Epidemic hemorrhagic fever has been an ongoing threat to laboratory personnel involved in animal care and use. Laboratory transmissions and severe infections occurred over the past twenty years, even though the standards and regulations for laboratory biosafety have been issued, upgraded, and implemented in China. Therefore, there is an urgent need to identify risk factors and to seek effective preventive measures that can curb the incidences of epidemic hemorrhagic fever among laboratory personnel. In the present study, we reviewed literature that relevant to animals laboratory-acquired hemorrhagic fever infections reported from 1995 to 2015, and analyzed these incidences using fault tree analysis （FTA）.

In this paper, we consider the problem of optimal dividend payout and equity issuance for a company whose liquid asset is modeled by the dual of classical risk model with diffusion. We assume that there exist both proportional and fixed transaction costs when issuing new equity. Our objective is to maximize the expected cumulative present value of the dividend payout minus the equity issuance until the time of bankruptcy,which is defined as the first time when the company＇s capital reserve falls below zero. The solution to the mixed impulse-singular control problem relies on two auxiliary subproblems： one is the classical dividend problem without equity issuance, and the other one assumes that the company never goes bankrupt by equity *** first provide closed-form expressions of the value functions and the optimal strategies for both auxiliary subproblems. We then identify the solution to the original problem with either of the auxiliary problems. Our results show that the optimal strategy should either allow for bankruptcy or keep the company＇s reserve above zero by issuing new equity, depending on the model＇s parameters. We also present some economic interpretations and sensitivity analysis for our results by theoretical analysis and numerical examples.

While presenting biological characteristics of vaccinia virus and laboratory-acquired infections during related research processes, this paper focuses on benefits and risks of vaccinia virus immunization in relation to laboratory-acquired infections, describes characteristics and the adaptation of vaccinia virus vaccine, analyses the role vaccinia virus immunization plays in the prevention and control of laboratory-acquired infections, and finally proposes solutions and countermeasures to further promote and implement immune control strategies. The problem related to immune strategy and laboratory- acquired infections which is being raised, analyzed and explored plays an active and instructive role in vaccinia virus related researches and laboratory- acquired infections, and also helps to recommend and develop relevant immune strategy for future vaccine control of such infections.

An uncertain multi-objective programming problem is a special type of mathematical multi-objective programming involving uncertain variables. This type of problem is important because there are several uncertain variables in real-world ***, research on the uncertain multi-objective programming problem is highly relevant, particularly those problems whose objective functions are correlated. In this paper, an approach that solves an uncertain multi-objective programming problem under the expected-variance value criterion is proposed. First, we define the basic framework of the approach and review concepts such as a Pareto efficient solution and expected-variance value criterion using an order relation between various uncertain ***, the uncertain multi-objective problem is converted into an uncertain single-objective programming problem via a linear weighted method or ideal point method. Then the problem is transformed into a deterministic single objective programming problem under the expected-variance value criterion. Third, four lemmas and two theorems are proved to illustrate that the optimal solution of the deterministic single-objective programming problem is an efficient solution to the original uncertainty problem. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Introduction:In terms of food preparation settings,catering service facilities have been identified as locations with the highest incidence of foodborne disease outbreaks in *** 2010,the China National center for Food Safety risk Assessment has established the Foodborne Disease Outbreak Surveillance System(FDOSS)to monitor foodborne disease ***,data from the FDOSS has provided a more accurate depiction of the epidemic characteristics of outbreaks within these ***:From 2010 to 2020,the FDOSS gathered data related to the prevalence of outbreaks,cases,hospitalizations,and deaths linked to foodborne disease outbreaks in catering service *** study examined the temporal and geographical distribution,pathogenic factors,and contributing variables of these outbreaks over the course of the ***:From 2010 to 2020,China’s catering service facilities reported 18,331 outbreaks,which resulted in 206,718 illnesses,68,561 hospitalizations,and 201 *** second and third quarters of the year accounted for 76.12%of the outbreaks and 72.93%of the *** primary pathogenic factors were pathogenic organisms,which caused 4,883(26.64%)outbreaks,94,047(45.50%)cases,32,170(46.92%)hospitalizations,and 21(10.45%)*** were 5,607(30.59%)outbreaks in restaurants,2,876(15.69%)outbreaks from street vendors,and 2,560(13.97%)outbreaks in employee canteens in ***:The implementation of relevant control methods,including health education and promotion,is critical for addressing foodborne diseases in catering service *** food safety training sessions for restaurant personnel and managers are essential to ensuring the effective management of these health risks.

Ironmaking plants hold a core position in steel production. Efficient level detection and iron-tapping status judgment can accurately measure the liquid level and predict the amount of molten iron in the ladle, thereby ensuring production safety and improving production efficiency. At present, the judgment of the start and end statuses of blast furnace iron-tapping mainly relies on manual visual inspection. However, due to the high-temperature environment on-site and interference from iron powder, gunning mud, and other dust, operators find it challenging to make accurate judgments. To address these issues, this study proposes a robust and accurate method for judging the iron-tapping status of blast furnaces. This study collected four million on-site liquid level data, underwent interpolation, noise reduction, normalization, and other preprocessing steps, and then used differential processing to calculate the iron-tapping rate. Combined with dynamic window feature analysis, it effectively captured the change characteristics of the liquid level in the ladle under different iron-tapping *** simulated on-site experiments, the method achieved a 96.6 % accuracy rate for iron-tapping status *** real-time iron-tapping status judgment method based on differential processing of liquid level data and dynamic window feature analysis proposed in this study demonstrates high precision and robustness in the complex environment of ironmaking plants. This technology not only improves the production efficiency of the iron and steel link but also frees on-site operators from the harsh working environment, eliminating human errors in judgments and omissions, further promoting the intelligent process of ironmaking plants.
