The roles of diurnal temperature in providing heat accumulation and chilling requirements for vegetation spring phenology *** previous studies have established a stronger correlation between leaf onset and diurnal temperature than between leaf onset and average temperature,current research on modeling spring phenology based on diurnal temperature indicators remains *** this study,we confirmed the start of the growing season(SOS)sensitivity to diurnal temperature and average temperature in boreal *** estimation of SOS was carried out by employing K-Nearest Neighbor Regression(KNR-TDN)model,Random Forest Regres-sion(RFR-TDN)model,eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGB-TDN)model and Light Gradient Boosting Machine model(LightGBM-TDN)driven by diurnal temperature indicators during 1982-2015,and the SOS was projected from 2015 to 2100 based on the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6(CMIP6)climate scenario *** sensitivity of boreal forest SOS to daytime temperature is greater than that to average temperature and nighttime *** LightGBM-TDN model perform best across all vegetation types,exhibiting the lowest RMSE and bias compared to the KNR-TDN model,RFR-TDN model and XGB-TDN *** incorporating diurn-al temperature indicators instead of relying only on average temperature indicators to simulate spring phenology,an improvement in the accuracy of the model is ***,the preseason accumulated daytime temperature,daytime temperature and snow cover end date emerged as significant drivers of the SOS simulation in the study *** simulation results based on LightGBM-TDN model exhibit a trend of advancing SOS followed by stabilization under future climate *** study underscores the potential of diurn-al temperature indicators as a viable alternative to average temperature indicators in driving spring phenology models,offering a prom-ising new method for simulating spring phenology.

Panax Ginseng(2n=48)represents a quintessential resource in traditional Chinese medicine,renowned for its outstanding medicinal and economic benefits(Choi,2008).But the late start in analyzing the ginseng genome and the poorly developed genetic transformation system still impede the study of ginseng gene function and the application of molecular *** transformation has the advantages of high efficiency,low cost,and short cycle while laying the foundation for stable genetic transformation(Chen et al.,2021).In the plant transformation process,the cell wall prevents exogenous DNA or protein entry,significantly reducing the efficiency of the ***,as exposed cells wrapped by the plasma membrane,are more likely to absorb exogenous DNA,RNA,and *** systems of protoplasts have been established in several species and applied in many fields,such as gene function research(Gou et al.,2020),gene editing(Yang et al.,2023),and physiological or molecular mechanism research(Aoyagi,2011).For instance,Oryza sativa protoplasts were employed to screen genes involved in rice defense signaling pathways through fluorescent reporter systems,with BiFC employed to verified inter-protein interactions(He et al.,2016).A study transformed Cannabis sativa *** with the plasmids carrying GFP and RFP genes,evaluated the efficiency under different transformation conditions by flow cytometry,and verified the induction of synthetic DR5 promoter by IAA based on the constructed system(Beard et al.,2021).

The cycloaddition reaction of CO_(2)with epoxide not only effectively reduces the concentration of CO_(2)in the atmosphere,but also has excellent industrial application value and up to 100%atom utilization,but there are difficulties in separation and recovery of traditional homogeneous catalysts,harsh reaction conditions of traditional heterogeneous catalysts,and activation of CO_(2)*** this paper,an easily synthesized heterogeneous catalyst CeNCl/C was used to catalyze the cycloaddition reaction of CO_(2)with styrene oxide,with a high yield of 92.7%,a high selectivity of 96.7%,a turnover numbers(TON)value of 349,and a good stability demonstrated in six cycle tests(equivalent to 216 h of testing).Through comprehensive studies,it was shown that CeNCl/C contains Lewis acid-base centers as active centers,which can effectively reduce the energy barrier required for ring opening of the reaction substrate,enhance the adsorption and activation of CO_(2),and promote the formation of intermediates,which led to the acquisition of excellent catalytic activity.

APWF: A Parallel Website Fingerprinting Attack with Attention Mechanism

Website fingerprinting (WF) attacks can reveal information about the websites users browse by de-anonymizing encrypted traffic. Traditional website fingerprinting attack models, focusing solely on a single spatial feature, are inefficient regarding training time. When confronted with the concept drift problem, they suffer from a sharp drop in attack accuracy within a short period due to their reliance on extensive, outdated training data. To address the above problems, this paper proposes a parallel website fingerprinting attack (APWF) that incorporates an attention mechanism, which consists of an attack model and a fine-tuning method. Among them, the APWF model innovatively adopts a parallel structure, fusing temporal features related to both the front and back of the fingerprint sequence, along with spatial features captured through channel attention enhancement, to enhance the accuracy of the attack. Meanwhile, the APWF method introduces isomorphic migration learning and adjusts the model by freezing the optimal model weights and fine-tuning the parameters so that only a small number of the target, samples are needed to adapt to web page changes. A series of experiments show that the attack model can achieve 83% accuracy with the help of only 10 samples per category, which is a 30% improvement over the traditional attack model. Compared to comparative modeling, APWF improves accuracy while reducing time costs. After further fine-tuning the freezing model, the method in this paper can maintain the accuracy at 92.4% in the scenario of 56 days between the training data and the target data, which is only 4% less loss compared to the instant attack, significantly improving the robustness and accuracy of the model in coping with conceptual drift.
