This paper contributes an inclusive review of scientific studies in the field of sustainable human building ecosystems （SHBEs）. Reducing energy consumption by making buildings more energy efficient has been touted as an easily attainable approach to promoting carbon-neutral energy societies. Yet, despite significant progress in research and technology development, for new buildings, as energy codes are getting more stringent, more and more technologies, e.g., LED lighting, VRF systems, smart plugs, occupancy-based controls, are used. Nevertheless, the adoption of energy efficient measures in buildings is still limited in the larger context of the developing countries and middle income/low-income population. The objective of Sustainable Human Building Ecosystem Research Coordination Network （SHBE-RCN） is to expand synergistic investigative podium in order to subdue barriers in engineering, architectural design, social and economic perspectives that hinder wider application, adoption and subsequent performance of sustainable building solutions by recognizing the essential role of human behaviors within building-scale ecosystems. Expected long-term outcomes of SHBE-RCN are collaborative ideas for transformative technologies, designs and methods of adoption for future design, construction and operation of sustainable buildings.

Multifunctional and diversified agriculture can address diverging pressures and demands by simultaneously enhancing productivity,biodiversity,and the provision of ecosystem *** use of digital technologies can support this by designing and managing resource-efficient and context-specific agricultural *** present the Digital Agricultural Knowledge and Information system(DAKIS)to demonstrate an approach that employs digital technologies to enable decision-making towards diversified and sustainable *** develop the DAKIS,we specified,together with stakeholders,requirements for a knowledge-based decision-support tool and reviewed the literature to identify limitations in the current generation of *** results of the review point towards recurring challenges regarding the consideration of ecosystem services and biodiversity,the capacity to foster communication and cooperation between farmers and other actors,and the ability to link multiple spatiotemporal scales and sustainability *** overcome these challenges,the DAKIS provides a digital platform to support farmers'decision-making on land use and management via an integrative spatiotemporally explicit approach that analyses a wide range of data from various *** approach integrates remote and in situ sensors,artificial intelligence,modelling,stakeholder-stated demand for biodiversity and ecosystem services,and participatory sustainability impact assessment to address the diverse drivers affecting agricultural land use and management design,including natural and agronomic factors,economic and policy considerations,and socio-cultural preferences and ***,the DAKIS embeds the consideration of ecosystem services,biodiversity,and sustainability into farmers'decision-making and enables learning and progress towards site-adapted small-scale multifunctional and diversified agriculture while simultaneously supporting farmers'objectives and societal demands.

Identifying desirable genotypes with the best performance in diverse environments is a perpetual aim of plant breeding,and the interaction between genotype and environment(G×E)always plays a key *** study was conducted to elucidate the genetic behaviour of different hybrid combinations at various densities in diverse *** to a line×tester design,32 hybrid combinations were obtained from 16 inbred individuals crossed with two testers and planted at three locations at three density levels(45,000,67,500 and 90,000 plants ha-1)during ***(G),environment(E)and the interaction of genotype and environment(G×E)significantly affected grain yield at different *** planting density enhanced grain yield and improved the efficiency of germplasm screening,where the effect of location on grain yield at different densities was larger than that of year and the GCA was larger than the ***,four inbred lines(KB102,KB081,KA105,and KB106)with a high GCA,environmental adaptability,and several combinations using them as parents have been approved in ShannXi Province and National of *** conclusion,the evaluation of combining ability at multiple densities and locations can effectively screen inbred lines and improve breeding efficiency.

