Faraday isolators can prevent the front-end system from disturbance and damage caused by a back-reflected beam,so they are important elements in laser *** magneto-optical materials are the most important component in Faraday isolators,the studies on magneto-optical materials have attracted much attention these ***_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(TAG)ceramics are considered to be one of the most promising magneto-optical materials for visible to near-infrared wavelength band application because of their outstanding comprehensive magneto-optical ***,the optical quality of TAG ceramics needs further optimization to meet the application *** this work,high optical quality(Tb_(1−x)Y_(x))_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.2,and 0.3)magneto-optical ceramics were fabricated successfully by solid-state reaction sintering combined with hot isostatic pressing(HIP)*** the ceramics obtained showed a single garnet phase for different values of x in the range *** addition of Y_(2)O_(3) was found to suppress the secondary phase and improve optical quality *** ceramic samples obtained had clear grain boundaries and possessed the in-line transmittance values of 82.9%at 1064 nm and 82.2%at 633 nm,*** Verdet constants of(Tb_(1−x)Y_(x))_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)ceramics with x=0,0.05,0.1,0.2,and 0.3 were−188.1,−175.4,−168.5,−143.0,and−119.9 rad/(T·m),*** thermal conductivity of TAG ceramics was found to be 5.23 W/(m·K)at 25℃,and when 20%Y was substituted in place of Tb,the thermal conductivity decreased by only 9.4%.

Body-force modeling considering induced upstream effects for a transonic compressor with total temperature distortion

To numerically study the impact of total temperature distortion on a transonic compressor with reduced computational costs,a Body-Force Model(BFM)is ***,the interactions between the distorted flow and the compressor are analyzed using full-annulus Unsteady Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(URANS)results and the orbit *** is found that the induced swirl distortion and the mass flux nonuniformity are intensified in the compressor upstream flow field.A correction factor is thus added to the BFM to account for the effect of the induced swirl,which is crucial for the accurate representation of distortion transfer in the ***,steady simulations with large-amplitude 180circumferential total temperature distortion are performed using the developed *** is shown that the distorted compressor map simulated with the BFM matches well with URANS *** circumferential phase shift of total temperature and the generation of the additional total pressure distortion across the rotor are in line with the time-averaged URANS flow *** compressor upstream effects on the distorted inflow can also be exactly *** above-mentioned results demonstrate the BFM developed in this paper can effectively capture the distorted flow features inside the compressor,and significantly reduce the computational costs by five orders of magnitude compared with URANS.

Healing of chronic diabetic wounds is challenging due to complications of severe inflammatory microenvironment,bacterial infection and poor vascular ***,a novel injectable polyvinyl alcohol-hyaluronic acid-based composite hydrogel was developed,with tannic acid(TA)and silicate functionalization to fabricate an‘all-in-one’hydrogel *** one hand,after being locally injected into the wound site,the hydrogel underwent a gradual sol-gel transition in situ,forming an adhesive and protective dressing for the *** of rheological characteristics,mechanical properties and swelling ability of PTKH could be performed via regulating TA and silicate content in *** the other hand,PTKH was capable of eliminating reactive oxygen species overexpression,combating infection and generating a cell-favored microenvironment for wound healing acceleration in *** animal studies demonstrated that PTKH could greatly stimulate angiogenesis and epithelization,accompanied with inflammation and infection risk ***,in consideration of its impressive in vitro and in vivo outcomes,this‘all-in-one’multifunctional hydrogel may hold promise for chronic diabetic wound treatment.

Fabrication of porous adsorbents from eco-friendly aqueous foam for high-efficient removal of cationic dyes and sustainable utilization assessment

Porous materials applied in environmental remediation have received researchers'extensive attention recently,but the related green and convenient preparation method is rarely ***,we recommended a green and convenient strategy for the fabrication of porous material via aqueous foam templates,which was synergistically stabilized by Codonopsis pilosula(CP)and clay minerals of attapulgite(APT).The characterization results revealed that the APT was modified by organic molecules leached from CP and anchored at the air-water interface,which improved the foam stability *** novel porous material of polyacrylamide/Codonopsis pilosula/attapulgite(PAM/CP/APT)templated from the aqueous foam via a polymerization reaction had excellent adsorption capacity for the cationic dyes methyl violet(MV)and methylene blue(MB),and the adsorption capacity can reach 755.85 mg/g and557.64 mg/g,*** importantly,the adsorption capacity of spent adsorbent material was still over 200 mg/g after being recycled five times through a simple carbonization process,and then it was added to the plant pot,the total biomass was increased by about86.42%.This study provided a green and sustainable pathway for the preparation,application and subsequent processing of porous materials.

