Unders.anding rock mineralogy is essential for formation evaluation,improving the calculation of porosity and hydrocarbon *** primary method to obtain the mineralogy from a well is by applying a model to the geochemical tool’s chemical ***,creating a mineralogical model presents challenges such as the minerals’chemical composition and the decision to include a mineral in the *** traditional application of machine learning can make mineral models less realistic since conventional training is developed based on a set of minerals with different occurrences,lowering some minerals’*** present res.arch proposes the stepped machine learning(sML),a stepped way to use machine learning to create a mineralogical model from chemical and mineralogical data.A database was.assembled with the elemental concentration obtained with XRF analyses.and the mineral concentrations obtained with XRD *** chemical elements were Al,Ca,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,si,and *** minerals were calcite,dolomite,quartz,clays,K-felds.ar,plagioclase,and *** algorithms were tested:MLP,GAN,Random Forest,and XGBoost,with XGBoost showing the best *** was.applied,where a mineral model results.are used to train a subsequent *** allowed for a significant improvement in some models,notably to clays with an increase in R 2 from 0.597 to 0.853,quartz an increase from 0.673 to 0.869,and calcite,from 0.758 to 0.862.A decrease in the mean squared error of these minerals’models was.also *** model was.applied to the geochemical logs from three wells drilled in the Brazilian pre-salt,and the results were compared with XRD *** sML model was.able to honor the mineral concentrations for different *** is demonstrated that the integration between machine learning tools.and geological knowledge in sML was crucial for creating a representative mineralogical model.

Oil production and mainte nance are essential issues in naturally fractured reservoirs because they are the largest and most productive on ***,they present early water and gas channeling but could be remediated by using foaming agents to control these phenomena through blocking channeling *** Mexico these reservoirs have pressure up to 5,500 psi,high temperature up to 200℃,salinity up to400,000 ppm,and hardness up to 250,000 ppm;due to these thermodynamic conditions,there has been no available technology to form s.able enough *** this work,a foaming supramolecular surfactant with the capability to chelate Ca^(2+)ions is *** a result,surfactant monomers.are bridged by captured Ca^(2+)cations leading to the formation of high-molecular-weight oligomers,which significantly increment the viscosity of the solution improving the foam s.ability,and since at this manner the Ca2+cations.are no longer available to precipitate as components of solid salts,the foaming supramolecular surfactant also performs.as *** observations.are explained through quantum theoretical *** foam is s.able,effectively blocking the gas channels,whereas in presence of oil the foam is broken leading the oil to pass into the *** characteristic rheological properties of the foam allow its injection into the formation at a range of flow rates,foam qualities.and shear stress to achieve the flooding and the blocking of a variety of fractured carbonate formations.and the change of the wettability of the matrix,which is.a desirable behavior in a huff and puff process.as reported in a previous publication about a successful pilot test of this foam.

surface modification of graphite anode with electroactive matters has been proven of a more practical strategy in enhancing the performance of Li-ion batteries than exploring alternative novel anode ***,rutile TiNbO_(4-x) nanoparticles with a tunnel structure are employed as multifunctional decoration subs.ances in combination with a carbon coating layer to improve the rate and cycle properties of mesocarbon microbeads(MCMBs).As compared to pristine MCMB,the Li^(+)diffusion coefficients of the composite anodes.are enhanced due to the synergistic effect of TiNbO_(4-x)@***,the overcharge and voltage polarization of the composite anodes.at high rate are obviously minimized due to the current s.aring effect of the high-potential TiNbO_(4-x).Moreover,the amorphous Li_(y)TiNbO_(4-x) converted from TiNbO_(4-x) in the initial lithiation process can deliver pseudocapacitive capacity to the composite anodes from the second *** of these functions of TiNbO_(4-x)@Ccoating layer have directly contributed to the improved rate and cycle performance of the MCMB/TiNbO_(4-x)@C composite *** one containing 12.0 wt%TiNbO_(4-x) exhibits.a high reversible specific capacity of 118 m Ah·g^(-1)at 10C(1C=372 m A·g^(-1)),together with a high capacity retention of 90.9%after 300 cycles.at 3C,which are all much superior to those of pristine MCMB.

[背景]颗粒物(PM)与人类健康之间的关联随着季节变化而不同,这种现象可能与颗粒物的成分以及毒性相关的季节性交互作用有关。[目的]检测PM成分的季节性变化,并使用多个PM样本评估PM的体外促炎症可能性。[方法]以5个污染源不同的城市地区为采集地点,每周采集样本,在多雨温暖季节和干燥寒冷季节累积采集90份PM_(10)和PM_(2.5)样本。对其中检测到的元素、多环芳烃(PAHs)和内毒素进行主成分分析(PCA)。在人单核细胞(THP-1)中检测PM诱导肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)和白介素6(IL-6)分泌的可能性,并用组分评分建立促炎症反应的模型。[结果]PM的成分随其大小和季节而变化。PCA确定了PM中两种随季节变化的主要组分。燃烧相关的成分(如钒、苯并(a)芘、苯并(a)蒽)组成组分1(C_1),土壤相关的成分(如内毒素、硅、铝)组成组分2(C_2)。多雨温暖季节采集的PM中C_2含量较高,而干燥寒冷季节采集的PM(尤其是PM_(2.5))中C_1含量较高。细胞因子生成水平与PM_(10)和C_2(多雨温暖季节)正相关,但与PM_(2.5)和C_1(干燥寒冷季节)负相关。C_2含量较高的PM暴露水平越高,TNFα分泌越多;样本含有≥0.1%的C_1相关PAHs时,无论样本中C_2含量高低,暴露于该样本后TNFα对PM的反应性分泌都会降低。IL-6检测结果提示PM成分和颗粒大小之间存在复杂的交互作用。[结论]TNFα分泌具有季节性并与PM大小相关,PM中的土壤含量及PAH含量的变化是其根本原因。这些结果提示,流行病学研究中一些健康结局与PM之间关联的季节性差异能用PM组分的混合物来解释。
