用RAPD分析研究了结鱼种组(黄鳍结鱼Tor putitora,结鱼Tor tor,库德里结鱼Tor khudree,Tor mosalmahanadicus和墨脱四■魮Neolissochilus hexagonolepis)5个物种的遗传关系。在所测试的69个随机引物中,11个引物能够在所有5个物种中扩增出稳定的条带。RAPD带型显示,综合使用这些RAPD标记能够区分这5个物种,但Tor mosal mahanadicus和黄鳍结鱼享有相似的带型。UPGMA分析揭示出3个独特的分支,第一支由黄鳍结鱼、Tor mosal mahanadicus和结鱼组成,第二支是库德里结鱼,第三支是墨脱四■魮。Tor mosal mahanadicus的分类地位在不同学者间存在分歧,被认为是库德里结鱼或结鱼的亚种,但我们的结果表明,相对而言,Mahanadi河中的Tor mosal mahanadicus与黄鳍结鱼的进化关系更近,因此有必要对其系统分类地位进行重新评估。

We evaluated the visual and refractive outcomes after phakic visian toric implantable collamer lens(ICL) insertion in stable keratoconus(KC). This retrospective study investigated toric ICL implantation in 14 eyes of 8 patients with stable KC. After 6 mo, the mean uncorrected distance visual acuity improved significantly from 0.77 to 0.15 logMAR. The mean best corrected distance visual acuity(BCDVA) improved from 0.18±0.1 to 0.15±0.1 logMAR. Fifty percent of eyes maintained their preoperative BCDVA; 42.8% gained one line. There was no statistical difference in high order or coma aberration. The mean refractive manifest spherical equivalent(MSE), mean refractive manifest spherical error, mean manifest astigmatism decreased significantly postoperatively. At 6 mo postoperatively, our achieved mean spherical equivalent was approximately 74%. No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred. Toric ICL implantation was effective, predictable and safe to correct refractive error and improve visual acuity in patients with stable KC.

本研究使用105对微卫星引物对7种鲤科鱼类进行跨越种间PCR扩增,共得到14个多态性微卫星位点。其中9个扩增效果较好的位点用于分析来自帕吉勒提河(Bhagirathi,n=20)和戈达瓦里河(Godavari,n=25)的蓝黑鲮(Labeocalbasu)样品的遗传多样性。结果显示,前者在每个位点的平均等位基因数为7.33,而后者为8.11,期望杂合度介于0.795(Bhagirathi)和0.801(Godavari)之间;4个位点MFW11*(Godavari)、R1*(Godavari)、R3*(Bhagirathi)和Lr38*(Bhagirathi和Godavari)都表现出明显的杂合子缺失和哈迪温伯格平衡偏离;而任意两位点间都未观测到连锁不平衡现象;位点R3*极可能存在无效等位基因。上述结果表明这些多态性微卫星位点作为共显性标记在蓝黑鲮群体遗传学研究中有着较好的应用前景。

The paper attempts to anticipate the future of Turkish foreign policy and Turkey＇s role in the Middle East.

Purpose: This study was conducted to detect IL-6 in synovial fluid in cases with TMJ internal derangement. Patients & Methods: This study was conducted on forty patients ASA class I with TMJ Internal derangement. All patients had been subjected to arthrocentesis. The synovial fluid was collected before wash and lavage was done for the affected joint. Then, the selected patients were divided randomly into two equal groups, group I: consisted of 20 patients where arthrocentesis was performed for the affected joint followed by intraarticular injection of one ml, tramadol hydrochloride. Group II: consisted of 20 patients where arthrocentesis was performed for the affected joint followed by intraarticular injection of one ml. sodium hyaluronate. Another synovial fluid sample was aspirated after one month. The interlieukin-6 receptors in the aspirated synovial fluid were measured using humans IL-6 enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: IL-6 was detected in the synovial fluid of joints with internal derangement. During follow up assessment of IL-6, the maximum decrease in IL-6 level was in the patients of group I who subjected to arthrocentesis with tramadol injection, as the mean IL-6 was (4.93 ± 1.36) followed by the patients of group II who subjected to arthrocentesis with sodium hyaluronate injection where the mean IL-6 level was (6.88 ± 1.76). There were significant p-value = (P = 0.000). Conclusions: It had been concluded that the detection of IL-6 in the synovial fluid of joints with internal derangement considered an indicator for inflammatory reaction in the joint and also the efficacy of arthrocentesis with tramadol suggested its anti-inflammatory effect.