Synthesis of NaY zeolite from a submolten depolymerized perlite:Alkalinity effect and crystallization kinetics

NaY zeolites are synthesized using submolten salt depolymerized natural perlite mineral as the main silica and alumina sources in a 0.94 L stirred *** of alkalinity ranging from 0.38 to 0.55(n(Na_(2)O)/n(SiO_(2)))on the relative crystallinity,textural properties and crystallization kinetics were *** results show that alkalinity exerts a nonmonotonic influence on the relative crystallinity and textural properties,which exhibit a maximum at the alkalinity of *** nucleation kinetics are studied by fitting the experimental data of relative crystallinity with the Gualtieri *** is shown that the nucleation rate constant increases with increasing alkalinity,while the duration period of nucleation decreases with increasing *** n(Na_(2)O)/n(SiO_(2))ratios ranging from 0.38 to 0.55,the as-synthesized NaY zeolites exhibit narrower crystal size distributions with the increase in *** growth rates determined from the variations of average crystal size with time are 51.09,157.50,46.17 and 24.75 nm·h^(-1),*** is found that the larger average crystal sizes at the alkalinity of 0.38 and 0.43 are attributed to the dominant role of crystal growth over ***,the combined action of prominent crystal growth and the longer duration periods of nucleation at the alkalinity of 0.38 and 0.43 results in broader crystal size *** findings demonstrate that control of the properties of NaY zeolite and the crystallization kinetics can be achieved by conducting the crystallization process in an appropriate range of alkalinity of the reaction mixture.

The electrochemical reduction of NO_(3)^(-)to NH_(3)holds promise for economic and environmental benefits,presenting an energyefficient alternative to the traditional Haber-Bosch ***,challenges exist due to its sluggish kinetics,multiple intermediates,and various reaction *** this study,Mn-doped-Cu catalyst was synthesized and employed for electrochemical NO_(3)^(-)-to-NH_(3)*** doping of Mn into Cu resulted in exceptional performance,achieving a FE of 95.8%and an NH_(3)yield rate of 0.91 mol g^(-1)h^(-1)at-0.6 V in a neutral electrolyte at low NO_(3)^(-)*** experimental studies and theoretical calculations revealed that the Mn dopant enhanced the kinetic rate of NO_(2)~--to-NH_(3)and induced a distinct configuration of**** alteration decreased the energy barrier of*NO-to-*NOH,consequently promoting the conversion of NO_(3)^(-)-to-NH_(3).

MTCR-CR Routing Strategy for Connection-Oriented Routing over Satellite Networks

The high-speed movement of satellites makes it not feasible to directly apply the mature routing scheme on the ground to the satellite ***-DVTR in the snapshot-based connectionoriented routing strategy is one of the representative solutions,but it still has room for improvement in terms of routing *** this paper,we propose an improved scheme for connection-oriented routing strategy named the Minimal Topology Change Routing based on Collaborative Rules(MTCR-CR).The MTCR-CR uses continuous time static topology snapshots based on satellite status to search for intersatellite link(ISL)construction solutions that meet the minimum number of topology changes to avoid route *** simulation results in Beidou-3 show that compared with DT-DVTR,MTCR-CR reduces the number of routing changes by about 92%,the number of path changes caused by routing changes is about38%,and the rerouting time is reduced by approximately 47%.At the same time,in order to show our algorithm more comprehensively,the same experimental index test was also carried out on the Globalstar satellite constellation.

Reliability Analysis of Reinforcement Based on GM(1,1)-Markov Semi-immersion Test

To investigate the corrosion degradation law and service life of reinforced concrete in various salt solution environments,reinforced concrete specimens were semi-immersed in 3%Na_(2)CO_(3)(N3-0-0),3%Na_(2)CO_(3)+3%NaCl(N3-Cl3-0)and 3%Na_(2)CO_(3)+3%NaCl+3%Na_(2)SO_(4)(N3-Cl3-S3)salt *** electrochemical workstation was used for regular non-destructive testing,and the polarization curve and related electrochemical parameters were used as the macroscopic durability evaluation indicators,while microscopic analysis of steel bar corrosion products was performed in combination with SEM and *** addition,the corrosion current density degradation model of GM(1,1)was established and compared with the modified GM(1,1)-Markov degradation *** results showed that the prediction error of the GM(1,1)-Markov model was smaller and more accurate than that of GM(1,1).The reinforced concrete specimens in the N3-0-0,N3-Cl3-0 and N3-Cl3-S3 solutions reached the failure state in 3.08,1.67,and 2.30 years,respectively,as predicted by the GM(1,1)-Markov *** to ESM and EDS microscopic analysis of reinforcement,carbonate had no significant effect on reinforcement corrosion,chloride ions played a dominant role in reinforcement corrosion,and sulfate ion improved concrete's resistance to chloride ion *** on GM(1,1)-Markov model,the failure and damage of reinforced concrete in saline soil areas can be quantitatively evaluated in the whole life cycle,which provides a theoretical basis for the early maintenance or reinforcing of reinforced concrete.

Theory of small-scale self-focusing of spatially partially coherent beams and its implications for high-power laser systems

Based on the paraxial wave equation,this study extends the theory of small-scale self-focusing(SSSF)from coherent beams to spatially partially coherent beams(PCBs)and derives a general theoretical equation that reveals the underlying physics of the reduction in the B-integral of spatially *** the analysis of the simulations,the formula for the modulational instability(MI)gain coefficient of the SSSF of spatially PCBs is obtained by introducing a decrease factor into the formula of the MI gain coefficient of the SSSF of coherent *** decrease can be equated to a drop in the injected light intensity or an increase in the critical *** to this formula,the reference value of the spatial coherence of spatially PCBs is given,offering guidance to overcome the output power limitation of the high-power laser driver due to SSSF.
