Highly oriented MXene/polyvinyl alcohol films prepared by scalable layer-by-layer blade coating for efficient electromagnetic interference shielding and infrared stealth

Controlling the orientation of two-dimensional MXene within layered films is essential to optimize or tune their mechanical properties and electromagnetic interference shielding(EMI)performance,but achieving the high orientation MXene layers on an industrial scale remains a challenging *** this paper,a scalable layer-by-layer blade coating(LbLBC)method was employed to fabricate highly oriented MXene/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)*** the LbLBC process,MXene/PVA colloid suffered a strong shearing effect,which induced the ordered alignment of MXene nanosheets along the direction of the blade *** orientation of MXene can be effectively adjusted by changing the scraping gap of LbLBC,achieving a maximum Herman orientation factor f of *** a result,the mechanical properties and EMI performance of the as-prepared MXene/PVA films are in direct proportion to their orientation,with the optimal values of tensile strength of 145.5 MPa,fracture strain of 19.6%,toughness of 17.7 MJ·m^(−3),and EMI shielding effectiveness of 36.7 ***,the inherently low mid-infrared(mid-IR)emissivity of MXene,combined with the densely oriented structure affords the composite films with IR stealth,resulting in a substantial decrease from 150 to 66.1℃in the radiative temperature of a ***,these scalable MXene/PVA films exhibit remarkable potential for integration into the next generation of multifunctional protective camouflage materials.

CONSENSUS CONTROL DESIGN FOR MULTI-AGENT SYSTEMS USING RELATIVE OUTPUT FEEDBACK

This paper studies the consensus problem of multi-agent systems in which all agents are modeled by a general linear system. The authors consider the case where only the relative output feedback between the neighboring agents can be measured. To solve the consensus problem, the authors first construct a static relative output feedback control under some mild constraints on the system model. Then the authors use an observer based approach to design a dynamic relative output feedback control. If the adjacent graph of the system is undirected and connected or directed with a spanning tree, with the proposed control laws, the consensus can be achieved. The authors note that with the observer based approach, some information exchange between the agents is needed unless the associated adjacent graph is completely connected.

Nonlinear adaptive switching control for a class of non-affine nonlinear systems

An improved nonlinear adaptive switching control method is presented to relax the assumption on the higher order nonlinear terms of a class of discrete-time non-affine nonlinear systems. The proposed control strategy is composed of a linear adaptive controller, a neural network(NN) based nonlinear adaptive controller and a switching mechanism. An incremental model is derived to represent the considered system and an improved robust adaptive law is chosen to update the parameters of the linear adaptive controller. A new performance criterion of the switching mechanism is designed to select the proper controller. Using this control scheme, all the signals in the system are proved to be bounded. Numerical examples verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

The multiscale simulation of metal organic chemical vapor deposition growth dynamics of GaInP thin film

As a Group III–V compound, GaInP is a high-efficiency luminous material. Metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) technology is a very efficient way to uniformly grow multi-chip, multilayer and large-area thin film. By combining the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and the kinetic Monte Carlo (KMC) methods with virtual reality (VR) technology, this paper presents a multiscale simulation of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and molecular dynamics to study the growth process of GaInP thin film in a vertical MOCVD reactor. The results of visualization truly and intuitively not only display the distributional properties of the gas’ thermal and flow fields in a MOCVD reactor but also display the process of GaInP thin film growth in a MOCVD reactor. The simulation thus provides us with a fundamental guideline for optimizing GaInP MOCVD growth.

Constraints on neutrino mass in the scenario of vacuum energy interacting with cold dark matter after Planck 2018

In this work,we investigate the constraints on the total neutrino mass in the scenario of vacuum energy interacting with cold dark matter(abbreviated as IACDM)by using the latest cosmological *** consider four typical interaction forms,i.e.Q=βHρde,Q=βHρc,Q=βH0ρde,and Q=βH0ρc,in the IACDM *** avoid the large-scale instability problem in interacting dark energy models,we employ the extended parameterized post-Friedmann method for interacting dark energy to calculate the perturbation evolution of dark energy in these *** observational data used in this work include the cosmic microwave background(CMB)measurements from the Planck 2018 data release,the baryon acoustic oscillation(BAO)data,the type Ia supernovae(SN)observation(Pantheon compilation),and the 2019 local distance ladder measurement of the Hubble constant H0 from the Hubble Space *** find that,compared with those in the ACDM+∑mv model,the constrains on∑mv are looser in the four IACDM+∑mv *** considering the three mass hierarchies of neutrinos,the constraints on∑mv are tightest in the degenerate hierarchy case and loosest in the inverted hierarchy *** addition,in the four IACDM+∑mv models,the values of coupling parameterβare larger using the CMB+BAO+SN+H0 data combination than that using the CMB+BAO+SN data combination,andβ>0 is favored at more than 1σlevel when using CMB+BAO+SN+H0 data *** issue of the H0 tension is also discussed in this *** find that,compared with the ACDM+∑mv model,the H0 tension can be alleviated in the IACDM+∑mv model to some extent.

Path Planning for Mobile Anchor Node in Localization Based on Ad-Hoc Localization Algorithm

For mobile anchor node static path planning cannot accord the actual distribution of node for dynamic adjustment. We take advantage of the high localization accuracy and low computational complexity of ad-hoc localization system( AHLos)algorithm. This article introduces mobile anchor nodes instead of the traditional fixed anchor nodes to improve the algorithm. The result shows that, through introduce the mobile anchor node, the information of initial anchor nodes can be configured more ***,with the use of the approximate location and the transition path,the distance and energy consumption of the mobile anchor node is greatly reduced.
