Partial transient liquid phase （PTLP） bonding of TiC cermet to 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel was carried out. Impulse pressuring was used to reduce the bonding time, and a Ti/Cu/Nb interlayer was employed to alleviate the detrimental effect of interfacial reaction products on the bonding strength. Successful bonding was achieved at 885℃ under a pulsed pressure of 2-10 MPa within durations in the range of 2-8 min, which was notably shortened in comparison with conventional PTLP bonding. Microstructure characterization revealed the o- phase with a limit solubility of Nb, a sequence of Ti-Cu intermetallic phases and solid solutions of Ni and Cu in α＋β Ti in the reaction zone. The maximum shear strength of 106.7 MPa was obtained when the joint was bonded for 5 rain, indicating that a robust metallurgical bonding was achieved. Upon shear loading, the joints fractured along the Ti-Cu intermetallics interface and spread to the interior of TiC cermet in a brittle cleavage manner.

The Cu-exchanged SSZ-13 with the small-pore chabazite framework is considered as a highly efficient catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH_(3)(NH_(3)-SCR).In order to further improve the catalytic property,a series of Mn ion-assisted Cu/SSZ-13 powder catalysts were prepared by co-exchange method and stepwise exchange *** is found that the NH_(3)-SCR activity,N_(2) selectivity,hydrothermal stability and sulfur resistance of Cu/SSZ-13 are promoted by introducing a minority of Mn(0.15%to 0.23%(mass))through co-exchange *** results reveal that the Cu,Mn co-exchange enables the higher amounts of Cu^(2+)active sites,the abundant medium strong and strong acid,the optimized ratio of Lewis acid to Brønsted acid etc.,which are required for a good NH_(3)-SCR catalytic property over broad temperature range and under harsh working ***,a monolithic catalyst was prepared by impregnating a cordierite ceramic support into the coating slurry containing the optimized CuMn/SSZ-13 *** diesel engine bench tests show that Cu,Mn co-exchange gives the monolith catalyst a better catalytic property than commercial *** work provides an important guidance for the rational design of secondary-ion-assisted zeolites applied in NH_(3)-SCR.

A novel single-phase Sm^3+activated Ca5(PO4)2SiO4 phosphor was successfully fabricated via a conventional solid-state method,which can be e fficie ntly excited by near ultraviolet(n-UV)light-emitting *** crystal structure and luminescence properties were characterized and analyzed systematically by using relevant *** Ca5(PO4)2SiO4:Sm^3+phosphor shows an orange-red emission peaking at600 nm under the excitation of 403 nm and the optimal doping concentration of Sm^3+is determined to be 0.08,The critical distance of Ca5(PO4)2SiO4:0.08 Sm^3+is calculated to be 1.849 nm and concentration quenching mechanism of the Sm^3+in Ca5(PO4)2SiO4 host is ascribed to energy transfer between nearestneighbor *** decay time of Ca5(PO4)2 SiO4:0,08 Sm^3+is determined to be 1.1957 *** addition,the effect of temperature on the emission intensity was also studied,72.4%of the initial intensity is still preserved at 250℃,better thermal stability compared to commercial phosphor YAG:Ce^3+indicates that Ca5(PO4)2SiO4:0.08 Sm^3+has excellent thermal stability and active energy is deduced to be 0.130 *** the results demonstrate that orange-red emitting Ca5(PO4)2SiO4:0.08 Sm3+phosphor exhibits good luminescent *** to the excellent thermal quenching luminescence property,Ca5(PO4)2SiO4:0.08 Sm^3+phosphor can be applied in n-UV white light emitting diodes and serve as the warm part of white light.

To maintain the sustained economic growth, East and South-East Asian governments should assimilate the implications of the 1997 Asian financial crisis. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the crisis and the developmental state and discuss about the future role of the state in industrialization in East and South-East Asia. Based on the analyses of economic performance, financial crisis and industrial policies of East Asian economies, this paper focuses on the implications of financial crisis for rational bank and non-bank regulation and supervision, selective government intervention and risk management strategy. The article points out that strong industrial sectors and healthy financial sectors are key factors for East Asian economies to regain miracle growth, which really calls for a continued but modified role for the developmental state in East Asia.

The development of long-term imaging agents and subcellular imaging materials is of great importance in the research of cancer cell behaviors. In this work, a cationic poly（p-phenylenevinylene） derivative（PPV） is designed and synthesized to link quaternized N-methyl-imidazole groups as pendants which endow the polymer to bear positive charges. Absorption and fluorescence emission spectra of PPV display a large Stokes shift of 102 nm which is much larger than the commercial cell dyes. Positively charged polymer could adsorb onto the surface of cells via electrostatic interactions followed by cell endocytosis process to enter cells. Importantly, PPV barely has influence on the cell viability through cytotoxicity analysis. The colocalization data demonstrates that PPV and commercial lysosome-specific dye are highly colocalized in the same region, indicating that the green fluorescent PPV mainly distributes in the lysosomes. Moreover, the continuous imaging investigation shows that PPV could stay in cells for more than seven days while the commercial Lyso-Tracker would be extruded by cells after three days. PPV exhibits superior capabilities including strong fluorescence, large Stokes shift, good biocompatibility and high photostablity, which has great potential in the applications of cellular process monitoring.

The exploration of novel long lasting red phosphors is still of importance due to expected commercial applications and scientific interests. In this work, we reported the red long lasting phosphorescence（LLP） from Eu^3＋ doped BiOCl semiconductor polycrystals. The LLP property of the red phosphor is relatively weak due to less trap density, but the excitation band of LLP stems from the energy gap transition of semiconductor, offering experimental evidence for energy transfer between BiOCl semiconductor and Eu^3＋ ions. Although the afterglow duration of Eu^3＋ doped BiOCl was short temporarily, this work may open a novel kind of red LLP phosphors.
