The last letter of the FAIR acronym stands for *** and metadata should be made available with a clear and accessible usage ***,what are the choices?How can researchers share data and allow reusability?Are all the licenses available for sharing content suitable for data?Data can be covered by different layers of copyright protection making the relationship between data and copyright particularly *** research data can be considered as a work and therefore covered by full copyright while other data can be in the public domain due to their lack of ***,a collection of data can be protected by special rights in Europe to acknowledge the investment in time and money in obtaining,presenting,arranging or verifying the *** need of using a license when sharing data comes from the fact that,under current copyright laws,when rights exist,the absence of any legal notice must be understood as the default“all rights reserved”*** an exception applies,the authorisation of right holders is necessary for *** holders could use any text to state the reusability of data but it is advisable to use some of the existing licenses,and especially the ones that are suitable for data and *** hope that with this paper we can bring some clarity in relation to the rights involved when sharing research data.

The current study was conducted in the experimental field of the Department of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering, Faculty of Life Science, University of Development Alternative, Dhaka, Bangladesh during the winter season 2017-2018. The study was performed to reduce the heterotic effect and phenotypic correlation among numerous yield characters for F1 hybrids of hexaploid wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). The experimental design has consisted of six parental variants (Sonalika, Balaka, Prodip, Kanchan, Agrahani and Protiva), which were crossed and nine possible cross combinations (F1 hybrids) (Prodip × Agrahani, Balaka × Agrahani, Prodip × Protiva, Protiva × Agrahani, Agrahani × Kanchan, Kanchan × Sonalika, Protiva × Prodip, Sonalika × Agrahani, and Prodip × Kanchan) were obtained. The experimental fields were selected and arranged in a randomized complete block design with four replicates, where eight characters were studied. The mean square of the analysis of variance showed that the hybrids differed significantly (p ≤ 0.01) for all studied characters except for maturity to 75% of days and height of the plant, while the parents only had no differences in grain yield. The mean square of the parent and the F1 hybrid indicated that considerable heterosis existed in the F1 hybrids. In general, correlation coefficients indicated that the maturity to 75% of days was significant but negatively correlated with most of the yield traits, suggesting that the genotypes which became mature early may have lower yields. Plant height was also negatively correlated with grain spike−1, seed index, and harvest index. The grain yield plant−1 was significant and positively correlated with all yield traits. Fabrication of nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide/tricobalt tetraoxide composite aerogels with high efficiency,broadband microwave absorption,and good compression recovery performance

Physical inactivity is one of the leading health problems in the world. Strong epidemiological and clinical evidence demonstrates that exercise decreases the risk of more than 35 different disorders and that exercise should be prescribed as medicine for many chronic diseases. The physiology and molecular biology of exercise suggests that exercise activates multiple signaling pathways of major health importance. When skeletal muscle contracts it produces, expresses and releases myokines with either autocrine, paracrine or endocrine effects. Hundreds of secreted peptides have been identified as part of the muscle secretome and provide a conceptual basis for understanding how muscles communicate with other organs, such as adipose tissue, liver, pancreas, bone and brain. Some myokines are thought to induce anti-inflammatory responses with each bout of exercise and other mediate long-term exercise-induced improvements in cardiovascular risk factors, having an indirect anti-inflammatory effect. Myokines also mediate anticancer effects and contribute to regulate metabolism and cognitive function. There is, however, a need to close the gap between knowledge and practice and assure that basic research is translated, implemented, and anchored in society, leading to change of praxis and political statements.

The fabrication of advanced graphene-based microwave absorbing materials with thin thickness,wide bandwidth,strong absorption strength,and low filling ratio remains a huge *** this paper,nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide/tricobalt tetraoxide(NRGO/Co_(3)O_(4))composite aerogels were syn-thesized by a three-step method of solvothermal reaction,high-temperature calcination,and hydrother-mal *** results showed that the attained NRGO/Co_(3)O_(4)composite aerogels had a unique three-dimensional porous network structure,extremely low bulk density,and good compression ***,the effect of the addition amounts of flower-like Co_(3)O_(4)on the complex dielectric con-stant and microwave absorption properties of NRGO/Co_(3)O_(4)composite aerogels was *** the addition amount of Co_(3)O_(4)was equal to 15 mg,the prepared binary composite aerogel showed the strongest absorption strength of-62.78 dB and a wide absorption bandwidth of 5.5 GHz at a thin thick-ness of 2.13 mm and a low filling ratio of 15 wt.%.It was worth noting that the maximum absorption bandwidth could reach 6.32 GHz(11.68-18 GHz,spanning the entire Ku-band)at a thickness of 2.24 *** addition,the possible microwave absorption mechanism of NRGO/Co_(3)O_(4)composite aerogels was also ***,this paper will provide a new and simple strategy for preparing RGO-based porous nanocomposites as lightweight,efficient,and broadband microwave absorbers.

