Objective: Extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (SWL) currently plays an important role in the treatment of urinary tract lithiasis. The purpose of this article was to describe new concepts and procedural strategies that would improve results using SWL as a treatment for urolithiasis, thereby achieving better clinical ***: A systematic review process was carried in PubMed/PMC from January 2003 to March 2023. A narrative synthesis of the most important aspects has been ***: The important recommendations for the adequate selection of the candidate patient for treatment with SWL are summarized, as well as the new strategies for a better application of the technique. Aspects about intraoperative position, stone localization and monitoring, analgesic control, machine and energy settings, and measures aiming at reduced risk of complications are ***: To achieve the therapeutic goal of efficient stone disintegration without increasing the risk of complications, it is necessary to make an adequate selection of patients and to pay special attention to several important factors in the application of treatment. Technological development in later generation devices will help to improve current SWL results.

Coxsackievirus belongs to the Picornaviridae family and is one of the major pathogens that cause hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in infants and children with potential serious complications and even *** pathogenesis of this virus is not fully elucidated and no vaccine or antiviral drug has been *** this study,a full-length infectious cDNA clone of coxsackievirus B5 virus was assembled and the recombinant virus displayed similar growth kinetics and ability to cause cytopathic effects as the parental *** reporter was then incorporated to generate both full-length and subgenomic replicon(SGR)reporter *** full-length reporter virus is suitable for high-throughput antiviral screening,while the SGR is a useful tool to study viral-host *** importantly,the full-length reporter virus has also been shown to infect the suckling mouse model and the reporter gene could be detected using an in vivo imaging system,thus providing a powerful tool to track viruses in *** summary,we have generated coxsackievirus B5 reporter viruses and provided unique tools for studying virus-host interactions in vitro and in vivo as well as for high-throughput screenings(HTS)to identify novel antivirals.

目的分析2013—2022年北京市朝阳区流行性感冒(流感)病原学特点及流行趋势，为流感防控提供科学参考。方法对2013—2022年间送检朝阳区疾病预防控制中心的流感样病例咽拭子进行核酸检测，并用统计学方法分析朝阳区流感监测数据。结果在此监测期间共收集哨点医院送检的流感样病例咽拭子27928份，检测出流感病毒核酸阳性标本4415份，总核酸阳性率为15.81%；流感病毒核酸阳性高峰以冬春季为主，不同亚型交替流行。不同季节流感病毒核酸检测阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=3698.274，P＜0.001)，甲型流感冬季阳性率最高(H1N1χ2=1238.712，H3N2χ2=1317.144，P＜0.001)，乙型流感冬春季阳性率明显高于夏秋季(χ2=1526.712，P＜0. 001)。各年龄段阳性率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001)，其中25～岁年龄段病例阳性率最高(21.13%)；不同性别流感样病例病毒核酸检测阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.455，P=0.228)。结论朝阳区流感流行期以冬春季为主，不同流感监测年度各流感亚型交替流行，应进一步加强对流感的监测与预警，注意流感优势流行株的变化情况，继续推广流感疫苗接种策略，探索各项防控措施，降低新冠对流感的叠加影响。

Aortic stenosis （AS） is a common valvular heart disease in the Western populations, with an estimated overall prevalence of 3% in adults over 75 years. To understand its patho-biological processes represents a priority. In elderly patients, AS usually involves trileaflet valves and is referred to as degenerative calcific processes. Scientific evidence suggests the involvement of an active ＂atherosclerosis-like＂ pathogenesis in the initiation phase of degenerative AS. To the contrary, the progression could be driven by different forces （such as mechanical stress, genetic factors and interaction between inflammation and calcification）. The improved understanding presents potentially new therapeutic targets for preventing and inhibiting the development and progression of the disease. Furthermore, in clinical practice the management of AS patients implies the evaluation of generalized atherosclerotic manifestations （i.e., in the coronary and carotid arteries） even for prognostic reasons. In counselling elderly patients, the risk stratification should address individual frailty beyond the generic risk scores. In these regard, the co-morbidities, and in particular those linked to the global atherosclerotic burden, should be carefully investigated in order to define the risk/benefit ratio for invasive treatment strategies. We present a detailed overview of insights in pathogenesis of AS with possible practical implications.

