Sanduao is an important sea-breeding bay in Fujian,South China and holds a high economic status in *** and accurately obtaining information including the distribution area,quantity,and aquaculture area is important for breeding area planning,production value estimation,ecological survey,and storm surge ***,as the aquaculture area expands,the seawater background becomes increasingly complex and spectral characteristics differ dramatically,making it difficult to determine the aquaculture *** this study,we used a high-resolution remote-sensing satellite GF-2 image to introduce a deep-learning Richer Convolutional Features(RCF)network model to extract the aquaculture *** we used the density of aquaculture as an assessment index to assess the vulnerability of aquaculture areas in *** results demonstrate that this method does not require land and water separation of the area in advance,and good extraction can be achieved in the areas with more sediment and waves,with an extraction accuracy>93%,which is suitable for large-scale aquaculture area *** assessment results indicate that the density of aquaculture in the eastern part of Sanduao is considerably high,reaching a higher vulnerability level than other parts.

Regional hard coral distribution within geomorphic and reef flat ecological zones determined by satellite imagery of the Xisha Islands,South China Sea

Coral reefs in the Xisha Islands(also known as the Paracel Islands in English), South China Sea, have experienced dramatic declines in coral cover. However, the current regional scale hard coral distribution of geomorphic and ecological zones, essential for reefs management in the context of global warming and ocean acidification, is not well documented. We analyzed data from field surveys, Landsat-8 and GF-1 images to map the distribution of hard coral within geomorphic zones and reef flat ecological zones. In situ surveys conducted in June 2014 on nine reefs provided a complete picture of reef status with regard to live coral diversity, evenness of coral cover and reef health(live versus dead cover) for the Xisha Islands. Mean coral cover was 12.5% in 2014 and damaged reefs seemed to show signs of recovery. Coral cover in sheltered habitats such as lagoon patch reefs and biotic dense zones of reef flats was higher, but there were large regional differences and low diversity. In contrast, the more exposed reef slopes had high coral diversity, along with high and more equal distributions of coral cover. Mean hard coral cover of other zones was <10%. The total Xisha reef system was estimated to cover 1 060 km^2, and the emergent reefs covered ~787 km^2. Hard corals of emergent reefs were considered to cover 97 km^2. The biotic dense zone of the reef flat was a very common zone on all simple atolls, especially the broader northern reef flats. The total cover of live and dead coral can reach above 70% in this zone, showing an equilibrium between live and dead coral as opposed to coral and algae. This information regarding the spatial distribution of hard coral can support and inform the management of Xisha reef ecosystems.

目的　结合遥感技术和地面生态学调查数据区分钉螺孳生地并监测其变化。　方法　从鄱阳湖共选择10 0个调查点 ,75个为从鄱阳湖 5 74块草洲中随机抽取。根据历史调查 (1982～ 1984 ) ,其中 5 0个有螺 ,2 5个无螺 ,另2 5个为非钉螺孳生地调查点。将每个调查点 (面积 10 0 0 0 m2 )分成 10 0格 ,从中随机抽取 2 0格 ,在每格的中央置钉螺调查框 (4m2 ) ,收集框内所有钉螺。收集与地面调查同期的 TM卫片。采用非监督分类法对卫片进行分类并结合地面调查结果区分钉螺孳生地。　结果　分类的敏感性和特异性分别为 90 .0 %～ 95 .6 %和 6 1.1%～ 6 8.6 %。 1999～ 2 0 0 0年 ,鄱阳湖区估算的钉螺孳生地面积变幅为 6 2 3.4～ 76 2 .8km2。　结论　钉螺孳生地与植被覆盖的区域有关 ,卫片分类能用于区分钉螺孳生地确定其范围并监测其随关键因素的波动而造成的变化。

利用三维非静力RAMS模拟研究了黑河实验区非均匀地表能量通量 ,模拟结果表明 :绿洲地表净辐射通量较沙漠戈壁大 ;绿洲及沙漠戈壁下垫面上的Bowen比分别为 0 .4和 4.0 ;夜间绿洲上整晚维持蒸发 ,并有负感热通量。模拟结果与测站实测结果及卫星反演值的对比研究指出 ,RAMS对绿洲下垫面潜热通量的模拟和对沙漠戈壁下垫面感热通量的模拟与实测基本一致。卫星遥感反演及数值模拟方法对净辐射的估算与实测较吻合 ,绿洲地表感热通量的卫星反演值较数值模拟结果更接近于实际 ,但潜热通量的模拟值则较卫星估算值更接近于实际 ;沙漠戈壁地表则是感热通量的模拟值较卫星反演值更接近于实际。上述分析为今后结合卫星遥感改进RAMS陆面过程参数化。
