Lima is the capital of the Republic of Peru. It is the most important city in the country and as other Latin America metropolises have multiple problems, including air pollution due to particulate material above air quality standards, emitted by 1.6 million vehicles. The “on-line” coupled model of meteorology and chemistry of transport and meteorological/chemistry, WRF/Chem (Weather and Research Forecasting with Chemistry) has been used in the Lima Metropolitan Area, and validated against data observed at ground level with ten air quality stations of the National Service of meteorology and Hydrology for the year 2016. The goal of this study was to estimate the concentration of PM2.5 particulate matter in the months of February and July of 2016. In both months, the model satisfactorily predicts temperature and relative humidity. The average observed PM2.5 concentrations in the month of July are higher than in February, probably because the relative humidity in July is greater than the relative humidity in February. In the months of February and July the standard observed deviations of the model have a factor of 2.4 and 3.7 respectively, indicating a greater dispersion in the data of the model. In the month of July, the model captures the characteristics of transport, shows characteristic peaks during peak hours, therefore, the model estimates transport behavior better in July than in February. The quality of the air is strongly influenced by the vehicular transport. The PM2.5 particulate material in February had an average bias that varied from [?13.2 to 4.4 μg/m3] and in July [?9.63 to 11.65 μg/m3] and a normalized average bias in February that varied from [?0.68 to 0.43] and in July of [?0.46 to 0.48].

Introduction:Huemul(Hippocamelus bisulcus Molina)is the most threatened flag species of Southern Patagonia,where conservation efforts were not effective to avoid the retraction of its distribution *** quality modeling can assist to design better management strategies for regional conservation *** objective was to elaborate one habitat suitability map for huemul,defining the environmental characteristics at landscape level,and determining the distribution of the suitable habitat inside the current natural reserve ***:We used a database of 453 records and explored 40 potential explanatory variables(climate,topographic,and landscape variables including human-related ones)to develop one habitat suitability map using the Environmental Niche Factor Analysis(ENFA)for santa Cruz province(Argentina).We combined the outputs in a GIS project using different shapes,including the current natural reserve ***:We defined the potential habitat for huemul,where forest edges and ecotone zones(e.g.,mainly alpine environments)were the most important environmental variables,as well as some forest types(e.g.,Nothofagus pumilio).Habitat losses were found in the extreme potential distribution areas(northern and southern areas),probably related to the increasing ranch *** current natural reserve network maintains approximately half of the huemul potential habitat in santa Cruz province,where National Parks presented the similar conservation importance than the provincial natural ***:Habitat suitability model for huemul can be used as a decision support system for new management strategies at different landscape levels to improve the current conservation efforts.

电力系统规模日益庞大、运行调整更加频繁,对分析计算实时性提出了更高要求。图数据库是近年来兴起的一种源于互联网海量数据并行处理的新型数据库,其数据模型可直观表达电网拓扑结构并易实现并行化遍历查询。首先,从数据模型和数据查询等方面介绍了图数据库的特点,分析了将其应用于大规模电力系统分析计算的潜在优势;其次,面向完整性、一致性以及高效性等准则,提出了基于图数据库并遵循CIM/E标准的电网数据模型设计方法,研发了数据模型装载工具。最后,在电网图数据库模型基础上,实现了一种并行化的电力网络拓扑分析算法。对实际大规模省级电网的计算结果表明,所提方法可显著提高拓扑搜索效率。