Background:Identifying and managing patients'supportive care needs is an essential component of health *** cancer patients'needs are multidimensional and it is important to identify these *** study was conducted to assess supportive care needs of women with gynecologic cancer and affecting ***:This cross-sectional study consisted of 98 women with gynecologic *** data of the study was gathered using“Personal Information Form”and the“James Supportive Care Screening”.Results:The most frequently reported unmet needs of gynecologic cancer patients were emotional issues,including uncertainty(87.6%),fears(85.7%),feeling down(86.7%),worry(87.6%),loss of interest in usual activities(73.3%)and physical symptoms including fatigue/lack of energy(81.9%),weakness(81.9%),lack of appetite(76.2%).The most frequently reported social/practical problems was transportation problems(50%).The mean scores for JSCS was 29.72±*** were a statistically significant difference was found only between family type,stage of the disease,and time of diagnosis,and the total mean scores of the JSCS(p<0.05).Conclusion:It has been determined that patients with gynecological cancer mostly experience emotional and physical *** professionals working in the oncology unit should be aware of unmet *** programs and services to address the identified unmet needs should be provided.

BACKGROUND： The early correct diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction （ACI） is very important for choosing therapeutic regimen. The classification of Oxfordshire community stroke project （OCSP） provides guide for easy and rapid diagnosis and choosing therapeutic regimen in clinical practice. But current operation is not satisfied. Only depending on clinical symptoms and body signs do objective evidences lack. Transcranial Doppler ultrasound （TCD） examination may provide hemodynamical evidences for the correct classification of OCSP to some extent. OBJECTIVE： To compare the results of OCSP classification and TCD examination for treating ACI in patients and analyze the relationship between them as well as the effect of TCD on the correct classification of OCSP. DESIGN ： Controlled observation.SETTING： department of Internal Medicine, Shenzhen Hospital of Prevention and Treatment for Occupationa disease. PARTICIPANTS： Thirty-eight inpatients with ACI including 21 males and 17 females, aged 50 to 81 years, who received treatment in the department of Internal Medicine, Shenzhen Hospital of Prevention and Treatment for Occupational disease within 24 hours after onset from October 2002 to October 2005 were involved. The involved inpatients all confirmed to the diagnostic criteria of ACI formulated in the 4^th National Cerebrovascular diseases Conference. All the cases received skull computer tomography （CT） or magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） examinations at 24 hours after onset. Those patients who had no obvious infarct focus in skull CT examination within 24 hours after onset were performed re-examination to verify ACI within 72 hours after onset. Informed consents of examination method were obtained from all the patients. Objective To develop a rapid, highly sensitive, and quantitative method for the detection of NT-proBNP levels based on a near-infrared point-of-care diagnostic （POCT） device with wide scope. Methods The lateral flow assay （LFA） strip of NT-proBNP was first prepared to achieve rapid detection. Then, the antibody pairs for NT-proBNP were screened and labeled with the near-infrared fluorescent dye Dylight-800. The capture antibody was fixed on a nitrocellulose membrane by a scribing device. Serial dilutions of serum samples were prepared using NT-proBNP-free serum series. The prepared test strips, combined with a near-infrared POCT device, were validated by known concentrations of clinical samples. The POCT device gave the output of the ratio of the intensity of the fluorescence signal of the detection line to that of the quality control line. The relationship between the ratio value and the concentration of the specimen was plotted as a work curve. The results of 62 clinical specimens obtained from our method were compared in parallel with those obtained from the Roche E411 kit. Results Based on the log-log plot, the new method demonstrated that there was a good linear relationship between the ratio value and NT-proBNP concentrations ranging from 20 pg/mL to 10 ng/mL. The results of the 62 clinical specimens measured by our method showed a good linear correlation with those measured by the Roche E411 kit. Conclusion The new LFA detection method of NT-proBNP levels based on the near-infrared POCT device was rapid and highly sensitive with wide scope and was thus suitable for rapid and early clinical diagnosis of cardiac impairment.
