Laparoscopic surgery is the main treatment method for patients with gastrointestinal malignant *** laparoscopic surgery is minimally invasive,its tool stimulation and pneumoperitoneum pressure often cause strong stress reactions in *** the other hand,gastrointestinal surgery can cause stronger pain in patients,compared to other *** abdominis plane block(TAPB)can effectively inhibit the transmission of nerve impulses caused by surgical stimulation,alleviate patient pain,and thus alleviate stress *** is an acting,safe,and effective sedative,which has little effect on hemodynamics and is suitable for most *** combined with remazolam can reduce the dosage of total anesthetic drugs,reduce adverse reactions,reduce stress reactions,and facilitate the rapid postoperative recovery of patients.

patients with left/right intrahepatic bile-duct calculi received ultrasonic lithotresis via abdomen by using the percutaneous cholecystoscopeand ultrasonic lithotresis apparatus. The results indicated that all the surgical manipulations were successful with a residual rate of 6. 7 %, compared with a residual rate of 78. 2 % in 23 cases of left/right intrahepatic bile-duct lithiasis treated simultaneously by lithotomy apparatus. The differences between them were statistically significant (μ= 4. 29, P<0. 01). Among 12 cases undergoing follow-up observation , no side effect due to ultrasonic lithotresis and no residual calculus after 2- 4 check-ups with B-mode ultrasound diagnostic set were found and all of their symptoms disappeared except for 1 case.

Xylooligosaccharides Alleviate Inflammatory Dermatoses and Related Depression-Like Behaviors in Atopic Dermatitis Mice Induced by 2,4-Dinitrofluorobenzene

Objective:To investigate the influence of xylooligosaccharides on skin inflammation,behavioral characteristics,neurotransmitters,and gut flora in a mouse model of atopic dermatitis(AD)induced by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB).Methods:The AD mouse model was created by administration of DNFB for 14 consecutive *** scoring atopic dermatitis index,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),histopathology,and immunohistochemical analyses were used to assess inflammation and depression-like ***,high-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing was used to determine the composition of fecal ***:Xylooligosaccharides treatment reduced the number of scratches and skin thickness,mast cell infiltration and the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)E and T-helper cytokines compared with the AD model ***,xylooligosaccharides treatment reduced the immobility time of mice in the forced swimming test and increased the total movement distance and movement distance in the center area in the open-field ***,5-hydroxytryptamine and dopamine expression in the brain was increased following xylooligosaccharides *** network pharmacology,Gene Ontology analysis showed that the targets were mainly enriched in phosphatase binding and the regulation of leukocyte differentiation,which ameliorated AD mainly through the hypoxia inducible factor-1 and phosphatidylinositide 3-kinase-protein kinase B pathways.16S rRNA gene sequencing,diversity indices,and gut microbial taxonomic composition analysis showed DNFB-induced changes in intestinal microbiota diversity in AD *** analysis indicated that xylooligosaccharides intake improved the gut microbiome by dramatically enhancing the concentration of Lactobacillus while decreasing the concentration of Bacteroides in ***:Xylooligosaccharides reduce inflammatory dermatosis and related depression-like behaviors via regulating intestinal homeostasis,having medicinal value as a nutrit

To the Editor:Primary Sjögren’s syndrome(pSS)is a multi-systemic autoimmune disease characterized by the exocrine gland(mainly salivary and lacrimal glands)involvement,leading to xerostomia and xerophthalmia.[1]The course of pSS is relatively slow,but patients with pSS had higher risk of overall cancer,including malignant lymphoma(ML).[2]It is widely known that all-cause mortality rates were not increased in pSS patients as compared with healthy ***,secondary lymphoproliferative disease was an important cause of excess mortality.

