Objective Keshan disease(KD)is a myocardial mitochondrial disease closely related to insufficient selenium(Se)and protein *** induced putative kinase 1(PINK1)/Parkin mediated mitochondrial autophagy regulates various physiological and pathological processes in the *** study aimed to elucidate the relationship between PINK1/Parkin-regulated mitochondrial autophagy and KD-related myocardial *** A low Se and low protein animal model was *** hundred Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(control group,low Se group,low protein group,low Se+low protein group,and corn from KD area group).The JC-1 method was used to detect the mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP).ELISA was used to detect serum creatine kinase MB(CK-MB),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),and mitochondrial-glutamicoxalacetic transaminase(M-GOT)***-PCR and Western blot analysis were used to detect the expression of PINK1,Parkin,sequestome 1(P62),and microtubule-associated proteins1A/1B light chain 3B(MAP1LC3B).Results The MMP was significantly decreased and the activity of CK-MB,cTnI,and M-GOT significantly increased in each experimental group(low Se group,low protein group,low Se+low protein group and corn from KD area group)compared with the control group(P<0.05 for all).The mRNA and protein expression levels of PINK1,Parkin and MAP1LC3B were profoundly increased,and those of P62 markedly decreased in the experimental groups compared with the control group(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Low Se and low protein levels exacerbate myocardial damage in KD by affecting the PINK1/Parkin-mediated mitochondrial autophagy pathway.

The continuous progress in N2+lasing recently stimulates a great deal of interest in nonlinear and quantum optics of molecular ions, while a complete description of the ionic polarization is still lacking to date. In this work, we are dedicated to constructing the fundamental ionic polarization theory where several ubiquitous strong-field processes including ionization, electronic couplings and molecular alignment jointly determine the spatial arrangement of ions. With the model, the elusive polarization of N2+lasing can be well interpreted. Our results show that the different electronic transition rules for strong-field ionization and resonant couplings result in peculiar population distributions of various electronic states of N2+in space. Meanwhile, the spatial nonuniformity of population distribution can be aggravated or mitigated during field-free evolutions of coherent molecular rotational wave packets. Furthermore, when a follow-up resonant seed pulse interacts with the prepared ionic system, the anisotropic quantum coherence determining the polarization of subsequent N2+lasing can be established. The qualitative agreement between experiments and simulations confirms the validity of the proposed model. The findings provide critical insights into the polarization and radiation mechanisms of molecular ions constructed via ultrafast laser pulses.

BACKGROUND Previous studies have demonstrated the benefits of ideal cardiovascular health(CVH) in reducing cardiovascular ***,its role in subclinical atherosclerosis(SA) progression remains *** aim to examine the association of CVH,estimated by the American Heart Association's new Life's Essential 8(LE8),with the progression of *** This prospective cohort study was conducted among 972 asymptomatic Chinese participants and followed up for5.7 *** LE8 score(range,0–100) consisted of blood pressure,lipids,glucose,body mass index,smoking status,diet health,physical activity and sleep health was evaluated in 1998 and 2008–*** of SA was determined by carotid plaque and coronary artery calcification(CAC) in 2008–2009 and 2013–***-binomial regression model was used to estimate the association of LE8 score with SA *** Each 10 points increment in LE8 score was associated with 15.2%(RR:0.848,95% CI:0.797–0.902),17.7%(RR:0.823,95% CI:0.766–0.884) and 12.0%(RR:0.880,95% CI:0.845–0.916) lower risks of carotid plaque,CAC and overall SA progression,*** with participants with non-ideal CVH at both visits,the participants with ideal CVH at both visits had39.1%(RR:0.609,95% CI:0.494–0.752),41.0%(RR:0.590,95% CI:0.456–0.764) and 29.7%(RR:0.703,95% CI:0.598–0.825) lower risks of carotid plaque,CAC and overall SA progression,*** Higher LE8 scores were associated with lower risks of SA ***,long-term maintenance of optimal CVH was more beneficial to prevent SA progression.

We find extremely large low-magnetic-field magnetoresistance （~350% at 0.2 T and ~180% at 0.1 T） in germa- nium at room temperature and the magnetoresistanee is highly sensitive to the surface roughness. This unique magnetoelectric property is applied to fabricate logic architecture which could perform basic Boolean logic in- cluding AND, OR, NOR and NAND. Our logic device may pave the way for a high performance microprocessor and may make the germanium family more advanced.

It is important to improve the comprehensive performance of the ductile iron bars(DIBs)for the cylinder block of the extra high pressure hydraulic plunger pump and accelerate the industrial *** this work,the LZQT600-3 DIBs with the diameter of 145 mm were prepared by the horizontal continuous casting(HCC)process,that is,LZQT600-3 *** microstructure and room temperature tensile properties of different sections[left-edge(surface layer),left-1/2R(left half of the radius),and the center of the HCCDIBs]were *** results show that the spheroidization of LZQT600-3 HCCDIBs matrix from the left-edge,left-1/2R to the center is at nodulizing grade II and *** the cooling rate gradually decreases from surface to the center of the HCCIBs,the number of spheroidized graphite is gradually reduced,the size is gradually increased,the shape factor is decreased,and the pearlite content and lamellate spacing are *** the horizontal direction of the section,the hardness of the material is distributed symmetrically around the center of the *** the vertical direction,the hardness distribution in the center of the HCCDIBs is asymmetrical due to the gravity during the solidification ***,the microstructure in the lower part of the section solidifies relatively *** left-edge has the best tensile mechanical properties,and the ultimate tensile strength,yield tensile strength and elongation are 597.3 MPa,418.5 MPa and 9.6%,*** tensile fracture belongs to the ductile-brittle hybrid *** comprehensive performances of LZQT600-3 HCCDIBs meet the actual application requirements of ultra-high pressure hydraulic plunger pump cylinder.

The transition from a spark discharge to a constricted glow discharge in atmospheric air was studied with a capacitor coupled pin-to-water plasma reactor. The reason of the transition is considered to be of various factors, namely the change of the air gap due to the polarization of water molecules by the electric field, the feedback effect of the capacitors, and the ion trapping mechanism. The effects of the frequency of the power supply, inter-electrode gap, and coupled capacitance on the discharge transition were also investigated.