Nowadays,OLEDs have shown aesthetic potential in smart cards,sensor displays,other electronic devices,sensitive medical devices and signal monitoring *** to their wide range of applications like low power consumption,high contrast ratio,speed highly electroluminescent,wide viewing angle and fast response *** this paper,a highly efficient organic LED ITO/V_(2)O_(5)/Alq3/TPBi/BPhen/LiF/Al with low turn-on voltage and high optically efficiency is presented including electrical and optical *** simulation of electrical characteristics like current versus applied voltage,current density versus applied voltage,recombination prefactor versus excess carrier density characteristics and optical characteristics like light flux versus current density,light flux versus applied voltage and optical efficiency versus applied voltage has been *** physical design,working principle and thickness of different layers along with the process of formation of singlet and triplet excitons are discussed in *** double electron transport layer(ETL),cathode layers are used to enhance the electrical and optical efficiency of *** operating voltage is found to be~3.2 V for the ITO/V_(2)O_(5)/Alq3/TPBi/BPhen/LiF/Al heterostructure based *** designed organic LED has achieved the maximum optical efficiency at 3 V.

Background:Leptospirosis morbidity and mortality rates in China have decreased since the *** analyses of the spatiotemporal and demographic changes occurring in the last decade and its implication on estimates of disease burden are required to inform intervention *** this study,we quantified the epidemiological shift and geographical heterogeneity in the burden of leptospirosis during 2005-2015 in ***:We used reported leptospirosis case data from 1st January 2005 to 31st of December 2015 that routinely collected by the China Information system for Disease Control and Prevention(CISDCP)to analyze the epidemiological trend and estimate the burden in terms of disability-adjusted life-years(DALYs)over space,time,and demographical ***:A total of 7763 cases were reported during *** which,2403(31%)cases were the laboratoryconfirmed *** 2005,the notified incidence rate was gradually decreased(P0.05).During 2005-2015,we estimated a total of 10313 DALYs were lost due to leptospirosis comprising a total of 1804 years-lived with disability(YLDs)and 8509 years-life lost(YLLs).Males had the highest burden of disease(7149 DALYs)compared to females(3164 DALYs).The highest burden estimate was attributed to younger individuals aged 10-19 years who lived in southern provinces of *** 2005-2015,this age group contributed to approximately 3078 DALYs corresponding to 30%of the total DALYs lost in ***,our analysis indicated a declining trend in burden estimates(P<0.001)since 2005 and remained relatively low during *** burden estimates have been identified in the endemic regions where infections principally *** of the changes in DALY estimates were driven by changes in ***:In the last 11-years,the burden estimates of leptospirosis have shown a declining trend across the country;however,leptospirosis should not be neglected as it re

地层孢粉数据是古植被和古气候重建等古环境研究的重要基础。孢粉数据库推动古环境研究从点到区域和全球尺度,从定性到定量,从而实现在大空间尺度和长时间序列上探索植被、气候和人类干扰的相互关系,以更好地理解地球系统的演变。该数据集整合了全国第四纪末期(5万年以来)共372个地层花粉序列,涵盖790个花粉类群,样点分布于中国30个省级行政区与领海。数据集包含地层花粉采样点的地名、经纬度坐标和海拔高度、数据来源、样品类型、沉积物长度、样品数量、测年方法及测年数量、时间跨度和参考文献,以及每个采样点的花粉含量百分比。数据主要来源于20世纪80年代至今。采样点集中分布在温带和亚热带森林、温带草原和荒漠以及青藏高原高寒植被区域;在深海到青藏高原不同海拔高度都有分布,但集中在海拔2000 m之下。按照数据来源区分,原始数据样点178个,占47.8%;数值化数据194个,占52.2%。按照样品类型分类,多数样点为湖泊样品(151个)、冲积物/洪积物样品(99个)与泥炭样品(67个),占总样点数的85.2%。年代测定的主要方法为放射性碳同位素手段(占样品总数的93.8%),大部分记录有2-10个测年数据。采样点的平均花粉类群数量是19个,以4-30个花粉类群的采样点最多。代表性花粉类群(松属(Pinus)、栎属(Quercus)、蒿属(Artemisia)、禾本科)含量的时空分布格局表明,从末次盛冰期到全新世,这些花粉科属的分布范围扩大,含量也增加,但分布区域具有分异。半个多世纪以来,孢粉学工作者建立中国大部分地区的地层花粉记录,为探究古环境演变及其气候变化、人类活动驱动机制奠定了重要的基础。
