Ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS)represents pre-invasive breast *** untreated cases,25-60%DCIS progress to invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC).The challenge lies in distinguishing between non-progressive and progressive DCIS,often resulting in over-or under-treatment in many *** increasing screen-detected DCIS in these years,the nature of DCIS has aroused worldwide attention.A deeper understanding of the biological nature of DCIS and the molecular journey of the DCIS-IDC transition is crucial for more effective clinical ***,we reviewed the key signaling pathways in breast cancer that may contribute to DCIS initiation and *** also explored the molecular features of DCIS and IDC,shedding light on the progression of DCIS through both inherent changes within tumor cells and alterations in the tumor *** addition,valuable research tools utilized in studying DCIS including preclinical models and newer advanced technologies such as single-cell sequencing,spatial transcriptomics and artificial intelligence,have been systematically ***,we thoroughly discussed the clinical advancements in DCIS and IDC,including prognostic biomarkers and clinical managements,with the aim of facilitating more personalized treatment strategies in the *** on DCIS has already yielded significant insights into breast carcinogenesis and will continue to pave the way for practical clinical applications.

Optimal mining sequence for coal faces under a bedding slope:insight from landslide prevention

Repetitive mining beneath bedding slopes is identified as a critical factor in geomorphic disturbances, especially landslides and surface subsidence. Prior research has largely concentrated on surface deformation in plains due to multi-seam coal mining and the instability of natural bedding slopes, yet the cumulative impact of different mining sequences on bedding slopes has been less explored. This study combines drone surveys and geological data to construct a comprehensive three-dimensional model of bedding slopes. Utilizing FLAC3D and PFC2D models, derived from laboratory experiments, it simulates stress, deformation, and failure dynamics of slopes under various mining sequences. Incorporating fractal dimension analysis, the research evaluates the stability of slopes in relation to different mining sequences. The findings reveal that mining in an upslope direction minimizes disruption to overlying strata. Initiating extraction from lower segments increases tensile-shear stress in coal pillar overburdens, resulting in greater creep deformation towards the downslope than when starting from upper segments, potentially leading to localized landslides and widespread creep deformation in mined-out areas. The downslope upward mining sequence exhibits the least fractal dimensions, indicating minimal disturbance to both strata and surface. While all five mining scenarios maintain good slope stability under normal conditions, recalibrated stability assessments based on fractal dimensions suggest that downslope upward mining offers the highest stability under rainfall, contrasting with the lower stability and potential instability risks of upslope downward mining. These insights are pivotal for mining operations and geological hazard mitigation in multi-seam coal exploitation on bedding slopes.

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of a portable thyroid radioiodine meter in on-site monitoring to enhance the monitoring precision of radioiodine inhaled by nuclear medicine staff and ***:A portable thyroid radioiodine meter was developed to measure the 131I activity in the *** tests of the portable thyroid radioiodine meter were conducted using calibration sources and testing methodologies adhering to national metrological ***:The thyroid radioiodine meter exhibited integral non-linearity,8-h measurement stability,measurement linearity,and an energy resolution of 0.42%,1.05%,1.56%,and 7.11%,respectively for ^(137)Cs at 661.66 ***,its minimum detectable activity for ^(131)I at 364.49 keV was approximately 22 Bq(10 min).Conclusion:The developed thyroid radioiodine meter features elevated performance and great potential for application in nuclear medicine and monitoring of responses to nuclear or radiological emergencies.

Introduction:This study examines the seasonal and genetic characteristics of human metapneumovirus(HMPV)in Henan from 2017 to ***:Samples from patients with acute respiratory infection(ARI)testing positive for HMPV were subjected to real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction The G gene was amplified and sequenced from these samples for epidemiological and phylogenetic ***:We enrolled 2,707 ARI patients from October 2017 to March 2023,finding an HMPV positivity rate of 6.17%(167/2,707).Children under five exhibited the highest infection rate at 7.78%(138/1,774).The 2018 and 2019 HMPV outbreaks predominantly occurred in spring(March to May),with peak positivity rates of 31.11%in May 2018 and 19.57%in May 2019.A notable increase occurred in November 2020,when positivity reached a historic high of 42.11%,continuing until January *** February 2021 through March 2023,no significant seasonal peaks were observed,with rates ranging from 0%to 8.70%.Out of 81 G gene sequences analyzed,46.91%(38/81)were identified as subtype A(A2c:45.67%,37/81;A2b:1.23%,1/81)and 53.09%(43/81)as subtype B(B1:9.88%,8/81;B2:43.21%,35/81).Notably,an AAABBA switch pattern was observed in HMPV *** dominant strains were A2c111nt-dup in subtype A and B2 in subtype ***:Six years of surveillance in Henan Province has detailed the seasonal and genetic dynamics of HMPV,contributing valuable insights for the control and prevention of HMPV infections in *** findings support the development of targeted HMPV vaccines and immunization strategies.

Application Effect of External Diaphragm Pacemaker Combined with Active Respiratory Circulation Technology in Pulmonary Rehabilitation of Perioperative Lung cancer Patients

Aim: To explore the application effect of external diaphragm pacemaker combined with active respiratory circulation technology in pulmonary rehabilitation of perioperative lung cancer patients. Methods: A total of 98 lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the observation objects, and then divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine admission guidance and active respiratory circulation training, while the observation group was supplemented with external diaphragm pacemaker on the basis of the control group. The intervention effect was evaluated by blood gas indicators, pulmonary function indicators, diaphragm function indicators, sputum comfort degree, and activity tolerance indicators before and after intervention. Results: Before intervention, there were no significant differences in blood gas analysis indicators, pulmonary function indicators, diaphragm function indicators, sputum comfort degree, and activity tolerance indicators between the two groups (P > 0.05). After intervention, the improvement degree of the above indicators in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P cancer patients is significant, which can effectively improve the pulmonary function, blood gas function, and diaphragm function of lung cancer patients after surgery, and improve the activities of daily living and quality of life of patients.

Prevalence and Influencing Factor Analysis of Typhoid/Paratyphoid Fever—China,2011-2020