Objective.:To evaluate the efficacy of a single prophylactic dose of actinomycin D (Act-D) in the reduction of postmolar gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) in adolescents with high-risk hydatidiform mole (Hr-HM). Methods.:In a retrospective study,60 adolescents with Hr-HM were selected from a cohort of patients with gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD)-followed at santa Casa,Porto Alegre,Brasil. Twenty-nine received a single dose of Act-D at the time of uterine evacuation as prophylactic chemotherapy (P-chem) (study group) and 31 patients with the same risk factors did not received P-chem (control group). Patient follow-up was the same in both groups. Each group was analyzed for number of adolescents with postmolar GTN,morbidity associated with postmolar GTN,and reproductive outcomes. Results.:Postmolar GTN was diagnosed in two (6.9%) adolescents (95%CI,0.0-16.1) in the study group and in 9 (29.0%) patients (95%CI,13-45) in the control group. The reduction of postmolar GTN with a single dose of Act-D used as P-chem was 76%(relative risk = 0.24; 95%CI,0.06-0.99). Adverse effects of P-chem were minor. In the follow-up,when postmolar GTN were diagnosed,severity of disease was not increased,compliance with follow-up was not reduced,and reproductive outcomes after discharge were similar. Conclusions.:P-chem with a single dose of Act-D reduced postmolar GTN in 76%during follow-up of adolescents with Hr-HM. Since this regimen may reduce treatment costs,without affecting compliance with follow-up,it can be adopted by any Trophoblastic Disease Center.

AIM To establish a permanent piwi like RNA-mediated genesilencing 1(PIWIL1) gene knockout in AGP01 gastric cancer cell line using CRISPR-Cas9 system and analyze phenotypic modifications as well as gene expression *** CRISPR-Cas9 system used was purchased from Dharmacon GE Life Sciences(Lafayette, CO, United States) and permanent knockout was performed according to manufacturer's recommendations. Woundhealing assay was performed to investigate the effect of PIWIL1 knockout on migration capability of cells and Boyden chamber invasion assay was performed to investigate the effect on invasion capability. For the gene expression analysis, a one-color microarray-based gene expression analysis kit(Agilent Technologies, santa clara, CA, United States) was used according to the protocol provided by the manufacturer. RESULTS PIWIL1 gene knockout caused a significant decrease in AGP01 migration capacity as well as a significant decrease in cell invasiveness. Moreover, functional analysis based on grouping of all differentially expressed m RNAs identified a total of 35 genes(5 up-regulated and 30 down-regulated) encoding proteins involved in cellular invasion and migration. According to current literature, 9 of these 35 genes(DOCK2, ZNF503, PDE4 D, ABL1, ABL2, LPAR1, SMAD2, WASF3 and DACH1) are possibly related to the mechanisms used by PIWIL1 to promote carcinogenic effects related to migration and invasion, since their functions are consistent with the changes observed(being up-or down-regulated after knockout). CONCLUSION Taken together, these data reinforce the idea that PIWIL1 plays a crucial role in the signaling pathway of gastric cancer, regulating several genes involved in migration and invasion processes; therefore, its use as a therapeutic target may generate promising results in the treatment of gastric cancer.

Background:Studies have suggested that use of prolonged dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) following new generation drug-eluting stent implantation may increase costs and potential bleeding *** study aimed to investigate the association of DAPT status with clinical safety in patients undergoing everolimus-eluting stent (EES) implantation in the SEEDS study (A Registry to Evaluate Safety and Effectiveness of Everolimus Drug-eluting Stent for Coronary Revascularization) at 2-year ***:The SEEDS study is a prospective,multicenter study,where patients (n =1900) with small vessel,long lesion,or multi-vessel diseases underwent EES *** DAPT status was collected at baseline,6-month,1-and *** interruption was defined as any interruption of aspirin and/or clopidogrel more than 14 *** net adverse clinical events (NACE,a composite endpoint of all-cause death,all myocardial infarction (MI),stroke,definite/probable stent thrombosis (ST),and major bleeding (Bleeding Academic Research Consortium Ⅱ-Ⅴ)) were investigated according to the DAPT status at 2-year ***:DAPT was used in 97.8％ of patients at 6 months,69.5％ at 12 months and 35.4％ at 2 *** was observed that the incidence of NACE was low (8.1％) at 2 years follow-up,especially its components of all-cause death (0.9％),stroke (1.1％),and definite/probable ST (0.7％).DAPT was not an independent predictor of composite endpoint of all-cause death/MI/stroke (hazard ratio [HR]:0.693,95％confidence interval [CI]:0.096-4.980,P =0.715) and NACE (HR:1.041,95％ CI:0.145-7.454,P =0.968).Of 73 patients who had DAPT interruption,no patient had ST at 12-month,and only 1 patient experienced ST between 1-and 2-year (1.4％).There was a high frequency of major bleeding events (53/65,82.5％) occurred in patients receiving DAPT ***:Prolonged DAPT use was not associated with improved clinical *** study emphasized that duration of DAPT needs to be shortened in Chine

