Effective optimization methods are used to guide the optimal design of coil parameters,which is significant for improving the transmission performance of the wireless power transfer(WPT)*** methods mostly rely on the exhaustive attack method and finite element analysis(FEA)to achieve the coil parameter design,which have the disadvantages of complex modeling and *** overcome these limitations,this study proposes an optimization strategy based on the genetic algorithm(GA),which considers the actual requirements of the efficiency and power of the WPT ***,a direct integration method is proposed to simplify the analytical solution process of the mutual inductance between the hexagonal *** on the mutual inductance model,the transmission characteristics of the hexagonal coil WPT system are deeply analyzed by the control variable *** importantly,with the proposed optimization objective function and its constraints,the GA is used to automatically achieve multi-parameter optimization of the hexagonal ***,a 500 W WPT system experimental platform is established,and the experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed optimization method.

Effective improvement in electrical properties of NO passivated SiC/SiO2 interface after being irradiated by electrons is *** density of interface traps after being irradiated by 100-kGy electrons decreases by about one order of magnitude,specifically,from 3×1012 cm-2·eV-1 to 4×1011 cm-2·eV-1 at 0.2 eV below the conduction band of 4H-SiC without any degradation of electric breakdown ***,the results of x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurement show that the C-N bonds are generated near the interface after electron irradiation,indicating that the carbon-related defects are further reduced.

There are two factors,source composition and magmatic differentiation,potentially controlling W-Sn *** one is more important is widely debated and may need to be determined for each individual *** Xitian granite batholith located in South China is a natural laboratory for investigating the above *** consists essentially of two separate components,formed in the Triassic at ca.226 Ma and Jurassic at ca.152 Ma,*** Triassic and Jurassic rocks are both composed of porphyritic and fine-grained *** latter resulted from highlydifferentiated porphyritic ones but they have similar textural characteristics and mineral assemblages,indicating that they reached a similar degree of crystal *** both fine-grained phases are highly differentiated with elevated rare metal contents,economic W–Sn mineralization is rare in the Triassic granitoids and this can be attributed to less fertile source materials than their Jurassic counterparts,with a slightly more enriched isotopic signature and whole-rockεNd(226 Ma)of−10.4 to−9.2(2σ=0.2)compared withεNd(152 Ma)of−9.2 to−8.2(2σ=0.2)for the Jurassic *** initial W-Sn enrichment was derived from the metasedimentary rocks and strongly enhanced by reworking of the continental crust,culminating in the Jurassic.

Axial-flux permanent magnet synchronous machine(AFPMSM)enjoys the merits of high torque density and high efficiency,which make it one good candidate in the direct-drive *** AFPMSM is usually analyzed based on the three-dimensional finite element method(3D FEM)due to its three-dimensional magnetic field ***,the 3D FEM suffers large amount of calculation,time-consuming and is not suitable for the optimization of *** this issue,a multi-layer quasi three-dimensional equivalent model of the AFPMSM is investigated in this paper,which could take the end leakage into ***,the multi-layer quasi three-dimensional equivalent model of the AFPMSM with single stator and single rotor is derived in details,including the equivalent processes and conversions of structure dimensions,motion conditions and electromagnetic ***,to consider the influence of end leakage on the performance,a correction factor is introduced in the multi-layer quasi three-dimensional equivalent ***,the proposed multi-layer quasi three-dimensional equivalent model is verified by the 3D FEM based on an AFPMSM under different structure *** demonstrates that the errors of flux linkage and average torque obtained by the multi-layer quasi three-dimensional equivalent model and 3D FEM are only around 2%although the structure parameters of the AFPMSM are ***,the computation time of one case based on the multi-layer quasi three-dimensional equivalent model is only 6 min,which is much less than that of the 3D FEM,1.8 h,under the same ***,the proposed multi-layer quasi three-dimensional equivalent model could be used to optimize the AFPMSM and much time could be saved by this method compared with the 3D FEM.

Ultralightweight mutual authentication protocols(UMAP) of Radio frequency identification(RFID) systems have attracted much attention from researchers. Many studies reveal that most of UMAP suffer malicious attack. To improve security of UMAP,formal analysis is performed with Simple promela interpreter(SPIN). Two typical UMAPs, which are RCIA and RAPP, are selected as our case study. A protocol abstract modeling method is presented to make UMAP can be formalized simply. Using SPIN, verification results show that RCIA and RAPP are both vulnerable against desynchronization attack. A Generalized model of UMAP(G-UMAP) and a general patching scheme are presented for resisting the attack. To validate the patching scheme,formal verification is then performed for the improved protocol. SPIN verification shows that the improved RCIA and RAPP both gain higher security. The above proposed modeling method has great significance for similar UMAP analyzing, and the proposed patching scheme is proved to be practical and reliable.

