How to identify topological entities during rebuilding features is a critical problem in Feature-Based Parametric Modeling System (FBPMS). In the article, authors proposes a new coding approach to distinguish different entities. The coding mechanism is expatiated,and some typical examples are presented. At last, the algorithm of decoding is put forward based on set theory.

Recently,computer aided diagnosis(CAD)model becomes an effective tool for decision making in healthcare *** advances in computer vision and artificial intelligence(AI)techniques have resulted in the effective design of CAD models,which enables to detection of the existence of diseases using various imaging *** cancer(OC)has commonly occurred in head and neck *** identification of OC enables to improve survival rate and reduce mortality ***,the design of CAD model for OC detection and classification becomes ***,this study introduces a novel computer aided Diagnosis for OC using Sailfish Optimization with Fusion based Classification(CADOC-SFOFC)*** proposed CADOC-SFOFC model determines the existence of OC on the medical *** accomplish this,a fusion based feature extraction process is carried out by the use of VGGNet-16 and Residual Network(ResNet)***,feature vectors are fused and passed into the extreme learning machine(ELM)model for classification ***,SFO algorithm is utilized for effective parameter selection of the ELM model,consequently resulting in enhanced *** experimental analysis of the CADOC-SFOFC model was tested on Kaggle dataset and the results reported the betterment of the CADOC-SFOFC model over the compared methods with maximum accuracy of 98.11%.Therefore,the CADOC-SFOFC model has maximum potential as an inexpensive and non-invasive tool which supports screening process and enhances the detection efficiency.

Process planning for large complicated stampings is more complicated, illegible and multiform than that for common stampings. In this paper, an intelligent master model of computer aided process planning （CAPP） for large complicated stampings has been developed based on knowledge based engineering （KBE） and feature technology. This innovative model consists of knowledge base （KB）, process control structure （PCS）, process information model （PIM）, multidisciplinary design optimization （MDO）, model link environment （MLE） and simulation engine （SE）, to realize process planning, optimization, simulation and management integrated to complete intelligent CAPP system. In this model, KBE provides knowledge base, open architecture and knowledge reuse ability to deal with the multi-domain and multi-expression of process knowledge, and forms an integrated environment. With PIM, all the knowledge consisting of objects, constraints, cxtmricncc and decision-makings is carried by object-oriented method dynamically for knowledge-reasoning. PCS makes dynamical knowledge modified and updated timely and accordingly. MLE provides scv. cral methods to make CAPP sysmm associated and integrated. SE provides a programmable mechanism to interpret simulation course and result. Meanwhile, collaborative optimization, one method of MDO, is imported to deal with the optimization distributed for multiple purposes. All these make CAPP sysmm integrated and open to other systems, such as dic design and manufacturing system.

Numerical Simulation of Residual Stress in Injection Molding

Distribution and history of residual stress in plaque-like geometry are simulated based on linear thermoviscoelastic model, to explore the mechanics and evolution of residual stress in injection molding process. Results show that the residual stress distribution through thickness is almost the same along flowpath and the stress value near the end is a litter higher than that near the gate.

A version of a product consists of the product structure tree and the versions of all its components. The model includes two sets of data： attributes and documents describing each component. The paper discusses the version change relations between a sub-node component and a up-node component in a product structure tree, analyzes the version control system for a static reference and that for a dynamic reference and proposes a product structure model in support of dynamic reference, which is easy to use and contains a complete set of information providing an essential way of data organization for the PDM system.

Applying the visual simulation technology to highway engineering, an expressway visual simulation system for the analysis of landscape design proposals is built during the construction of Xiaoxiang expressway. Its functional requirements and overall architecture are presented. The 3D model of expressway is created with AutoCAD DWG files as source data and the dynamic design method of expressway landscape elements is introduced. A data analysis interface dedicated to the landscape evaluation is developed. The system offers an effective tool to facilitate the analysis and evaluation of the road landscape proposals.

Thanks to the fast improvement of the computing power and the rapid development of the computational chemistry and biology,the computer-aided drug design techniques have been successfully applied in almost every stage of the drug discovery and development pipeline to speed up the process of research and reduce the cost and risk related to preclinical and clinical *** to the development of machine learning theory and the accumulation of pharmacological data, the artificial intelligence(AI) technology, as a powerful data mining tool, has cut a figure in various fields of the drug design, such as virtual screening,activity scoring, quantitative structure-activity relationship(QSAR) analysis, de novo drug design, and in silico evaluation of absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and toxicity(ADME/T) properties. Although it is still challenging to provide a physical explanation of the AI-based models, it indeed has been acting as a great power to help manipulating the drug discovery through the versatile frameworks. Recently, due to the strong generalization ability and powerful feature extraction capability,deep learning methods have been employed in predicting the molecular properties as well as generating the desired molecules,which will further promote the application of AI technologies in the field of drug design.
