Broadband photodetectors based on narrow bandgap 2D materials have garnered considerable interest for application in the field of optoelectronic devices. However, their large dark current hinders device performance. In this work, a PtSe2/MoS2heterojunction was fabricated for a broadband photodetector operating within the range of visible to near-infrared. The device exhibited suppressed dark currents with a high rectification ratio of 104. The built-in electric field of the heterojunction promoted carrier separation effectively, and the device achieved excellent photoelectric performance with responsivities of 1.7 × 103,27.52, and 21 mA/W at 635, 785, and 1550 nm wavelengths, respectively. Moreover, the specific detectivities(D*) were 2.2 × 1013Jones(635 nm), 3.55 × 1011Jones(785 nm), and 2.72 × 108Jones(1550 nm). The device demonstrated a rise/fall time of 131/241 μs under 1550 nm laser illumination. Visible and near-infrared imaging detection was also demonstrated based on the heterojunction device at room temperature. This work sheds light on the remarkable potential of PtSe2/MoS2heterojunctions in the domain of high-performance broadband photodetectors.

Laser anti-drone technology is entering the sequence of actual combat,and it is necessary to consider the vulnerability of typical functional parts of *** the concept of"vulnerability"was proposed,a variety of analysis programs for battlefield targets to traditional weapons have been developed,but a comprehensive assessment methodology for targets'vulnerability to laser is still *** on the shotline method,this paper proposes a method that equates laser beam to shotline array,an efficient vulnerability analysis program of target to laser is established by this method,and the program includes the circuit board and the wire into the vulnerability analysis category,which improves the precision of the vulnerability *** the UAV engine part as the target of vulnerability analysis,combine with the"life-death unit method"to calculate the laser penetration rate of various materials of the UAV,and the influence of laser weapon system parameters and striking orientation on the killing probability is quantified after introducing the penetration rate into the vulnerability analysis *** quantitative analysis method proposed in this paper has certain general expansibility,which can provide a fresh idea for the vulnerability analysis of other targets to laser.

In this work,a simple fabrication method of germanium-based metasurfaces is proposed,where the deposited Al_(2)O_(3) layer with high selectivity is chosen as the hard mask and retained after the dry etching *** simulation and experimental characterization results verify the feasibility of the fabrication *** experimental study on the fabrication methods of germanium-based metasurfaces is very significant as the meta-atoms with a higher refractive index can achieve 0 to 2πtransmission phase variation with a smaller period under the same thickness-to-period ratio,which is consistent with the requirement of the period miniaturization in some cases.

The development of hybrid optics.microwave communication systems puts forward a new requirement for beam splitters to efficiently transmit microwave signals and simultaneously reflect optical signals. Owing to mechanical constraints, the physical thickness of beam splitters is of the order of tens of millimeters. The corresponding electrical thickness has the same order of magnitude as microwave wavelengths, and the resulting multi-beam interference effect significantly reduces the microwave transmittance, impacting the beam splitting *** study presents a new optics.microwave beam splitter based on the ability of the frequency selective surface(FSS) to shape the resonant curve. A beam splitter sample,whose physical thickness and substrate material are 20 mm and quartz glass, respectively, is designed, simulated, fabricated, and characterized to validate the feasibility of this strategy. The measured results show that the minimum microwave transmittance between 35 and 36.5 GHz with an incidence angle of 45° under TE polarization is 86.43%, and the mean value of the reflectance spectra from 450 to 900 nm and that from 7.7 to 10.5 μm both exceed 96%. This FSS-based optics.microwave beam splitter is expected to play a key role in hybrid optics.microwave communication systems.

Dear Editor,In order to realize the pixel level light adjusting control of the binocular high dynamic light adjusting and imaging system, this letter proposed a novel self-calibration method. By analyzing the optical design of the system, the causes of the distortion are given and a distortion model is established. Then, a quick and accurate self-calibration method is designed. The experiments indicate that the method can calibrate the two image sensors of the system at the same time,the average pixel deviation of the calibrated system is less than 0.5pixels and the maximum deviation is less than 1 pixel.

The thermal gradient is an important factor that causes degradation to the image quality of telescopes. In order to ensure the accurate alignment of the primary focus unit and the primary mirror, the hexapod platform(as a corrector) is investigated in this paper. First, a ground-based telescope with 2.5 m aperture and 3.5 deg field of view is described. The telescope is under construction, and it is expected to be finished in 2023. Second, the hexapod platform with flexure hinges utilized to adjust the primary focus unit is proposed, which is applied as a ***, the inverse kinematics of the platform is established and an open-loop control system is built based on ***, the cryogenic performance test for the hexapod platform is performed. The experimental results show that the resolution and repeatability of the translation for the hexapod platform can be achieved at the micrometer *** resolution and repeatability of the rotation can be achieved at the arc-second level. Therefore, the cryogenic performance of the hexapod platform can meet the optical imaging requirements of the wide-field ground-based telescope. The kinematic analysis and cryogenic performance tests in the paper provide a technical reference for the precise alignment of the primary focus unit and the primary mirror, which can improve the imaging quality of the telescope.

Ferroelectric materials are promising candidates for ultraviolet photodetectors due to their ferroelectric *** this work,a BaTiO_(3)/p-GaN/Au hybrid heterojunction-Schottky self-driven ultraviolet photodetector was fabricated with excellent bipolar photoresponse *** 0 V bias,the direction of the photocurrent can be switched by flipping the depolarization field of BaTiO_(3),which allows the performance of photodetectors to be controlled by the ferroelectric ***,a relatively large responsivity and a fast response speed can be also *** particular,when the depolarization field of BaTiO_(3) is in the same direction of the built-in electric field of the Au/p-GaN Schottky junction(up polarized state),the photodetector exhibits a high responsivity of 18 mA/W at 360 nm,and a fast response speed of<40 ms at 0 *** findings pave a new way for the preparation of high-performance photodetectors with bipolar photocurrents.
