Simulation on spray evaporation processes in Multi-spout bed by modified impinging wall method

Basing on some researchers' experimental results,the droplet impinging wall model was modified,and We Number and K Number were adopted to determine the mode of droplet impinging *** simulation results indicated that the mode of impinging droplet is sticking on the wall in Muti-spout *** droplet impinging wall model modified can describe the droplet impinging wall phenomenon accurately in the multistage spouted fluidized flue gas desulfurization *** on the study above,the distributions of temperature and relative humidity in the reactor were *** atomization region,the distribution of temperature exhibits "M" *** relative humidity exhibits"W"*** mass concentration of droplet reduces along axis of the *** to the multi-spouted configuration,droplet concentration increases obviously in the intersection region between the 1st and 2nd stage reaction *** evaporating intensity reaches its peak value in the area of 200 mm away from the sprayer,and droplets are completely evaporated at 1500 mm.

Analysis and design of resistance-wire heater in MOCVD reactor

Metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD) is a key equipment in the manufacturing of semiconductor optoelectronic devices and microwave devices in industry. Heating system is a vital part of MOCVD. Specific heating device and thermal control technology are needed for each new reactor design. By using resistance-wire heating MOCVD reaction chamber model, thermal analysis and structure optimization of the reactor were developed from the vertical position and the distance between coils of the resistance-wire heater. It is indicated that, within a certain range, the average temperature of the graphite susceptor varies linearly with the vertical distance of heater to susceptor, and with the changed distances between the coils; furthermore, single resistance-wire heater should be placed loosely in the internal and tightly in the external. The modulate accuracy of the temperature field approximately equals the change of the average temperature corresponding to the change of the coil position.

Algorithm Study and Software design of District Grid On-Line Risk Assessment Based on Fuzzy Theory

In the background of the design and construction of Smart Grid Operation Supporting System for District Power Networks, this paper established the weighted fault probability model of the overhead line which is based on equipment operating status, utility theory and fuzzy theory. In this model, the proper membership function is adopted to describe the influence of lightning, wind speed, line ice and temperature, and the outage rate of overhead line, derived from historical statistics, is amended. Based on this model, the power supply risk analysis software is developed to calculate the online risk indicators of district grid, and provide real-time decision support information based on risk theory for scheduling operations personnel.

The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is a key part of hybrid power vehicle’s driving system, and the reliability of its control is important for the normal use. With more and more electronic equipments settled in the vehicle, the type and quantity of electromagnetic interference are increasing, and will finally affect the motor driving system’s reliability. This paper analyzed the sources of interferences in the driving system, and solved them with circuit preplan and design. With the experiment, these solutions were effective and improved the driving system’s reliability.

The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has some advantages such as big power density and reliability, and been widely used in vehicle driving and other industrial area. The space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is the main technology in PMSM driving control. The motor information contains rotor magnet field position, motor speed, and stator current and so on. Speed and reliability of its transmission is not only the base of SVPWM calculation in the control system, but also the guarantee for users to adjust the motor control command in time. The research on choice and design for PMSM driving system data transmission and communication bus is important.

The evaluation and reducing of uncertainty is central to the task of hydrological frequency *** this paper a Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo(MCMC)method is employed to infer the parameter values of the probabilistic distribution model and evalue the uncertainties of design *** to the estimated results of three-parameter log-normal distribution(LN3)and the three-parameter generalized extreme value distribution(GEV),the Pearson Type 3 distribution(PIII)provides a good approximation to flood-flow *** choice of the appropriate probabilistic model can reduce uncertainty of design flood *** flood events might be greatly reduced uncertainty when incorporating past extreme historical data into the flood frequency analysis.