The Basidiomycota constitutes a major phylum of the kingdom Fungi and is second in species numbers to the *** present work provides an overview of all validly published,currently used basidiomycete genera to date in a single *** outline of all genera of Basidiomycota is provided,which includes 1928 currently used genera names,with 1263 synonyms,which are distributed in 241 families,68 orders,18 classes and four *** provide brief notes for each accepted genus including information on classification,number of accepted species,type species,life mode,habitat,distribution,and sequence ***,three phylogenetic analyses with combined LSU,SSU,5.8s,rpb1,rpb2,and ef1 datasets for the subphyla Agaricomycotina,Pucciniomycotina and Ustilaginomycotina are conducted,*** time estimates are provided to the family level with 632 species from 62 orders,168 families and 605 *** study indicates that the divergence times of the subphyla in Basidiomycota are 406-430 Mya,classes are 211-383 Mya,and orders are 99-323 Mya,which are largely consistent with previous *** this study,all phylogenetically supported families were dated,with the families of Agaricomycotina diverging from 27-178 Mya,Pucciniomycotina from 85-222 Mya,and Ustilaginomycotina from 79-177 *** times as additional criterion in ranking provide additional evidence to resolve taxonomic problems in the Basidiomycota taxonomic system,and also provide a better understanding of their phylogeny and evolution.

This is a continuity of a series of taxonomic papers where materials are examined,described and novel combinations are proposed where necessary to improve our traditional species concepts and provide updates on their *** addition to extensive morphological descriptions and appropriate asexual and sexual connections,DNA sequence data are also analysed from concatenated datasets(rDNA,TEF-a,RBP2 and b-Tubulin)to infer phylogenetic relationships and substantiate systematic position of taxa within appropriate *** new species or combinations are being proposed,we apply an integrative approach(morphological and molecular data as well as ecological features wherever applicable).Notes on 125 fungal taxa are compiled in this paper,including eight new genera,101 new species,two new combinations,one neotype,four reference specimens,new host or distribution records for eight species and one alternative *** new genera introduced in this paper are Alloarthopyrenia,Arundellina,Camarosporioides,Neomassaria,Neomassarina,Neotruncatella,Paracapsulospora and *** new species are Alfaria spartii,Alloarthopyrenia italica,Anthostomella ravenna,***,Arthrinium paraphaeospermum,Arundellina typhae,Aspergillus koreanus,Asterina cynometrae,Bertiella ellipsoidea,Blastophorum aquaticum,Cainia globosa,Camarosporioides phragmitis,Ceramothyrium menglunense,Chaetosphaeronema achilleae,Chlamydotubeufia helicospora,Ciliochorella phanericola,Clavulinopsis aurantiaca,Colletotrichum insertae,Comoclathris italica,Coronophora myricoides,Cortinarius fulvescentoideus,***,***,***,Cunninghamella gigacellularis,Cyathus pyristriatus,Cytospora cotini,Dematiopleospora alliariae,***,Diaporthe aseana,***,Distoseptispora multiseptata,***,***,Dothiora buxi,Emericellopsis persica,Gloniopsis calami,Helicoma guttulatum,Helvella floriforma,***,Hermatomyces subiculosa,Ju
