Urban shrinkage has attracted the attention of many geographers and urban planners in recent ***,there are fewer studies on vacant housing in shrinking ***,this study combines multi-source remote sensing images and urban building data to assess the spatiotemporal variation patterns of housing vacancy in a typical shrinking city in *** following points were obtained:(1)We developed an evaluation model to identify vacant residential buildings in shrinking cities by removing the contribution of nighttime lights from roads and non-residential buildings;(2)The residential building vacancy rate in Fushun city significantly increased from 2013 to 2020,resulting in a significant high-value clustering *** impact of urban shrinkage on vacant residential buildings was higher than that on vacant non-residential buildings;(3)The World Pop population data demonstrated consistent spatial distribution and trend of population change in Fushun with the residential building vacancy rate results,suggesting good reliability of the constructed evaluation model in this *** housing vacancies can help the local government to raise awareness of the housing vacancy problem in shrinking cities and to propose reasonable renewal strategies.

Cultivated land is an important natural resource to ensure food,ecological and economic *** cultivated land quality evaluation(CQE)is greatly significant for protecting and managing cultivated *** this study,320 counties in the black soil region of Northeast china(BSRNC)represent the research units used to construct the CQE system measuring the soil properties(SP),cultivated land productivity(CLP),ecological environment(EE)and social economy(SE).The total of 19 factors were selected to calculate the integrated fertility index(IFI)and divided into ***,we used the coupling coordination degree model to comprehensively analyze the spatial pattern of the cultivated land quality(CLQ)in the BSRNC,and use the structural equation model(SEM)to analyze the driving *** results show the following:1)The CLQ of 262 counties in the BSRNC is in a state of coupling and coordination,and the coupling and coordination degree presents a spatial distribution pattern of‘high in the southwest and northeast,low in the northwest and southeast’.The coordinated development degree of 271 counties is between 0.4 and 0.6,which is in a transitional state between coordination and disorder.2)The CLQ in the BSRNC is generally good,with an average grade of ***-quality cultivated land accounts for 58.45%of all counties,middle-and upper-quality cultivated land accounts for 27.05%,and poor-quality cultivated land accounts for 14.49%.3)The SEM analysis shows that the SP,CLP,EE,and SE all influence the *** them,the SP has the largest driving force on the CLQ,while the SE has the smallest driving force on *** results confirm that the main factors affecting the evaluation results are crop productivity level,normalized difference vegetation index,ratio vegetation index,difference vegetation index,and organic carbon *** implementing protection measures in counties with a low CLQ,considering a balanced coordination of multiple systems and reasonably c

The presence of mutagenic and carcinogenic nitrosamines in water is of great concern. In this study, seven nitrosamines including N-nitrosodimethylamine （NDMA）, N-nitrosodiethylamine （NDEA）, N-nitrosomethylethylamine （NMEA）, N-nitrosopyrrolidine （NPyr）, N-nitrosopiperidine （NPip）, N-nitrosodi-n-propylamine （NDPA）, and N-nitrosodi-n-butyl-amine （NDBA） were investigated in river water and ground water samples collected from 5 representative cities （Jilin, Songyuan, Harbin, Jiamusi and Tongjiang） along the Songhua River. The total concentrations of nitrosamines in ground water were n.d. （not detected） to 60.8 ng/L, NDMA was the most frequently detected nitrosamines in ground water, followed by NDEA and NPip. Relatively high detected frequency and concentrations of NDMA were also observed in river water samples, and the total nitrosamines＇ concentration at midstream is always higher than that at upstream and downstream. After 24 hr chlorination, concentration of NDMA, NDBA was obviously increased but NDEA was reduced. Furthermore, UV2s4 showed a better relationship with NDMA-FP rather than dissolved organic carbon （DOC）. NI-h-N. and TDN.

