Flexible high energy density zinc-ion batteries enabled by binder-free MnO_(2)/reduced graphene oxide electrode

We demonstrate a rechargeable zinc-ion battery with high energy density and cyclability using MnO_(2)and reduced graphene oxide(MnO_(2)/rGO)*** flexible and binder free electrode,with high MnO_(2)mass ratio(80 wt%of MnO_(2)),is fabricated using vacuum filtration without any additional additives other than *** to batteries with conventional MnO_(2)electrodes,the Zn-MnO_(2)/rGO battery shows a significant enhanced capacity(332.2 mAh g^(-1)at 0.3 A g^(-1)),improved rate capability(172.3 mAh g^(-1)at 6 A g^(-1))and *** capacity retention remains 96%after 500 charge/discharge cycles at 6 A g^(-1).The high MnO_(2)mass ratio makes MnO_(2)/rGO electrode advantageous when the capacity is normalized to the whole electrode,particularly at high *** calculated gravimetric energy density of Zn-MnO_(2)/rGO battery is 33.17Wh kg^(-1),which is comparable to the existing commercial lead-acid batteries(30-40Wh kg^(-1)).Furthermore,the discharge profile and capacity of our Zn-MnO_(2)/rGO battery shows no deterioration during bending test,indicating good *** a result,zinc-ion battery is believed to be a promising technology for powering next generation flexible electronics.

Although the corporate relationship manager seems to be the key enabler in commercial banking,the personal relationship sales model is not a sustainable model for the paradigm shift in digital financial *** this research,we propose a knowledge-driven decision analytics approach to improve the decision ***,most of the corporate client documents processed in banks are not well-structured and the traditional analysis approach does not consider the document structure,which carries rich semantic *** propose a document structure-based text representation approach with incorporating auxiliary information in the predictive analytics of unstructured data to improve the performance in the document classification *** proposed approach significantly outperforms the traditional whole document approach which does not take into considerations of the document *** the proposed approach,knowledge can be effectively and efficiently used for business decisions and planning to improve the competitive advantage and substantiality of banks.

This study examined the effect of employee orientation and employee *** research design was employed.A sampled of three selected commercial banks in Enugu State,*** for the study were collected through questionnaire administered to the *** regression analysis,the result shows that employee orientation has a positive significant effect on employee performance of commercial banks in Enugu state,*** on the findings,the study recommended that bank management be able to properly plan and get ready for new hire orientation training in order to satisfy their expectations and create a basis for long-term employee happiness.

A systematic literature review of over 500 documents on marine release programs published since 2000 was done to evaluate the current state of aquaculture based enhancement(ABE = restocking,stock enhancement and sea ranching) for commercial and recreational(= leisure) fisheries in North America,Europe,Oceania and southern *** have been made with reviews and government information on ABE in China and Japan,where large-scale continuous(> 300 billion released individuals from 2004 to 2015) have been practised for over three *** broad categories of release programs were identified:(1) Enhancement to increase commercial yield and value;(2) Restocking to increase the spawning population of a commercial or recreational fishery;(3) restocking species for conservation;(4) Sea ranching – creating or maintaining a fishery by releasing individuals and harvesting them before they mature;and(5) releasing individuals to increase knowledge of the species and ABE system *** ***,crustaceans,molluscs and echinoderms were the focus of most publications in North America,Europe,Oceania and south *** on teleosts and crustaceans was most numerous in all regions(> 60%),except south Asia(～ 24%),where molluscs(41%),echinoderms(35%) and crustaceans(20.6%) were the dominant taxa in *** has implemented a large government initiative to promote research,investment and best practices in freshwater and marine releases,with a focus in marine waters largely on invertebrates,particularly penaeid prawns(～80% of releases in 2015).In other regions considered in the review,releases have been of a much smaller scale(millions of released individuals each year) and the focus of releases has been largely on species of recreational significance such as penaeid prawns(Penaeus plebejus,Metapenaeus dalli),and Mulloway(Agryrosomus japonicas) in Australia and Red Drum(Sciaenops ocellatus) and Snook(Centropomus undecimalis) in the United States.

Features of Dongjing's commercial Space in the Northern Song Dynasty: An Interpretation Based on Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival

With an analysis on the city image presented by the painting of Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival, as well as other relevant documents, this paper explores the factors that caused the market system reform in the Northern Song Dynasty. It also explores the features of Dongjing, the capital city's commercial space prompted by the reform, revealing that the growth of urban population, the rise of its commercial status and the emergence of citizen class were the essential factors contributing to the market system reform. It concludes that Dongjing's commercial space shows the following characteristics: developing in a linear form, gradually forming a commercial network system by integrating various shops, markets, and warehouses, expanding to the Outer City to combine the prosperous grassroots markets, and hosting commercial activities with longer business time.

