目的旨在编制柬埔寨注册护士护理程序应用能力问卷.方法以护理程序理论为理论基础,结合焦点小组讨论、文献回顾法和专家咨询编制初始问卷.于2022年1-2月采用便利抽样法,对柬埔寨5个区域的不同级别医院260名护士进行网络调查,验证问卷的信度和效度.结果问卷内容效度指数为1.00,Cron-bach's α系数为0.963,5个维度的Cronbach's α系数范围0.963~0.964,重测信度为0.769.探索性因子分析提取出5个公因子,为护理评估、诊断、计划、实施及评价,共24个条目,累计方差贡献率为70.08%.结论问卷的信度和效度较好,有助于护士评估自己的护理程序应用能力,并为护理管理者制订相关政策提供依据.

Objective: This study aims to explore the expectations of survivors towards disaster ***: The study used qualitative content *** were collected in 2017 through three focus group discussions with 21 survivors and in-depth interviews with three community leaders;the respondents had experienced one of the following events: a) an earthquake in Padang 2009,b) a volcanic eruption in Yogyakarta 2010,and c) flooding in Jakarta ***: Four themes represented survivors' expectations of what nurses can do in responding to a disaster,including: a) provision of direct nursing care,b) provision of information of health service access,c) provision of resources through cross-sector coordination,and d) disaster preparedness activities for the ***: This study suggests the importance of disaster nurses having the competency to update information regarding healthcare access,particularly the utilization of health insurance and providing culturally competent care to the *** nurses are also expected to be able to train the community and families about preparedness-related ***,these disaster nurses should improve their competency in disaster risk *** broadly,such nurses should have the ability to advocate and coordinate with the local government and other stakeholders regarding access to healthcare services and continuous rapid assessment,so that survivors receive immediate and appropriate treatment.

OBJECTIVE: To formulate the quality evaluation questionnaire of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing plan for stroke in acute and recovery phases, and to evaluate the quality of TCM nursing plan for stroke by clinical nurses. METHODS: The questionnaire was designed by referring to the Applicability Questionnaire of TCM Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guideline, and the expert consultation was used to assess the content validity. In addition, the results of the questionnaire were processed and analyzed with SPSS20.0 software. RESULTS: The content validity of the self-designed questionnaire was 0.94 for the S-CVI/Ave score. The results of the questionnaire demonstrated that the overall content of the plan was "better than the original routine nursing plan"(59.18%); the recognition degree of "common symptoms"(36.70%) and "syndrome classification"(36.70%) of the plan was the lowest. CONCLUSION: The plan is supposed to be further improved in the future in order to be coincident with clinical reality.

The evidence-based Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing in standard plan is to be constructed by a combination of evidence-based thinking and expert consensus.(1) The symptoms of diseases with better curative effect in TCM and the nursing techniques of TCM based on scientific evidence can be preliminarily presented through bibliometric analysis.(2) Expert consultation letters can be developed based on bibliometric results, and symptoms of dominant diseases in TCM and TCM nursing techniques can be selected through those letters.(3) Based on the selected symptoms and TCM nursing techniques, the PICO can be determined, and then evidence search, evidence extraction, evidence analysis can be conducted and synthesized, and recommendations would be chosen.(4) The recommendation grade of each recommendation can be determined by applying the Delphi method and referring to GRADE.(5) The plan will be determined through discussions of experts. The construction of TCM nursing plan would make sure that TCM nursing is scientific, and internationalize TCM nursing.

Among the adult population in St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), there is a marked prevalence of diabetes and hypertension;diseases that pose significant public health, and socio-economic challenges, This awareness raised concerns about the prevalence of the diseases among the youth population, and motivated the SVG Retired nurses association (SVGRNA) to collaborate with the Mustique Charitable Trust (MCT) to conduct the “Be Healthy: Know Your Numbers” research project among college-age students. The tri-fold purpose of the project was to determine the prevalence of high blood pressure and blood sugar levels among the college-aged population in Savageries, the awareness of the youths about the causal factors of the diseases, and encourage healthy lifestyle among the demographic. For this mixed-method research project, both quantitative and qualitative data were gathered from a sample of 851 students;306 were males and 545 were females. The results revealed that a significantly high number of students were diabetic and hypertensive, or were at high risk of getting the diseases on account of their poor dietary and lifestyle practices. The highest readings for both diseases were seen among the males. At the onset of the research, the students were largely apathetic toward the diseases. However, there was noticeable attitudinal change, and demonstrable willingness to make the needed lifestyle changes. The study concluded that mitigating the risks of hypertension and diabetes within the youth community in St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be achieved through education about the causal factors and implications of the diseases, as well as through targeted interventions delivered by a wide cross-section of stakeholders.
