The role of HPH(Forest Logging Concession)in developing rural communities is very ***(Sumalindo Lestari Jaya)as HPH company has an important contribution in empowering local communities,especially in opening land transportation in the interior and helping to build agriculture and *** existence of Sumalindo company participates in developing forest resource management with local communities,among others,increasing livelihoods,maintaining and developing biodiversity conservation and maintaining climate *** efforts are in accordance with the regulations of the KLHK(Ministry of Environment and Forestry),that every HPH holder is required(mandatory)to obtain a certificate of“PHAPL”(Sustainable Production Natural Forest Management)and an“eco label”from the Indonesian Eco Label ***,it is recommended that the holders of HPH concessions and HTI(Industrial Timber Plantations)have an FSC(Forest Stewardship Council)certificate from the EU(European Union),and must meet three indicator elements,namely economic,social and ecological in SFM(Sustainable Forest Management).This article examines three critical questions that show the role of Sumalindo Company in economic,ecological and social development and managing forest resources with the community as follows:(1)The role of Sumalindo company contributes to the development of road infrastructure in the interior;(2)The role of Sumalindo in improving livelihoods and economic and social empowerment of local communities;(3)The role of Sumalindo with local communities in managing forest resources,including maintaining and developing biodiversity conservation and maintaining climate change.

Specialized metabolites in tea(Camellia sinensis)are fundamental quality *** is important to characterize gene function in vivo to identify key enzymes and reactions involved in the biosynthesis of such *** we report a transient expression method to analyze gene function in isolated tea mesophyll *** method is an alternative approach to traditional genetic transformation for studies on gene function in *** screened several tea cultivars and different digestion conditions to optimize protoplast *** of newly emerged leaves of ***‘Zhongbai 4’with 3%cellulase R-10 and 0.3%macerozyme R-10 for about 12 h yielded approximately 107 mesophyll *** encoding enzymes involved in secondary metabolite synthesis were transiently expressed in the protoplasts,and their subcellular locations were *** further improvements in the transfection efficiency,this transient expression system will contribute greatly to the analyses of in vivo gene function in tea.

Xiaowang Town of Xinyang City is taken as research target. Based on regional coordination,ecological coordinated development and status analysis,the development orientation of Xiaowang Town is studied and perfected deeply from space structure layout,road traffic planning,ecological landscape construction and residential space reconstruction. It is devoted to creating a suburban recreational resort and ecological livable new town with prominent industry function,distinctive style and feature,urban-rural integration,and hopes to provide certain reference for ecological construction of related towns at home and abroad.
