Building construction using cement bricks on the one hand, and mud bricks on the other hand, presents problems of resistance and durability in the face of natural weathering in our country(Republic of Guinea). These difficulties could be linked to non-compliance with standards and the failure to master certain physico-chemical,mechanical and technical parameters when constructing a *** order to remedy this problem,a series of studies were carried out on samples of mud bricks used in the construction of century-old straw hut buildings in the urban commune of Kouroussa(Republic of Guinea). To this end,the compressive strength of the brick samples was assessed either:0.10 MPa,and sensory techniques of certain characteristics were carried out to evaluate the cohesion of the elements in the brick samples, such as:coward boule technique, hand washing test, withdrawal of a soil(pellet or ring test)and of the jar *** physico-chemical analyses methods were carried out using XRF(X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry),granulometry and Atterberg limits in accordance with NF P *** results showed a high insoluble residue content(49.9%)and the sample had a clay-like appearance with a low PI(Plasticity Index)=8%.This study could be an alternative guide for the authorities in charge of housing and construction in the Kouroussa prefecture(Republic of Guinea).because, the majority of houses in Upper Guinea are built with mud raw bricks or fired bricks.

Shade caused by trees or buildings can affect the quality and growth of ***,breeding for shade tolerance is an essential component of most turfgrass improvement *** objective of this study was to evaluate the performance of seashore paspalum(Paspalum vaginatum Sw.)breeding lines under shade in multi-environment *** sources were 20 lines from the University of Georgia seashore paspalum breeding program and two checks, the cultivars'SeaDwarf'and'SeaStar'.Field trials were conducted from 2016 to 2019 under shade structures designed to reduce ambient sunlight at three locations:Citra(FL),Tifton(GA),and Raleigh(NC).The response variables evaluated were percent living ground cover(%GC),dark green color index(DGCI),canopy height(CH)and turfgrass quality(TQ).Data were analyzed by mixed model approaches using ASReml-R,and the t-statistics were used to group the *** genetic variances were observed in the single-location-repeated-measures analysis for CH and DGCI at Citra and Tifton,%GC at Citra, and TQ at *** correlations of the predicted values for entries between locations ranged from low to moderate, with the exception of between Citra and Tifton(0.76)for *** were a few breeding lines with superior performance to the entry average for all traits for which the entry variance was *** conclusion, genetic variability was observed for all traits and superior seashore paspalum breeding lines for multiple traits were identified under shade.

This paper aims to study energy consumption in a house. Home energy managementsystem (HEMS) has become very important, because energy consumption of aresidential sector accounts for a significant amount of total energy ***, a conventional HEMS has some architectural limitations among dimensionalvariables reusability and interoperability. Furthermore, the cost of implementation inHEMS is very expensive, which leads to the disturbance of the spread of a ***, this study proposes an Internet of Things (IoT) based HEMS with lightweightphotovoltaic (PV) system over dynamic home area networks (DHANs), which enablesthe construction of a HEMS to be scalable reusable and interoperable. The study suggestsa technique for decreasing cost of energy that HEMS is using and various perspectives insystem. The method that proposed is K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbor) which helps us toanalyze the classification and regression datasets. This paper has the result from the datarelevant in October 2018 from some buildings of Nanjing University of InformationScience and Technology.
