影响区分别以{112}织构和{112}铜型织构为主,且都存在较弱的{001}再结晶织构。焊核区发生动态再结晶,存在大量旋转立方织构。

Aging increases the risks of various diseases and the vulnerability to *** senescence is a hallmark of aging that contributes greatly to aging and aging-related *** study demonstrates that extracellular vesicles from human urine-derived stem cells(USC-EVs)efficiently inhibit cellular senescence in vitro and in *** intravenous injection of USC-EVs improves cognitive function,increases physical fitness and bone quality,and alleviates aging-related structural changes in different organs of senescence-accelerated mice and natural aging *** anti-aging effects of USC-EVs are not obviously affected by the USC donors’ages,genders,or health *** analysis reveals that USC-EVs are enriched with plasminogen activator urokinase(PLAU)and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 1(TIMP1).These two proteins contribute importantly to the anti-senescent effects of USC-EVs associated with the inhibition of matrix metalloproteinases,cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A(P16INK4a),and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1A(P21cip1).These findings suggest a great potential of autologous USC-EVs as a promising anti-aging agent by transferring PLAU and TIMP1 proteins.