This paper presents parametric analysis of driving range of electric vehicles driven by V-type interior permanent magnet motors aiming at maximum driving range,i.e.,minimal total energy consumption of the motors over a driving *** of design parameters including tooth width,slot depth,split ratio(the ratio of inner diameter to outer diameter of the stator),and V-type magnet angle on the energy consumption of the motors and driving range of electric vehicles over a driving cycle is investigated in *** investigation is carried out for two typical driving cycles with different characteristics to represent different conditions:One is high-speed,low-torque cycle-Highway Fuel Economy Test and the other is low-speed,high-torque cycle-Artemis Urban Driving *** shows that for both driving cycles,the same parameters may have different influence on the energy consumption of the motors,as well as driving range of electric vehicles.

Near-interface oxide traps （NIOTs） in 4H-SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor （MOS） structures fabricated with and without annealing in NO are systematically investigated in this paper. The properties of NIOTs in SiC MOS structures prepared with and without annealing in NO are studied and compared in detail. Two main categories of the NIOTs, the “slow” and “fast” NIOTs, are revealed and extracted. The densities of the “fast” NIOTs are determined to be 0.761011 cm-2 and 0.471011 cm-2 for the N2 post oxidation annealing （POA） sample and NO POA sample, respectively. The densities of “slow” NIOTs are 0.791011 cm-2 and 9.441011 cm-2 for the NO POA sample and N2 POA sample, respectively. It is found that the NO POA process only can significantly reduce “slow” NIOTs. However, it has a little effect on “fast” NIOTs. The negative and positive constant voltage stresses （CVS） reveal that electrons captured by those “slow” NIOTs and bulk oxide traps （BOTs） are hardly emitted by the constant voltage stress.

To investigate the re-adhesion and dynamic characteristics of the locomotive drive system with wheel slip controller,a co-simulation model of the train system was established by SIMPACK and MATLAB/*** uniform running and starting conditions were considered,and the influence of structural stiffness of the drive system and the wheel slip controller on the re-adhesion and acceleration performance of the locomotive was *** simulation results demonstrated that the stick-slip vibration is more likely to occur in locomotives with smaller structural stiffnesses during adhesion reduction and recovery *** are many frequency components in the vibration acceleration spectrum of the drive system,because the longitudinal and rotational vibrations of the wheelset are coupled by the wheel‒rail tangential force when stick-slip vibration *** general,increasing the structural stiffness of the drive system and reducing the input energy in time are effective measures to suppress stick-slip *** should also be noted that inappropriate matching of the wheel slip controller and drive system parameters may lead to electro-mechanical coupling vibration of the drive system,resulting in traction force fluctuation and poor acceleration performance.

We have studied the influence of design and process variations on the electrical performance of SiC Schottky diodes. On the design side, two design variations are used in the active cell of the diode（segment design and stripe design）. In addition, there are two more design variations employed for the edge termination layout of the diodes, namely, field limiting ring（FLR） and junction termination extension（JTE）. On the process side, some diodes have gone through an N;O annealing step. The segment design resulted in a lower forward voltage drop（VF） in the diodes and the FLR design turned out to be a better choice for blocking voltages, in the reverse ***, N;O annealing has shown a detrimental effect on the diodes’ blocking performance, which have JTE as their termination design. It degrades the blocking capability of the diodes significantly.

Nested-loop secondary linear doubly-fed machine(NLS-LDFM) is a novel linear machine evolved from rotary brushless doubly-fed induction machine, which has a good application prospect in linear metro. In order to analyze the performance of NLS-LDFM, the mechanism and action rules of end effects are investigated in this paper. Firstly, the mechanism of static and dynamic end effects is analyzed in aspect of direct coupling, winding asymmetry and transient secondary current. Furthermore, based on the winding theory for short primary linear machines, the machine parameters are established qualitatively considering pulsating magnetic field of NLS-LDFM. Finally, the NLS-LDFM performance analysis is supplemented by the finite element algorithm(FEA) simulation and experiments under different operating conditions.
