The conventional method of deep-sea acoustic source localization usually uses the multi-path arrival information of the acoustic source signals received by hydrophone arrays to match with the simulation results to achieve *** at the problem that it is difficult to extract the similar multi-path arrival angle directly by the conventional method,a deconvolution positioning method for deep-sea vertical array underwater target is *** using this method,not only the adaptive iterative frequency-domain Richardson-Lucy algorithm is used to directly estimate the multipath angle of arrival of deep-sea acoustic targets,but also the ranging and depth fixing are realized by matching the sound field angle of arrival feature *** and experimental results show that this positioning method has higher localization accuracy and applicability than the conventional method,and has high computational efficiency.

BACKGROUND Early diagnosis of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)has been a longstanding *** prognosis of patients with PDAC depends on the stage at *** is necessary to identify biomarkers for the detection and differentiation of pancreatic tumors and optimize PDAC sample preparation procedures for DNA and RNA *** molecular studies are done using paraffin-embedded blocks;however,the integrity of DNA and RNA is often compromised in this ***,RNA isolated from human pancreatic tissue samples is generally of low quality,in part,because of the high concentration of endogenous pancreatic RNAse activity *** To assess the potential of endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration(EUS-FNA)to obtain specimens from pancreatic neoplasms for subsequent RNA molecular profiling,including next-generation sequencing(NGS).METHODS Thirty-four EUS-FNA samples were included in this study:PDAC(n=15),chronic pancreatitis(n=5),pancreatic cysts(n=14),mucinous cysts(mucinous cystic neoplasia/intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasia)n=7,serous cystic neoplasms n=5,and pseudocysts n=*** material consisted of cyst fluid and cyst wall samples obtained by through-the-needle biopsy(TTNB).Samples were stored at -80℃ until *** purity(A260/230,A260/280 ratios),concentration,and integrity(RIN)were ***-time polymerase chain reaction was conducted on all samples,and small RNA libraries were prepared from solid mass *** RNA was successfully extracted from 29/34(85%)EUS-FNA samples:100% pancreatic adenocarcinoma samples,100% chronic pancreatitis samples,70% pancreatic fluid cyst samples,and 50%TTNB *** relative expression of GAPDH and HPRT were obtained for all successfully extracted RNA samples(n=29)including lowquality RNA *** concentration and nonoptimal RIN values(no less than 3)of RNA extracted from EUS-FNA samples did not prevent NGS library *** suitability of cyst fluid samples

This paper presents a discussion on the method, mechanism, and application of adhesive hydrogel in enhancing epidermal signal,focusing on the interface between hydrogel and skin. Due to its excellent conductivity and high adaptability to the skin, the hydrogel is exceptionally suitable for detecting human-machine interfaces, particularly epidermal electromyographic ***, the detection of the high epidermal signal is hindered by the gap and low adhesion between hydrogel and skin. This paper addresses these challenges by introducing approaches to reduce the interface gap and increase interface adhesion, thereby enabling the development of hydrogel-based epidermal signal detection arrays with enhanced resolution and detection performance.

Tree canopies influence atmospheric pollutant depositions depending on type,ecosystem characteristics,and local climatic *** study investigated the impact of Pinus sylvestris *** Picea abies(L.)***.,and a mixture of both,on the chemical composition of *** permanent plots within the ICP forest level Ⅱ monitoring network in Lithuania were selected to illustrate typical hemiboreal coniferous *** study analysed(1)the concentrations of NO_(2),NH_(3) and SO_(2) in the ambi-ent air;(2)the concentrations of SO_(4)^(2−),NO_(3)^(−),NH_(4)^(+),Na^(+),K^(+),Ca^(2+) and Cl^(-) in throughfall beneath canopies and in precipitation collected in an adjacent field,and(3)S and total N,Na^(+),K^(+),Ca^(2+)and Cl−depositions in throughfall and precipitation over *** show a signifi-cant decrease in SO_(2) emissions in the ambient air;NO_(2) and NH_(3) emissions also *** canopies reduced the acidity of throughfall,although they led to notably higher concentrations of SO_(4)^(2−),NO_(3)^(−),Na^(+),and particularly K^(+).During the study,low variability in NO_(3)^(-)deposition and a decrease in NH_(4)^(+)deposition *** loads increased by 20-30%when precipitation passed through the *** cumulative deposition of S,Cl,Na,K,Ca,and N was greater under *** than under ***-ever,K deposition in throughfall was considerably lower under *** compared to the *** or mixed *** S depositions declined across all three coniferous ***,there was no specific effect of tree species on throughfall chemistry.

Heteroatom doping and defect engineering have been proposed as effective ways to modulate the energy band structure and improve the photocatalytic activity of g-C_(3)N_(4). In this work, ultrathin defective g-C_(3)N_(4) was successfully prepared using cold plasma. Plasma exfoliation reduces the thickness of g-C_(3)N_(4) from 10 nm to 3 nm, while simultaneously introducing a large number of nitrogen defects and oxygen atoms into g-C_(3)N_(4). The amount of doped O was regulated by varying the time and power of the plasma treatment. Due to N vacancies, O atoms formed strong bonds with C atoms, resulting in O doping in g-C_(3)N_(4). The mechanism of plasma treatment involves oxygen etching and gas expansion. Photocatalytic experiments demonstrated that appropriate amount of O doping improved the photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B compared with pure g-C_(3)N_(4). The introduction of O optimized the energy band structure and photoelectric properties of g-C_(3)N_(4). Active species trapping experiments revealed ·O_(2)^(–) as the main active species during the degradation.
