Jurassic rocks are abundantly developed in the source area of the Yangtze River,South Qinghai,with the greatest thickness of 6311 m,including five stratigraphic units:Qoimaco Formation,Buqu Formation,Xiali Formation,Suowa Formation,and Xueshan *** on sufficient fossils of bivalves,ammonites,and brachiopods,the major part of these formations is ascribed to the Middle Jurassic Bathonian to *** diagnostic fossils have been found from the Lower Qoimaco Formation or Upper Xueshan Formation,which could possibly contain in part Bajocian and Oxfordian taxa respectively.

Taking both eastern Linqing Depression and North Jiangsu Basin as examples, based on geochemical features of immature oils as well as source inputs of hydrocarbons and macerals, it is revealed that a mixed source input of alga bio-lipids and higher plant waxes is a basic characteristic of source material for immature oils in non-marine brackish-saline lacustrine basins.

Objective: To explore the effect of trimetazidine in combined with Huangqi injection in resisting inflammation and oxygen radicals in patients with acute viral myocarditis (AVMC). Methods: A total of 70 patients with AVMC who were admitted in our hosptial from October, 2015 to September, 2017 were included in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were orally administrated with trimetazidine. On the above basis, the patients in the observation group were given intravenous injection of Huangqi injection. The patients in the two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The morning fasting peripheral venous blood before and after treatment was collected. The serum TFN-α, IL-6, CRP, MDA, SOD, NO, cTnI, CK, CK-MB, and LDH. Results: CRP, TFN-α, and IL-6 after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. MDA and NO after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while SOD was significantly higher than that in the control group. cTnI, CK, CK-MB, and LDH after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusions:Trimetazidine in combined with Huangqi injection in the treatment of AVMC can effectively play the anti-inflammation and anti-OFR effects in order to reduce the myocardial damage, thus, the therapeutic effect is enhanced.

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture (EA) of "Zusanli"(ST 36) and "Weishu"(BL 21)on the experimental gastric ulcer in Xu period of a day for analyzing the best opportunity of acupuncture treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods:49 Wistar rats were randomly divided into ① control group, ② ST 36 Xu group, ③ BL 21 Xu group, ④ ST 36 Chen group, ⑤ BL 21 Chen group, ⑥ ST 36 IT group, and ⑦ BL 21 IT group, with 7 rats in each group. Rat gastric ulcer model was established using intra gastric administration of glacial acetic acid. Gastric mucosal thickness,mucosal muscular defect width,superficial mucosal mucus index (MI),intramucosal MI ,Total MI,plasma 6 keto PGF1α ,serum NO and gastric tissue CGRP concentrations were used as the indexes. The EA treatment was conducted once daily at Xu period (7-9 o’clock in the evening), Chen period (8-10 o’clock in the morning) and irregular time (IT) with 6 days being a therapeutic course, two courses altogether. Results:After EA treatment,①the regenerated mucosal thickness values of the aforementioned 6 EA groups, particularly ST 36 Xu group and BL 21 Xu group, were all apparently higher than that of control group (P<0.05-0.01), while the mucosal muscle layer defect width values of different EA groups, particularly ST 36 Xu group and BL 21 Xu group, were strikingly lower than that of control group (P<0.05-0.01); ②the 3 MI of the 6 EA groups, particularly those of ST 36 Xu group were all significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05-0.01); ③plasma 6 keto PGF1α contents of the 6 EA groups, particularly those of ST 36 Xu and BL 21 Xu groups, were all significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05-0.01); ④serum NO and gastric tissue CGRP concentrations of the 6 EA groups, particularly those of ST 36 Xu and BL 21 Xu groups and CGRP concentration of ST 36 Chen group, were all significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05-0.01);and ⑤there were positive correlation between superficial MI

Developing the multifunctional nanocarriers for long-term drug release and luminescence traceability is a challenging *** this task,we designed a novel nanoplatform for long-term and luminescence trackable chemotherapy,which is prepared via a hollow ZIF-8(where ZIF is zeolitic imidazolate frameworks)coated by the Eu^(3+)-doped mesoporous silica(ZIF-8@mesoporous silica).The hollow ZIF-8 is used as a drug library for loading the anticancer drug,and the pH-sensitive properties of ZIF-8 can targeted-release drugs in the tumor and cut down the poisonousness of drugs to normal *** shell layer of mesoporous silica can achieve the long-term drug release,which solves the problem of short drug circulation time in the body,reduces the drug administration frequency,and improves the therapeutic ***,the ZIF-8@mesoporous+doxorubicin(DOX)is injected only once during the 14-day *** addition,Eu^(3+)doped in mesoporous silica ensures luminescence tracking and detection of drug pathways in living ***,this nanoplatform provides a whole new strategy for the longterm treatment of tumors.

A complex Laboratory Developed Test(LDT)is a clinical test developed within a single *** is typically configured from many fea-ture constraints from clinical repositories,which are part of the existing Lab-oratory Information Management System(LIMS).Although these clinical repositories are automated,support for managing patient information with test results of an LDT is also integrated within the existing ***,the support to configure LDTs design needs to be made available even in standard LIMS *** manual configuration of LDTs is a complex process and can generate configuration inconsistencies because many constraints between features can remain *** is a risky process and can lead patients to undergo unnecessary *** proposed an optimized solution(opt-LDT)based on Genetic Algorithms to automate the configuration and resolve the inconsistencies in ***-LDT encodes LDT configuration as an optimization problem and generates a consistent configuration that satisfies the constraints of the *** tested and validated opt-LDT for a local secondary care hospital in a real healthcare *** results,averaged over ten runs,show that opt-LDT resolves 90%of inconsistencies while taking between 6 and 6.5 s for each ***,positive feedback based on a subjective questionnaire from clinicians regarding the performance,acceptability,and efficiency of opt-LDT motivates us to present our results for regulatory approval.
