In addition to the magnetic confinement fusion plasma,Thomson scattering has been applied to measure electron density and temperature of low-temperature *** on a linear magnetized plasma device,a set of Thomson scattering diagnostic system is designed to diagnose the plasma with n_(e)=10^(18)–10^(19)m^(-3)and T_(e)=2–*** to low plasma temperature and density,this diagnostic system needs high spectral resolution and collection efficiency to meet the requirements of electron velocity distribution function *** the bench test,it is confirmed that the spectral resolution reaches 0.01 nm,and theoretical collection efficiency is high enough to obtain a Thomson scattering spectrum by 1000 accumulations.

INTRODUCTION The emergence of coronavirus disease 2019(covid-19)has posed a significant threat to global health and *** serves as a vital strategy in preventing and mitigating the severity of clinical ***,due to natural selection,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has evolved,resulting in various mutations(1).Currently,the World Health Organization(WHO)has identified five variants of concern,including Alpha,Beta,Gamma,Delta,and Omicron(2).Of these,only Omicron remains in circulation and has already produced nearly one thousand sub-lineages or *** mutating variants demonstrate increased infectivity and vaccine breakthrough rates,as well as more pronounced antibody escape rates(3).

The pandemic of novel coronavirus disease 2019(covid-19)is an infectious disease caused by+ve strand RNA virus(SARS-CoV-2,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2)that belongs to the corona viridae *** March,the World Health Organization declared the outbreak of novel coronavirus for the public health *** SARS-CoV-2 infection presents with respiratory symptoms,it affects other organs such as the kidneys,liver,heart and ***-stage laboratory disease testing shows many false positive or negative outcomes such as less white blood cell count and a low number of lymphocyte ***,radiological examination and diagnosis are among the main components of the diagnosis and treatment of *** particular,for covid-19,chest computed tomography developed vigorous initial diagnosis and disease progression ***,the accuracy is *** realtime reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction is the gold standard method for the diagnosis of covid-19,sometimes it may give false-negative *** to the consequences of the missing *** resulted in a discrepancy between the two means of ***,based on currently available evidence,we summarized the possible understanding of the various pathophysiology,radio diagnostic methods in severe covid-19 *** the information on covid-19 evolves rapidly,this review will provide vital information for scientists and clinicians to consider novel perceptions for the comprehensive knowledge of the diagnostic approaches based on current experience.

The impact of coronavirus disease 2019(covid-19)pandemic on patients with neurodegenerative diseases and the specific neurological manifestations of covid-19 have aroused great ***,there are still many issues of concern to be ***,we review the current literature on the complex relationship between covid-19 and neurodegenerative diseases with an emphasis on Parkinson’s disease(PD)and Alzheimer’s disease(AD).We summarize the impact of covid-19 infection on symptom severity,disease progression,and mortality rate of PD and AD,and discuss whether covid-19 infection could trigger PD and *** addition,the susceptibility to and the prognosis of covid-19 in PD patients and AD patients are also *** order to achieve better management of PD and AD patients,modifications of care strategies,specific drug therapies,and vaccines during the pandemic are also *** last,mechanisms underlying the link of covid-19 with PD and AD are reviewed.

Background:covid-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus is characterized by respiratory compromise and immune system involvement,even leading to serious disorders,such as cytokine ***:We then conducted a literature review on the topic of sepsis and covid-19,and in parallel conducted an experimental study on the histological finding of patients who died from SARS-covid 19 infection and a control ***:Sepsis associated with covid-19 infection has some similarities and differences from that from other ***:In this paper the complex interplay between the 2 disorders was discussed,focusing on the similarities and on the effect that one could have on the other.A preliminary experimental section that demonstrates the multisystemic involvement in subjects who die from SARS-CoV-2 is also proposed.