European cropping systems are often characterized by short rotations or even monocropping,leading to environmental issues such as soil degradation,water eutrophication,and air pollution including greenhouse gas emissions,that contribute to climate change and biodiversity *** use of diversification practices(i.e.,intercropping,multiple cropping including cover cropping and rotation extension),may help enhance agrobiodiversity and deliver ecosystem services while developing new value *** its benefits,crop diversification is hindered by various technical,organizational,and institutional barriers along value chains(input industries,farms,trading and processing industries,retailers,and consumers)and within sociotechnical systems(policy,research,education,regulation and advisory).Six EU-funded research projects have joined forces to boost crop diversification by creating the European Crop Diversification Cluster(CDC).This Cluster aggregates research,innovation,commercial and citizen-focused partnerships to identify and remove barriers across the agrifood system and thus enables the uptake of diversification measures by all European value-chain *** CDC will produce a typology of barriers,develop tools to accompany actors in their transition,harmonize the use of multicriteria assessment indicators,prepare policy recommendations and pave the way for a long-term network on crop diversification.

The Mechanics Analysis of the Credit Focus Performance and the Formation of its Credit Risk in China commercial Bank

The paper firstly gives a brief introduction of the credit focus as a result of the competition among the branch banks of the commercial Bank. Then from the viewpoint of the performance of the branch bank, an analysis is made on the mechanism of the formation of the credit focus. Based on the analysis, the paper points out that the commercial Bank branches, under competition of the deposit restrain, have brought about excessive credit, which exceeds the finance required by the normal business. And finally the paper forms the credit risk of the bank.

In recent years,O2O e-commerce,represented by online group-buying,has developed vigorously,which had significant impacts on urban commercial *** City is a rising national central city in China,and its e-commerce development level is ahead,but relevant researches are ***,the data of online retailers of *** was collected and combined with Baidu map and Baidu heat map ***,we adopted the methods such as spatial statistics and geodetector to explore the geography and determinants of O2O online retailers in Zhengzhou urban *** main conclusions are 1)The spatial development of O2O online retailers is characterized by significant global high-value agglomeration.2)The agglomeration areas of different types of O2O online retailers are *** of them are concentrated in the old urban area within the Third Ring Road of Zhengzhou City,forming five comprehensive agglomeration areas.3)The areas with the high e-commerce development level are mainly concentrated in the northeast and southwest of the x-shaped region formed by the intersection of Lianyungang-Lanzhou and Beijing-Guangzhou *** Square and Guomao 360 Plaza are at the highest development level,followed by Zhongyuan Wanda Plaza and Daxue Middle *** development level at other areas is relatively low.4)Zhengzhou’s O2O commercial pattern is highly dependent on physical *** population distribution,especially the population distribution during the nightlife period,plays a vital role in its spatial development,followed by *** influences of physical distance are slightly larger than that of time cost,but the difference between them is *** addition,travelling costs have the least *** paper could provide certain references for urban commercial planning.

Applying singular value decomposition technique for quantifying the insects in commercial Thai Hommali Rice from NIR Spectrum

Insect infestation in rice stock is a significant issue in rice exporting business,resulting in the loss of product quality,nutrient as well as the economic ***,detecting the insect cont amination with the traditional sorting techniques were destructive,inaccurate,time consuming and unable to detect the internal insect *** study used near infrared(NIR)spectroscopy for obtaining the absorbent spectra from the insect cont amination in two kinds of rice samples,Milled Hommali rice(MHR)and Brown Hommali rice(BHR).The mathematical methods of partial least squares(PLSs)regression and singular value de-composition(SVD)were employed to construct the predicting *** statistical analysis results,R,RMSEP,RPD and bias,concluded that the predictive models from PLS for MHR and BHR were 0.95 and 0.90,0.014 and 0.019,4.79 and 3.11,as well as-0.007 and-0.008,respectively;while the statistical analysis results from SVD for MHR and BHR were 0.97 and 0.96,0.012 and 0.013,5.71 and 5.39,as well as-0.003 and 0.002,*** showed that SVD technique performed better than PLS technique which shows that using the advantage of SVD technique required less amounts of wave numbers for predicting and was possible to construct the low cost handheld equipment for detecting the insects in rice samples.
