Lightweight aerogels feature multifunctionality and a high porosity,yet accompanied with poor structure recovery under large strain *** this work,we develop an air bubble-ice crystal dual template and annealing strategy to integrate low density and high resilience for the conductive transition metal carbides/nitrides(MXene)composite *** air bubbles and ice crystals synergistically exclude the nanosheets to the gas-liquid interfaces,thereby constructing unique Y-shaped junctions and robust *** annealing process greatly enhances the interlayer *** external load,the Yshaped structures prevent the stress concentration at the junctions by transferring the forces to the skeleton for maintaining structural *** addition,the wrinkled and thick cell walls,together with the enhanced interlayer interactions,endow the aerogel with exceptional structural stability and *** a result,the MXene/reduced graphene oxide(RGO)composite aerogels exhibit superelasticity with reversible compressive strains of up to 95%.In addition,the electron bridging effect of the RGO sheets affords the aerogel to deliver excellent electromagnetic interference shielding performance,as high as 46.3 dB at 2.5 ***,the remarkable reshapeability of the aerogels allows for precise regulation of structure and performance(33.5-75.1 dB)by a simple wetting compression *** summary,this work offers helpful inspirations for developing lightweight and superelasticity aerogels for extensive applications.

A Binary Particle Swarm Optimization for the Minimum Weight Dominating Set Problem

The minimum weight dominating set problem （MWDSP） is an NP-hard problem with a lot of real-world applications. Several heuristic algorithms have been presented to produce good quality solutions. However, the solution time of them grows very quickly as the size of the instance increases. In this paper, we propose a binary particle swarm optimization （FBPSO） for solving the MWDSP approximately. Based on the characteristic of MWDSP, this approach designs a new position updating rule to guide the search to a promising area. An iterated greedy tabu search is used to enhance the solution quality quickly. In addition, several stochastic strategies are employed to diversify the search and prevent premature convergence. These methods maintain a good balance between the exploration and the exploitation. Experimental studies on 106 groups of 1 060 instances show that FBPSO is able to identify near optimal solutions in a short running time. The average deviation between the solutions obtained by FBPSO and the best known solutions is 0.441%. Moreover, the average solution time of FBPSO is much less than that of other existing algorithms. In particular, with the increasing of instance size, the solution time of FBPSO grows much more slowly than that of other existing algorithms.

MO SERIES ANALYSIS AND ME SERIES ANALYSIS

In this paper, a kind of random-nonlinear model is established and the MO series with the ME series are led by the compound-order filtering. This modelprovides a new method of the time series analysis in theory, opens a prospect for its application. We shall discuss the statistical properties of both MO series and ME series. Theorems of their distribution are proven by a series of recurrent equations, and numcrical algorithms of these distributions are determined. The correlation properties of MO series are analyzed, three kinds of asymptotic distribution of the ME series are considered, and the distribution of a high-dimmensional ME series is given. In the meanwhile, some application of these series and their corresponding filterings to the image processing are briefly introduced.

Isoentropic and Isoenthalpic Temperatures of Protein Unfolding in Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography

The thermal behaviors of five proteins in hydrophobic interaction chromatography （HIC） were investigated in the temperature range from 0 to 50℃. The thermodynamic parameters （△H°,△S°, △Cp°and △G°） of these proteins in the process of retention and unfolding were determined. The existence of enthalpy and entropy convergence with temperature was confirmed. The differences of the isoentropic and isoenthalpic temperatures for protein unfolding in HIC system from the traditional solution were elucidated.

A PAIR OF COUPLING METRICS FOR SOFTWARE NETWORKS

Complex networks are everywhere. A typical example is software network. How to measure and control coupling interactions of software components is a largely explored research problem in software network. In terms of graph theory and linear algebra, this paper investigates a pair of coupling metrics to evaluate coupling interactions between the classes of object-oriented systems. These metrics differ from the majority of existing metrics in three aspects： Taking into account the strength that one class depends on other ones, reflecting indirect coupling, and distinguishing various coupling interaction. An empirical comparison of the novel measures with one of the most widely used coupling metrics is described. Specifically, an experiment about the relationships of this pair metrics is conducted. The result shows that software complexity derived from coupling interaction could not be accurately reflected by one dimension of coupling metric for negative correlation.