The Ghana research Reactor-1 (GHARR-1) is a 34 kW low enriched uranium (LEU) Miniature Neutron Source Reactor (MNSR), tank-in-pool type and cooled by natural circulation under atmospheric pressure operating conditions. GHARR-1 is owned by Ghana Atomic Energy Commission (GAEC) and operated by National Nuclear research Institute (NNRI), one of the institutes of GAEC. GHARR-1 is housed by Nuclear Reactors research centre (NRRC), one of the centres of NNRI. Management/Administration, Radiation protection, Reactor operation and maintenance, Reactor utilization and Physical protection are the various systems/units that integrate to manage the activities of operation and utilization of GHARR-1 in addition to the quality assurance and quality control management system of the research reactor facility. The GHARR-1 which is currently in operation follows a robust maintenance culture adopted by the management system and this has made it possible to keep the reactor in operation with minimal interruption. The management system activities adopted at the centre to ensure safety of the workers, public and the research reactor facility include authorization of the operation of the reactor for any experiments/modifications;providing material and financial resources for maintaining the research reactor facility;following standard procedures while carrying out Neutron Activation Analysis;participation in IAEA proficiency test;irradiation sites/positions characterization;following standard procedures while carrying out reactor operation and maintenance including reactor and pool water purification and other related activities;monitoring radiation levels in the controlled, supervised and uncontrolled areas of the research reactor facility as well as during reactor operation and maintenance;controlling the physical entry of the workers and public into the research reactor facility;and ensuring that the security structures provided to protect the reactor facility are functioning properly.

Temporal trends of perfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs)have been determined in the blood samples from several countries globally including a female population in Sweden recently,yet little is known about the time trends in the blood levels of these compounds in Swedish male populations over recent *** this study,the fourteen target PFASs consisted of four perfluorosulfonates(PFSAs)and ten perfluorocarboxylates(PFCAs)in the whole blood samples,collected from 153 Swedish elderly men during the period between 2008 and 2010,were analyzed via ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).As the dominant PFASs contaminants in the blood samples,perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS)showed the highest geometric mean(GM)at8.5 ng/mL,ranging from 1.7 to 29 ng/mL,while blood perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)contained the GM of1.8 ng/mL,ranging from 0.35 to 6.4 ng/*** the levels of these two compounds were lower than those determined in the blood samples of Swedish elderly populations derived from the late *** to the temporal trend analysis,over the three years,the blood levels of PFOS in Swedish male populations declined 16% per annum,while those of perfluoroundecanoic acid(PFUnDA)increased 6.1%per annum,which were consistent with those reported previously for the populations from other countries.

Asoprisnil, a member of the selective progesterone receptor modulators, exerts high proges- terone receptor selectivity, endometrial targeted advantages and significant anti-implantation effect in rats. The purpose of this study was to confirm the anti-implantation effect of asoprisil, investigate the ultrastructural changes of the peri-implantation endometrium in mice and explore the effect of asoprisnil on endometrial receptivity and its targeted contraceptive proficiency. Post-coitus mice were adminis- tered with different dosages （0.2, 0.1, 0.05 mg·g^-1·day^-1） of asoprisnil from day 1 of pregnancy to day 3. Then 3 animals in each group were killed on day 5 of pregnancy, and uteri were collected to examine the ultrastructural changes of endometria under a transmission electron microscope （TEM）. A total of 80 animals were sacrificed on day 8 of pregnancy, and the uterine horns were examined for the presence or absence of nidation sites and the number of implantation embryos. The results showed that the implan- tation rate and the average number of implantation embryos in asoprisnil groups were statistically sig- nificantly decreased as compared with the vehicle control group （P〈0.05）. The TEM results revealed that, in vehicle control group, the tight junction between the luminal epithelia cells was short and straight, the gap was wide; the luminal epithelia cells were covered with plenty of short, clavate and neatly arranged microvilli; the endometril stromal cells were large with plenty of cytoplasm, and showed significant decidual change; there was more than one nucleus in stromal cells, and the karyotheca was integrity. In low dosage and high dosage asoprisnil groups, the tight junction was longer and more curve than in the vehicle control group; microvilli were uneven and asymmetrically distrib- uted in luminal epithelia; the stromal cells were small and the decidual change was not significant; there were karyopyknosis and karyolysis in stromal cells; there w

For achieving water splitting into hydrogen under sunlight for practical applications,the high efficiencies of the photoreduction of CO_(2) over TiO_(2)/Fe3O4 photocatalysts combined with hydrogenation of water splitting over Pt/TiO_(2) were investigated by practical concentrated solar energy compared with Hg lamp and Xe *** on AI analysis on the influence factors,the key parameters for TOC concentration were photocatalysts,Na2CO3 concentration and radiation intensity while the key parameters for hydrogen production were photocatalysts,radiation intensity,and TOC ***,the mechanism of concentrated sunlight effects has been discussed from the view of thermodynamics and *** concentrated sunlight provides a simultaneous supply of sufficient electron–hole pairs and thermal *** to hydrogen and CO_(2) reduction are both enhanced in concentrated sunlight due to endothermal *** changes the internal electric field of p-n junction of in different possible ways,and thus composite photocatalysts with favorable formation of p-n junctions would enhance the charge separation by internal electric ***,photocatalysts are beneficial for providing more excited electrons at a time for achieving CO_(2) photoreduction at the surface region of the particles with higher density of radiation by concentrated solar ***,products from CO_(2) photoreduction,acting as sacrificial electron donors,improved hydrogen evolution in solar-mediated water splitting for prohibiting reverse reactions.
