A Sufficient Statistical Test for Dynamic Stability

In the existing Statistics and Econometrics literature, there does not exist a statistical test which may test for all kinds of roots of the characteristic polynomial leading to an unstable dynamic response, i.e., positive and negative real unit roots, complex unit roots and the roots lying inside the unit circle. This paper develops a test which is sufficient to prove dynamic stability (in the context of roots of the characteristic polynomial) of a univariate as well as a multivariate time series without having a structural break. It covers all roots (positive and negative real unit roots, complex unit roots and the roots inside the unit circle whether single or multiple) which may lead to an unstable dynamic response. Furthermore, it also indicates the number of roots causing instability in the time series. The test is much simpler in its application as compared to the existing tests as the series is strictly stationary under the null (C01, C12).

water markets even though not perfect and require a lot of effort to establish are considered as a robust tool to address water management issues around the world. However, the existing literature does not provide an optimal water resource management policy. To create a perfect water market, the government needs to identify the potential number of suppliers/producers and consumers of water against various extraction/supply/production rates of water, i.e., to identify a supply and a demand curve for number of suppliers/producers of water against each production rate in economy. This article presents a theory which is practically applicable for an optimal dynamical water resource management policy (JEL H20, H23, H27).

With the development of the mobile communication technology,a wide variety of envisioned intelligent transportation systems have emerged and put forward more stringent requirements for vehicular *** of computation-intensive and power-hungry applications result in a large amount of energy consumption and computation costs,which bring great challenges to the on-board *** is necessary to exploit traffic offloading and scheduling in vehicular networks to ensure the Quality of Experience(QoE).In this paper,a joint offloading strategy based on quantum particle swarm optimization for the Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)enabled vehicular networks is *** minimize the delay cost and energy consumption,a task execution optimization model is formulated to assign the task to the available service nodes,which includes the service vehicles and the nearby Road Side Units(RSUs).For the task offloading process via Vehicle to Vehicle(V2V)communication,a vehicle selection algorithm is introduced to obtain an optimal offloading decision ***,an improved quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm for joint offloading is proposed to optimize the task delay and energy *** maintain the diversity of the population,the crossover operator is introduced to exchange information among ***,the crossover probability is defined to improve the search ability and convergence speed of the ***,an adaptive shrinkage expansion factor is designed to improve the local search accuracy in the later *** results show that the proposed joint offloading strategy can effectively reduce the system overhead and the task completion delay under different system parameters.

Thermogravimetric analysis/differential scanning calorimeter(TGA/DSC)technique along with basic coal characteristics study is carried out for eighty coal samples of Indian coalfields,to determine spontaneous combustion propensity behaviour of *** study of coal samples indicates that there is an increase in the mass of coal samples in the temperature range 150-350℃,which may be due to oxygen adsorption and *** correlation and principal component analysis states that the component of proximate analysis(M_(ad),VM_(d),FR,and VR)have an acceptable correlation with the TGA experiments results i.e.,Tgsh and *** fixed nonlinear regression analysis shows that thermogravimetry(TG)experiment results Tgign may be the best index to categorise/classify the coal as per their susceptibility towards spontaneous *** authors proposed four groups of classification as per their propensity towards spontaneous combustion depending upon the moisture(M_(ad)),volatile matter(VM_(d)),and TG ignition temperature from differential thermogravimetric(DTG)curve(Tgign)using hierarchal clustering *** coal samples of different seams from Indian coalfield may be classified into four different clusters,*** highly/extremely susceptible(Tgign320℃).The field observations and TGA/DSC experiment results with the following statistical analysis substantiate a similar assessment.

Ancestors of human species have been living on the planet earth for about six million years while the modern form of humans only evolved about 200,000 years ago. Civilization is only about 6000 years old, and industrialization started in the 1800s. World population interconnectedness is enhanced with love and mercy but disrupted with dishonest, lies and wars. Human species has been feeding on animal fat as the finest and prime source of energy for all human history. In 1953 Ancel Keys and collaborates illusionized human kind that their historical source of energy is toxic. Massive health, behavioral as well as economic consequences followed. Human hearts known historically to be the seat of spirit, soul and emotions is proven by our group to orchestrate with global energetic fields. Global consciousness as represented by the planetary electromagnetic fields is in critical need to be feed with awakening merciful information. Documents refuting Ancek Keys dogma and reverting humanity to the truth in their energy source is presented in this review.
