This work evaluated the functional properties of sesame protein fractions in order to determine their potential in food *** seed protein fractions were prepared according to their solubility:water-soluble(albumin),salt-soluble(globulin),alkaline-soluble(glutelin)and ethanol-soluble(prolamin).Globulin was the most abundant fraction,consisting of 91%protein,followed by glutelin,albumin and prolamin in decreasing ***-reducing sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE)showed polypeptides of sizes≥20 kDa for albumin while glutelin and globulin had similar polypeptide sizes at 19,85 and 100 *** had polypeptide sizes 20,40 and 100 *** albumin and globulin fractions had higher intrinsic fluorescence intensity(FI)values than the *** had a higher solubility(ranging from 80 to 100%)over a wide pH range when compared with the other *** holding capacity(g/g)reduced from 2.76(glutelin)to 1.35(prolamin)followed by 0.42(globulin)and 0.08(albumin).Oil holding capacity(g/g)reduced from:4.13(glutelin)to 2.57(globulin)and 1.56,1.50 for albumin and prolamin *** ability was stronger for prolamin and glutelin than albumin and globulin,while higher emulsion(p<0.05)quality was obtained for prolamin and albumin than for glutelin and globulin.

利用地面AERONET/PHOTONS气溶胶观测网北京和香河站点的资料,在北京地区对POLdeR-2/PARASOL卫星多角度偏振信息获得的气溶胶反演产品进行了验证分析。地基AERONET/PHOTONS观测网的体积谱分布资料分析显示,在北京地区气溶胶尺度分布的细粒子截断半径约为0.3μm。将POLdeR-2/PARASOL卫星气溶胶业务产品和重新定义的地基AERONET/PHOTONS细模态(半径rdeR系列卫星业务反演方法固定了埃斯屈朗(ngstrm)指数的变化范围是1.8～3.0,造成了细粒子贡献占绝对主导的局限。由地基AERONET/PHOTONS观测资料的分析可知,这个埃斯屈朗指数的先验值远远大于北京地区的地基测量结果,导致了POLdeR业务反演的气溶胶光学厚度偏低,埃斯屈朗指数偏高。

Postural spinal balance defined by net intersegmental moments: Results of a biomechanical approach and experimental errors measurement

AIM: To describe initial results and experimental error measurement of a protocol analyzing Human posture through sagittal intersegmental moments. METHODS: Postural analysis has been recently improved by development of three-dimensional radiographic imaging systems. However, in various situations such as global sagittal anterior malalignment interpretation of radiographs may not represent the real alignment of the subject. The aim of this study was to present initial results of a 3D biomechanical protocol. This protocol isobtained in a free standing position and characterizes postural balance by measurement of sagittal intersegmental net moments. After elaboration of a specific marker-set, 4 successive recordings were done on two volunteers by three different operators during three sessions in order to evaluate the experimental error measurement. A supplementary acquisition in a "radiographic" posture was also obtained. Once the data acquired, joint center, length, anatomical frame and the center of mass of each body segment was calculated and a mass affected. Sagittal net intersegmental moments were computed in an ascending manner from ground reaction forces at the ankles, knees, hips and the lumbosacral and thoraco-lumbar spinal junctions. Cervicothoracic net intersegmental moment was calculated in a descending ***: Based on average recordings, clinical interpretation of net intersegmental moments(in N.m) showed a dorsal flexion on the ankles(8.6 N.m), a flexion on the knees(7.5 N.m) and an extension on the hips(8.5 N.m). On the spinal junctions, it was flexion moments: 0.34 N.m on the cervico-thoracic; 6.7 N.m on the thoraco-lumbar and 0.65 N.m on the lumbo-sacral. Evaluation of experimental error measurement showed a small inter-trial error(intrinsic variability), with higher inter-session and inter-therapist errors but without important variation between them. Methotrexate,etoposide,dexamethasone,and pegaspargase(MESA)with sandwiched radiotherapy is known to be effective for early-stage extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type(NKTCL).We explored the efficacy and safety of reduced-intensity,non-intravenous etoposide,dexamethasone,and pegaspargase(ESA)with sandwiched *** multicenter,randomized,phase III trial enrolled patients aged between 14 and 70 years with newly diagnosed early-stage nasal NKTCL from 27 centers in *** were randomly assigned(1:1)to receive ESA(pegaspargase 2,500 IU/m^(2)intramuscularly on day 1,etoposide 200 mg orally,and dexamethasone 40 mg orally on days 2–4)or MESA(methotrexate 1 g/m^(2)intravenously on day 1,etoposide 200 mg orally,and dexamethasone 40 mg orally on days 2–4,and pegaspargase 2,500 IU/m^(2)intramuscularly on day 5)regimen(four cycles),combined with sandwiched radiotherapy.