To upgrade the electric properties of lead-free piezoceramics,(1-x)(Ba_(0.98)Ca_(0.02)Ti_(0.94)Sn_(0.04)Zr_(0.02))O_(3)-xY_(2)O_(3)(abbreviated as(1-x)BCTSZ-xY,x=0 mol%,0.02 mol%,0.04 mol%,0.06 mol%,0.08 mol%and 0.1 mol%)ceramics were successfully synthesized by traditional solid-state sintering *** phase structure and microstructure of ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and piezoresponse force microscopyeramics(PFM).The electric properties of ceramics were researched through piezoelectric,dielectric and ferroelectric test *** results show that all samples have pure perovskite structure and favorable electric *** optimal electric properties which especially include superior ferroelectric properties are gained when Y_(2)O_(3)content is 0.06 mol%(d_(33)=419 pC/N,k_(p)=52%,T_(c)=89.5℃,ε_(r)=26900,tanδ=2.86%,P_(r)=14.41μC/cm^(2),Ec=1.8 kV/cm).Moreover,the temperature-dependent dielectricity of samples shows apparent relaxor behavior under different *** Curie-Weiss law further proves that all samples are typical relaxor ferroelectrics,and the relaxor degree of samples decreases with increase of Y_(2)O_(3)*** conclusion,Y_(2)O_(3)plays a significant role in enhancing electric properties of BCTSZ ceramics.

Evolutionary snowdrift game on heterogeneous Newman-Watts small-world network

We study the evolutionary snowdrift game in a heterogeneous Newman-Watts small-world network. The heterogeneity of the network is controlled by the number of hubs. It is found that the moderate heterogeneity of the network can promote the cooperation best. Besides, we study how the hubs affect the evolution of cooperative behaviours of the heterogeneous Newman-Watts small-world network. Simulation results show that both the initial states of hubs and the connections between hubs can play an important role. Our work gives a further insight into the effect of hubs on the heterogeneous networks.

An improved correlation of the pressure drop in stenotic vessels using Lorentz's reciprocal theorem

A mathematical model of the human cardiovascu lar system in conjunction with an accurate lumped model for a stenosis can provide better insights into the pressure wave propagation at pathological conditions. In this study, a the oretical relation between pressure drop and flow rate based on Lorentz＇s reciprocal theorem is derived, which offers an identity to describe the relevance of the geometry and the convective momentum transport to the drag force. A voxel based simulator VFLOW VOF3D, where the vessel geome try is expressed by using volume of fluid （VOF） functions, is employed to find the flow distribution in an idealized steno sis vessel and the identity was validated numerically. It is revealed from the correlation flow in a stenosis vessel can that the pressure drop of NS be decomposed into a linear term caused by Stokes flow with the same boundary condi tions, and two nonlinear terms. Furthermore, the linear term for the pressure drop of Stokes flow can be summarized as a correlation by using a modified equation of lubrication the ory, which gives favorable results compared to the numerical ones. The contribution of the nonlinear terms to the pressure drop was analyzed numerically, and it is found that geomet ric shape and momentum transport are the primary factors for the enhancement of drag force. This work paves a way to simulate the blood flow and pressure propagation under dif ferent stenosis conditions by using 1D mathematical model.

Application of artificial neural network to predict Vickers microhardness of AA6061 friction stir welded sheets

The application of friction stir welding(FSW) is growing owing to the omission of difficulties in traditional welding processes. In the current investigation, artificial neural network(ANN) technique was employed to predict the microhardness of AA6061 friction stir welded plates. Specimens were welded employing triangular and tapered cylindrical pins. The effects of thread and conical shoulder of each pin profile on the microhardness of welded zone were studied using tow ANNs through the different distances from weld centerline. It is observed that using conical shoulder tools enhances the quality of welded area. Besides, in both pin profiles threaded pins and conical shoulders increase yield strength and ultimate tensile strength. Mean absolute percentage error(MAPE) for train and test data sets did not exceed 5.4% and 7.48%, respectively. Considering the accurate results and acceptable errors in the models' responses, the ANN method can be used to economize material and time.