Effects of geomorphology and soil conditions on vegetation structure in conserved desert wadis: A case study of Jal AlZor escarpment, Kuwait

Variations in phytogeography of Jal Al-Zor wadi system in Sabah Al Ahmad Nature Reserve, an arid national park in Kuwait, in relation to physiographic and edaphic conditions were investigated using alpha diversity and multivariate analyses. A total of 66 plant species were recorded at low-relief and high-relief wadis. Altitude and slope gradients, grain size distribution and soil texture properties had a significant relationship with plant cover and plant diversity. There was a high diversity of life-forms along the wadi system with a dominant of therophytes(annuals) particularly in spring after winter rainfalls. Chamaephytes and hemicryptophytes were the dominant perennial life-forms. A chorological analysis documents the strong effect of Saharo-Arabian chorotype on the vegetation of the study area. Cluster analysis clarified eight vegetation assemblages along altitude and slope gradients within the wadi system. Alpha diversity of plant species was greater in plant assemblages at low-relief wadis than at high-relief wadis. Vegetation structure in this study showed that phytogeographically, wadis of Jal Al-Zor were closely related to the wadis in the Arabian deserts. The slope gradient pattern and edaphic conditions of plant assemblages and plant diversity in the conserved wadis of Jal Al-Zor may be suggested as a reference model for restoration strategy of disturbed low elevated wadis in the surrounding desert *** would include propagation of suitable plants such as Stipagrostis plumosa-Haloxylon salicornicum-Rhanterium epapposum.

As the Internet of Things(IoT)and mobile devices have rapidly proliferated,their computationally intensive applications have developed into complex,concurrent IoT-based workflows involving multiple interdependent *** exploiting its low latency and high bandwidth,mobile edge computing(MEC)has emerged to achieve the high-performance computation offloading of these applications to satisfy the quality-of-service requirements of workflows and *** this study,we propose an offloading strategy for IoT-based workflows in a high-performance MEC *** proposed task-based offloading strategy consists of an optimization problem that includes task dependency,communication costs,workflow constraints,device energy consumption,and the heterogeneous characteristics of the edge *** addition,the optimal placement of workflow tasks is optimized using a discrete teaching learning-based optimization(DTLBO)*** experimental evaluations demonstrate that the proposed offloading strategy is effective at minimizing the energy consumption of mobile devices and reducing the execution times of workflows compared to offloading strategies using different metaheuristics,including particle swarm optimization and ant colony optimization.

Seismicity and Geologic Structures Indubitable in Wadi Hagul, North Eastern Desert, Egypt

Paleo and recent earthquakes have been recorded in Wadi Hagul area and its environs, which have left behind geologic structures of deformation preserved in exposed sedimentary rocks. To evaluate such deformation and surface break, different techniques and data types are used compromising image processing techniques, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), seismicity data, as well as, field investigation. The field investigation clarified that the study area is enriched with soft-sediment deformation structures encompassing two types of geologic structures;brittle and viscoplastic structures. The analysis of the various types of data elucidate that, the earthquakes of Wadi Hagul are frequently distributed at an average depth ranging from (1 to 35 km) within the top of the Earth’s crust which are mainly controlled by existing Hagul fault zone. The study gives new insight for a better understanding of the seismic activity in the study area which helps in the seismic hazard

Characterization of low-purity clays for geopolymer binder formulation

The production of geopolymer binders from low-purity clays was investigated. Three low-purity clays were calcined at 750℃ for 4 h. The calcined clays were chemically activated by the alkaline solutions of NaOH and Na2SiO3. The compressive strength was measured as a function of curing time at room temperature and 85℃. The results were compared with those of a pure kaolin sample. An amorphous aluminosilicate polymer was formed in all binders at both processing temperatures. The results show that, the mechanical properties depend on the type and amount of active aluminum silicates in the starting clay material, the impurities, and the processing temperature.