AIM: To study the inhibitory effect of transfected PTEN on LoVo ***: Human PTEN cDNA was transferred into LoVo cells via lipofectin and PTEN mRNA levels and its expression were analyzed by Western blot and flow cytometry. Before or after transfection, the effects of 5-Fu on inhibiting cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis were measured by flow cytometry, DNA bands and ***: PTEN transfection significantly up-regulated PTEN expression in LoVo cells. 5-Fu inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis in transfected LoVo ***: Transfected PTEN can remarkably up-regulate PTEN expression in LoVo cells and promote the *** transfection is associated with 5-Fu treatment effect and has a cooperatively cytotoxic effect.

In the present study,the Ultrasonic-Microwave(US-MW)technique was applied for assisting enzymatic hydrolysis of freshwater mussel *** operating parameters of enzymatic hydrolysis were investigated and the properties and qualities of the freshwater mussel hydrolysates were also *** considerable optimum conditions for enzymatic hydrolysis of mussel meat were ratio of liquid to material of 10.36:1,power of 360.52 W,processing time of 6.91 min,enzymolysis time of 4 *** these conditions,a degree of hydrolysis(DH)of 48.40% was *** hydrolysates produced under optimum conditions,were characterized in terms of electrophoretic profile,amino acid composition and infrared spectrum ***-PAGE profiles of the hydrolysates revealed that several protein bands were cleaved and several light myosin chains(25 kDa and 15 kDa,respectively)and peptides of molecular weight lower than 6.5 kDa were *** infrared spectrum absorption peak of amide band A and band III shifted after US-MW pre-treatment,which indicated that the N-H(hydrogen bonding)stretching vibration and triple helix structure of samples were *** essential amino acids in hydrolysates with or without US-MW pre-treatment were 36.62 mg/100 g and 33.40 mg/100 *** was proved that US-MW assisted enzymatic hydrolysis is an effective technology to utilize freshwater mussel meat.

The effects of xanthan gum (0 % and 0.3 %) on the quality of low sodium (2.0 %, 2.4 %, 2.8 %, 3.2 %, 3.6 % and 4.0 %) salted beef and property of myofibril proteins (MP) extracted from salted beef were researched. Changes in the salting absorptivity, cooking loss, shear force, color and sensory analysis showed that xanthan gum had a positive effect on the quality of salted beef with low salinity (2.0 %, 2.4 % and 2.8 %). MP of salted beef treated with xanthan gum had higher solubility, lower hydrogen bond than that without it (P < 0.05). The decrease of surface hydrophobicity and intrinsic fluorescence intensity indicated that the chromophore of protein was brought into a hydrophobic environment in the presence of xanthan gum. The electrophoresis showed that xanthan gum could improve the concentration of myosin heavy chain, paramyosin and actin after tumble-salting. The data suggested that salted beef and its MP treated with xanthan gum and 2.8 % salt (XS3) had the best properties. Together, xanthan gum could be considered as a sodium salt substitute for the development of low sodium meat products.

The solar X-ray and Extreme Ultraviolet Imager(X-EUVI),which was developed by CIOMP,is china’s first space-based solar X-ray and Extreme Ultraviolet(EUV)imager;it has been loaded onto the Fengyun-3E Satellite,which is supported by the china Meteorological Administration(CMA),for solar *** commenced working on July 11,2021,and was used to obtain the first X-ray and EUV images in china.X-EUVI employs an innovation dual band design to monitor a much larger temperature range across the Sun,covering the 0.6–8.0 nm wavelength band of the X-ray region and the 19.5 nm band of the EUV region.

High intensity pulsed electric fields(PEF)combined with distillation was used to extract essential oil from *** main parameters,namely electric field intensity,pulse number and distillation times,which can affect the efficiency of extraction,were ***,in order to demonstrate the feasibility of the method,oil obtained under optimal conditions was compared quantitatively and qualitatively with that obtained by conventional hydro *** the extraction yield,the optimal parameters combination was obtained with electric field intensity of 20 kV/cm,pulse number of 8 and distillation time of 2 *** treatment had no significant influence on the quality of essential ***,there was an increase in methyl eugenol percentage,which is a disadvantage from qualitative point of view.
