To evaluate gambiered Guangdong silk＇s ecology properties, the raw materials ecology, production ecology and use ecology are analyzed; and the safety to human is tested according to GB/T18885 - 2002. Gambiered Guangdong silk is a kind of natural product. All its raw materials are reproducible and degradable natural resources, and it can decompose completely when being discarded. R is comfortable to wear, and easy to clean and dry. It is mainly manufactured by dip-dyeing in dye yam solution, and insolating under the burning sun. The production energy is solar, a kind of clean and reproducible energy. The production process is clean and environmental friendly. There is neither the utilization of synthetic dyestuff and chemical auxiliary, nor the discharge of environment pollutant, and even the dreg of dye yam is used as fuel. The safety test results show that pH value of water extract, heavy metal content （except for Pb content）, color fastness and odor meet the requirements of GB/T18885 - 2002 and Okeo-tex standard 100.

The spatial chaos probability of a Bose-Einstein condensate perturbed by a weak optical superlattice is studied. It is demonstrated that the spatial. chaotic solution appears with a certain probability in a given parameter region under a random boundary condition. The effects of the lattice depths and wave vectors on the chaos probability are illustrated, and different regions associated with different chaos probabilities are found. This suggests a feasible scheme for suppressing and strengthening chaos by adjusting the optical superlattice experimentaJly.

The grain boundary diffusion process(GBDP) of Dy and DyAl on sintered NdFeB magnets was conducted via magnetron-sputtering deposition of Dy and DyAl films to enhance coercivity(H_(cj)),The magnetic properties,microstructure and anti-corrosion properties of Dy-surface-alloying NdFeB magnets obtained via magnetron sputtering and thermal diffusion were *** H_(cj) of the Dy_(95)Al_(5)-NdFeB magnet increases by 32.68%,while the remanence declines ***,X-ray diffraction and microstructural analysis confirm the formation of Dy-rich shells,the higher-magnetic-anisotropy field of hard(Nd_(x)Dy_(1-x))2(FeAl)_(14)B magnetic phases and an optimised grain boundary structu re,contributing to the H_(cj)enhancement of the *** elemental distribution and diffusion mechanism of the magnets are also ***,the corrosion resistance of the Dy_(95)Al_(5)-NdFeB magnet is substantially improved by enhancing the electrochemical stability and optimising the distribution and morphology of the intergranular *** findings of this study are of substantial importance in the development of low-heavy rare-earth sintered NdFeB magnets.

Sleep disorders are common in patients with Alzheimer’s disease,and can even occur in patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment,which appears before Alzheimer’s *** disorders further impair cognitive function and accelerate the accumulation of amyloid-βand tau in patients with Alzheimer’s *** present,sleep disorders are considered as a risk factor for,and may be a predictor of,Alzheimer’s disease *** that sleep disorders are encountered in other types of dementia and psychiatric conditions,sleep-related biomarkers to predict Alzheimer’s disease need to have high specificity and ***,we summarize the major Alzheimer’s disease-specific sleep changes,including abnormal non-rapid eye movement sleep,sleep fragmentation,and sleep-disordered breathing,and describe their ability to predict the onset of Alzheimer’s disease at its earliest *** the mechanisms underlying these sleep changes is also crucial if we are to clarify the role of sleep in Alzheimer’s *** paper therefore explores some potential mechanisms that may contribute to sleep disorders,including dysregulation of the orexinergic,glutamatergic,andγ-aminobutyric acid systems and the circadian rhythm,together with amyloid-β*** review could provide a theoretical basis for the development of drugs to treat Alzheimer’s disease based on sleep disorders in future work.

Decabrominated diphenyl ether(BDE-209)is generally utilized in multiple polymer materials as common brominated flame ***-209 has been listed as persistent organic pollutants(POPs),which was considered to be reproductive toxin in the *** it still remains unclear about the effects of BDE-209 on DNA methylation and the inducedmale reproductive *** to the extensive epigenetic regulation in germ line development,we hypothesize that BDE-209 exposure impacts the statue of DNA methylation in spermatocytes in ***,the mouse GC-2spd(GC-2)cells were used for the genome wide DNA methylation analysis after treated with 32μg/mL BDE-209 for 24 *** results showed that BDE-209 caused genomic methylation changes with 32,083 differentially methylated CpGs in GC-2 cells,including 16,164(50.38%)hypermethylated and 15,919(49.62%)hypomethylated *** integrated analysis ofDNAmethylation data and functional enrichment,we found that BDE-209 might affect the functional transcription in cell growth and sperm development by differential gene ***-PCR validation demonstrated the involvement of p53-dependent DNA damage response in the GC-2 cells after BDE-209 *** general,our findings indicated that BDE-209-induced genome wide methylation changes could be interrelated with reproductive *** study might provide new insights into the mechanisms of male reproductive toxicity under the environmental exposure to BDE-209.

Defects detection in typical positions of bend pipes using low-frequency ultrasonic guided wave

In order to analyze the possibility of detecting defects in bend pipe using low-frequency ultrasonic guided wave, the propagation of T(0,1) mode and L(0,2) mode through straight-curved-straight pipe sections was studied. FE(finite element) models of bend pipe without defects and those with defects were introduced to analyze energy distribution, mode transition and defect detection of ultrasonic guided wave. FE simulation results were validated by experiments of four different bend pipes with circumferential defects in different positions. It is shown that most energy of T(0,1) mode or L(0,2) mode focuses on extrados of bend but little passes through intrados of bend, and T(0,1) mode or L(0,2) mode is converted to other possible non-axisymmetric modes when propagating through the bend and the defect after bend respectively. Furthermore, L(0,2) mode is more sensitive to circumferential notch than T(0,1) mode. The results of this work are beneficial for practical testing of pipes.

Conformation of liquid crystalline state in interaction between chemical materials and biomembrane in terms of modern physics

A study by the technique of modern physics has been made on the conformation of the liquid crystalline state in the interaction between chemical materials and biomembrane. The experiments have proved that the biomembrane in the liquid crystalline state can be changed from the double layer phase into the non\|double layer phase due to the influence of the outside environment. Besides the common cubic and hexagonal phases, some more other complex middle phases are also included in these non\|double layer structures, namely the lamellar\|cubic structures, the lamellar\|hexagonal structures and the cubic\|hexagonal structures. It is found that chemical materials can make the biomembrane in the liquid crystalline state assume non\|double layer structures. Their ionic radius, the van der Waals force and electrostatic interaction between the amphiphilic molecules, the electric dipole moment and pH value all have some effects on the liquid crystalline structure of biomembrane.
