It is well recognized that carbon dioxide and air pollutants share similar emission sources so that synergetic policies on climate change mitigation and air pollution control can lead to remarkable co-benefits on greenhouse gas reduction,air quality improvement,and improved *** the context of carbon peak,carbon neutrality,and clean air policies,this perspective tracks and analyzes the process of the synergetic governance of air pollution and climate change in china by developing and monitoring 18 *** 18 indicators cover the following five aspects:air pollution and associated weather-climate conditions,progress in structural transition,sources,inks,and mitigation pathway of atmospheric composition,health impacts and benefits of coordinated control,and synergetic governance system and *** tracking the progress in each indicator,this perspective presents the major accomplishment of coordinated control,identifies the emerging challenges toward the synergetic governance,and provides policy recommendations for designing a synergetic roadmap of Carbon Neutrality and Clean Air for china.

Introduction:Foodborne diseases are a growing public health problem and have caused a large burden of disease in *** study analyzed epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in china in 2020 to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control ***:Data were collected from 30 of 31 provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)in the mainland of china,excluding Xizang(Tibet)Autonomous Region,via the National Foodborne Disease Outbreaks surveillance System・The number and proportion of outbreaks,illnesses,hospitalizations,deaths by setting,pathogen-food category pairs and etiology were ***:In 2020,7,073 foodborne disease outbreaks were reported,resulting in 37,454 illnesses and 143 *** the identified pathogens,microbial pathogens were the most common confirmed etiology,accounting for 41.7%of *** mushrooms caused the largest proportion of outbreaks(58.0%)and deaths(57.6%).For venues where foodborne disease outbreaks occur,household had the highest number of outbreaks(4,140)and deaths(128),and catering service locations caused the largest proportion of illnesses(59.9%).Outbreaks occurring between June and September accounted for 62.8%of total ***:Foodborne disease outbreaks mainly occurred in households・Microbial pathogens remained the top cause of outbreak-associated *** mushrooms were ranked the top cause of deaths in private homes in *** supervision and management of food safety and health education should be strengthened to reduce the burden of foodborne diseases・publicity should be increased to reduce the incidence of mushroom poisonings in families,and supervision and management of food should be strengthened to reduce microbial contamination.

The emergence and spread of plasmid-mediated tigecycline resistance genes have attracted extensive attention *** investigated the distribution of mobile tigecycline resistance genes in Salmonella genomes generated by both our laboratory and public bacterial genomes downloaded from the NCBI *** tet(X4)-positive strains were subjected to susceptibility testing and conjugation *** genetic features of the tet(X4)-bearing plasmid sequence were ***,we report the identification of the plasmid-mediated tigecycline resistance gene tet(X4)in a conjugative plasmid of the Salmonella enterica serovar Llandoff strain SH16G3606,isolated from a man in china in 2016,the first reported serovar Llandoff in china as a novel sequence type *** tet(X4)-mediated resistance phenotype was successfully transferred from the Salmonella Llandoff strain into Escherichia coli J53,resulting in a 32-fold increase in the minimal inhibitory concentration of *** tet(X4)gene was located between two copies of ISCR2 in the plasmid *** our knowledge,this is the first report of the plasmid-mediated tigecycline resistance gene tet(X4)in a Salmonella Llandoff strain isolated from a human stool sample in *** addition,our findings demonstrated that a total of 171 isolates are carrying tet(X)-like genes distributed in 21 countries or areas across 6 continents,posing a serious threat to humans and public ***,our timely discovery of the recent emergence of the tet(X4)gene in Salmonella isolates and other Enterobacteriaceae bacteria species supports the need for rapid surveillance to prevent the tet(X)-like gene from spreading.

In the past 30 years,the prevalence of diabetes in china has been increasing,but the awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of diabetes are relatively low,and the death rate,disability rate,disease burden of diabetes and its complications are constantly increasing,which brings heavy burden to individuals,families and social *** healthy china Initiative(2019-2030)is a roadmap to a healthy china and an innovative public policy system *** Diabetes Prevention and Control Action is one of the four chronic and noncommunicable diseases prevention and control actions in the healthy china Initiative(2019-2030).Based on the background,basic principles and key contents of diabetes prevention and control,this paper interpreted the diabetes prevention and control action from five aspects,that is,healthy lifestyle is the foundation,which emphasized that individuals are the first responsibility for their health,and advocates reducing the risk of diabetes by practicing healthy diet,increasing physical activity and maintaining a healthy weight;Early detection and early intervention are key links,which emphasized to pay attention to individual blood glucose level,high risk individuals regularly test blood glucose;Standardize health management is the priority,which emphasized to strengthen the implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment standards,and medical institutions provide guidance on self-management of health for patients with diabetes;The improvement of capacity in primary level is the guarantee,where emphasis is placed on improving the ability of medical personnel to screen,intervention and standardize diagnosis and treatment;And innovative health service models are the key measures which emphasized the use of information technology to improve the efficiency of health management.
