Climate change is a global issue that necessitates collective responsibility from all nations. Recently, a blockchainenabled emission trading scheme(ETS) has been proposed for reducing carbon emissions to overcome the drawbacks of centralized methods [1, 2]. However, existing consensus protocols in blockchain have not been well prepared for low energy consumption and high incentive compatibility [3],which is contrary to the low carbon goal of ETS.

Sparse synthetic aperture radar(SAR) imaging has emerged as a reliable microwave imaging scheme in the recent decade and excels in down-sampling reconstruction and full-sampling performance improvements such as noise, sidelobe, speckle, and ambiguity suppression. To utilize complex image products of sparse reconstruction for improvement in polarimetric, interferometric, and tomographic SAR imaging, it is necessary to evaluate the phase preservation of sparse SAR imaging. In this study, we first introduce the general alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM) as the universal framework for sparse reconstruction algorithms and adopt chirp scaling algorithm(CSA)-based azimuth-range decouple operators to avoid expensive data storage and processing. Further, we theoretically analyze the phase preservation of the sparse reconstruction algorithm through a comparison with the reconstruction results of CSA. Finally,we conduct the interferometric offset test on the sparse reconstruction results of simulated and real Gaofen-3(GF-3) SAR data, demonstrating the phase-preserving ability of sparse methods.

The wide applications of Generative adversarial networks benefit from the successful training methods,guaranteeing that an object function converges to the local ***,designing an efficient and competitive training method is still a challenging task due to the cyclic behaviors of some gradient-based ways and the expensive computational cost of acquiring the Hessian *** address this problem,we proposed the Adaptive Composite Gradients(ACG)method,linearly convergent in bilinear games under suitable *** analysis and toy-function experiments both suggest that our approach alleviates the cyclic behaviors and converges faster than recently proposed SOTA *** convergence speed of the ACG is improved by 33%than other *** ACG method is a novel Semi-Gradient-Free algorithm that can reduce the computational cost of gradient and Hessian by utilizing the predictive information in future *** mixture of Gaussians experiments and real-world digital image generative experiments show that our ACG method outperforms several existing technologies,illustrating the superiority and efficacy of our method.

The growing usage of Android smartphones has led to a significant rise in incidents of Android malware andprivacy *** escalating security concern necessitates the development of advanced technologies capableof automatically detecting andmitigatingmalicious activities in Android applications(apps).Such technologies arecrucial for safeguarding user data and maintaining the integrity of mobile devices in an increasingly digital *** methods employed to detect sensitive data leaks in Android apps are hampered by two major limitationsthey require substantial computational resources and are prone to a high frequency of false *** meansthat while attempting to identify security breaches,these methods often consume considerable processing powerand mistakenly flag benign activities as malicious,leading to inefficiencies and reduced reliability in *** proposed approach includes a data preprocessing step that removes duplicate samples,managesunbalanced datasets,corrects inconsistencies,and imputes missing values to ensure data *** Minimaxmethod is then used to normalize numerical data,followed by feature vector extraction using the Gain ratio andChi-squared test to identify and extract the most significant characteristics using an appropriate prediction *** study focuses on extracting a subset of attributes best suited for the task and recommending a predictivemodel based on domain expert *** proposed method is evaluated using Drebin and TUANDROMDdatasets containing 15,036 and 4,464 benign and malicious samples,*** empirical result shows thatthe RandomForest(RF)and Support VectorMachine(SVC)classifiers achieved impressive accuracy rates of 98.9%and 98.8%,respectively,in detecting unknown Androidmalware.A sensitivity analysis experiment was also carriedout on all three ML-based classifiers based on MAE,MSE,R2,and sensitivity parameters,resulting in a flawlessperformance for both *** app

This paper studies a strongly convergent inertial forward-backward-forward algorithm for the variational inequality problem in Hilbert *** our convergence analysis,we do not assume the on-line rule of the inertial parameters and the iterates,which have been assumed by several authors whenever a strongly convergent algorithm with an inertial extrapolation step is proposed for a variational inequality ***,our proof arguments are different from what is obtainable in the relevant ***,we give numerical tests to confirm the theoretical analysis and show that our proposed algorithm is superior to related ones in the literature.

Traffic in today’s cities is a serious problem that increases travel times,negatively affects the environment,and drains financial *** study presents an Artificial Intelligence(AI)augmentedMobile Ad Hoc Networks(MANETs)based real-time prediction paradigm for urban traffic *** are wireless networks that are based on mobile devices and may *** distributed nature of MANETs and the power of AI approaches are leveraged in this framework to provide reliable and timely traffic congestion *** study suggests a unique Chaotic Spatial Fuzzy Polynomial Neural Network(CSFPNN)technique to assess real-time data acquired from various sources within *** framework uses the proposed approach to learn from the data and create predictionmodels to detect possible traffic problems and their severity in real ***-time traffic prediction allows for proactive actions like resource allocation,dynamic route advice,and traffic signal optimization to reduce *** framework supports effective decision-making,decreases travel time,lowers fuel use,and enhances overall urban mobility by giving timely information to pedestrians,drivers,and urban *** simulations and real-world datasets are used to test the proposed framework’s prediction accuracy,responsiveness,and *** results show that the suggested framework successfully anticipates urban traffic issues in real-time,enables proactive traffic management,and aids in creating smarter,more sustainable cities.