Lithic (or gravel) composition analyses of the Jurassic Sanjianpu Formation and Fenghuangtai Formation in the Hefei basin show that the sediment provenance consists mainly of four kinds of rock units: the basement metamorphic complex, granitic rocks, medium- and low-grade metamorphic rocks, and sandy and muddy sedimentary rocks, which are distributed along the bounding thrust belt. The whole stratigraphic section can be divided into 2 lithic sequences and 7 subsequences. The regular distribution and changes of lithic fragments and gravels in lithic (or gravel) sequences reflect that the bounding thrust belt of basin has undergone 2 thrusting cycles and 7 thrusting events. Lithic (or gravel) composition analyses of the basin fully reveal that the northern Dabie basement metamorphic complex was exhumed on the earth's surface in the Middle and Late Jurassic, and extensive intermediate and acid intrusive rocks were developed in the southern North Huaiyang or northern Dabie Mountains during the basin's syndepositional stage.

: Four typical distribution patterns of pentacyclic triterpenoid hydrocarbons (types A-D) are distinguished in the low-mature source rocks from eastern China. Type A has a relatively high content of pentacyclic triterpenes. It exists in immature sediments and the distribution and abundance of triterpenes vary with the maturity of the sediments. An unknown C30 triterpene (UCT2) has also been detected in very shallow sediments. This compound is very unstable and disappears rapidly with the increase of depth. Type B is characterized by a relatively high amount of 17α(H), 21β(H)-30-homohopane. This kind of distribution pattern is common in coals and terrestrial sediments of low maturity. Type C has a relatively high content of diahopane and neohopane series. The analysis shows that this distribution pattern may have an indirect relationship with the input of higher plants despite its microbial source. There are C30—unconfirmed triterpane (UCT2) and a relatively high content of C35 hopane in type D. The distribution patterns of pentacyclic triterpenoids are varied under influences of biological sources, diagentic and sedimentary environments, thermal maturity etc. Therefore, they can provide useful information about the source rocks. Based on geochemical characteristics of the source rocks, the authors postulated that the type B and type C patterns are mainly related to suboxic-anoxic environments. Type D indicates the reducing to anoxic environment, in which C30-UCT3 may be related to some specific biological source in saline environments. The precursors and thermal evolution of some triterpenoid hydrocarbons are also discussed herein.

The physical properties and chemical composition of kundaite have been investigated by means ofsophisticated separation and analytical techniques, and comparisons have also been made betwecn kundaiteand crude oil. It is considered that kundaite from the Wulong Formation stretching in the area from Tuchengto Daqiaobian, Yichang is the product of oil--gas evolution. This shows that there occurred a process of oilgeneration in the Cretaceous system of South China, and therefore attention should be paid in oil and gasexploration.

Background:In vivo experiments were conducted to examine the effects of the targeted drug anlotinib on the stemness of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells and lenvatinib-resistant liver cancer cells and to explore the underlying molecular ***:A subcutaneous xenograft model of Hep3B-derived HCC was established in nude mice,which were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=5 males per group):(1)intragastric administration of anlotinib(0.4 mg/kg)and(2)intragastric administration of normal *** constructed lenvatinib-resistant cell lines and randomly divided the mice into 3 groups(n=5 males per group):(1)intragastric administration of anlotinib,(2)intragastric administration of lenvatinib,and(3)intragastric administration of normal *** 2 weeks of treatment,tumor tissues were harvested,and mRNA and proteins were isolated from the *** in the expression of cancer stemness markers(epithelial cell adhesion molecule[EpCAM],CD13,CD90,aldehyde dehydrogenase 1[ALDH1],CD44,and CD45),totipotency factors(sex-determining region Y-box 2[Sox2],Nanog,octamer-binding transcription factor 4[Oct4]),and genes related to the Notch signaling pathway were ***:Compared with that in the control group,tumor size and weight were reduced in nude mice treated with *** differences were statistically significant in both the types of nude *** affected stemness markers and totipotency factors by downregulating the expression of CD133,CD90,and G-protein–coupled receptor 5(LGR5)and upregulating the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM-1)and *** addition,lenvatinib-resistant cell lines increased Notch signaling pathway,whereas anlotinib inhibited Notch signaling ***:The antitumor effect of anlotinib on HCC and lenvatinib-resistant HCC cellsmay occur through inhibition of the Notch signaling *** may be the drug of choice for sequential therapy in lenvatinib-resistant liver cancer.
