The present study was to explore the Ile requirement of piglets fed 18%crude protein(CP)*** hundred and fifty 28-day-old Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire piglets(8.37±1.92 kg)were randomly divided into 5 dietary treatments(10 piglets per replicate,5 barrows and 5 gilts per replicate)with 45%,50%,55%,60%,65%standardized ileal digestible(SID)Ile-to-Lys ratios,and the SID Lys was formulated to1.19%.The experimental design co.sisted of two phases(d 1 to 14 and d 15 to 28).Results showed that average daily gain(ADG)had a tendency to quadratically increase as the SID Ile-to-Lys ratio increased(P=0.09),and the optimum SID Ile-to-Lys ratios required to maximize ADG were 48.33%and 54.63%for broken-line linear model and quadratic polynomial model,*** SID Ile-to-Lys ratios had no significant effects on average daily feed intake and gain-to-feed *** matter(Pco.centrations increased *** Ser levels decreased linearly(Pco.centration increased *** villus height(P<0.01)and villus height to crypt depth ratio(P<0.01)increased *** deficiency or excess of Ile decreased short chain fatty acid-producing bacteria abundance and increased pathogenic bacteria ***,taking ADG as the effect index,the optimum SID Ile-to-Lys ratios of piglets offered 18%CP diets were 48.33%and 54.63%based on two different statistical models,respectively,and the deficiency or excess of lle negative

Optimization of Product Distribution for MIP Units Using Data Mining

Based on data from a petrochemical co.pany’s MIP unit over the past three years,19 input variables and 2 output variables were selected for modeling using the maximum information co.fficient and Pearson co.relation co.fficient among 155 variables,which included properties of feedstock oil and spent catalyst,operational variables,and material *** distillation range variables were reduced using factor analysis,and the feedstock oils were clustered into three types using the K-means++*** feedstock oil type was then used as an input variable for *** XGBoost model and a back propagation(BP)neural network model with a structure of 20-15-15-2 were developed to predict the co.bined yield of gasoline and propylene,as well as the co.e *** the test set,the BP neural network model demonstrated better fitting and generalization abilities with a mean absolute percentage error and determination co.fficient of 1.48%and 0.738,respectively,co.pared to the XGBoost *** was therefore chosen for further optimization *** genetic algorithm was utilized to optimize operational variables in order to increase the co.bined yield of gasoline and propylene while co.trolling the growth of co.e *** co.mercial test results in the MIP unit showed an average increase of 1.39 percentage points for the co.bined yield of gasoline and propylene and an average decrease of 0.11 percentage points for co.e *** results indicate that the model effectively improves the co.bined yield of gasoline and propylene while co.trolling the increase in co.e yield.

Optimal proportioning of iron ore in sintering process based on improved multi-objective beluga whale optimisation algorithm

Proportioning is an important part of sintering,as it affects the co.t of sintering and the quality of sintered *** address the problems posed by the co.plex raw material information and numerous co.straints in the sintering process,a multi-objective optimisation model for sintering proportioning was established,which takes the proportioning co.t and TFe as the optimisation ***,an improved multi-objective beluga whale optimisation(IMOBWO)algorithm was proposed to solve the nonlinear,multi-co.strained multi-objective optimisation *** algorithm uses the co.-strained non-dominance criterion to deal with the co.straint problem in the ***,the algorithm employs an opposite learning strategy and a population guidance mechanism based on angular co.petition and two-population co.petition strategy to enhance co.vergence and population *** actual proportioning of a steel plant indicates that the IMOBWO algorithm applied to the ore proportioning process has good co.vergence and obtains the uniformly distributed Pareto ***,co.pared with the actual proportioning scheme,the proportioning co.t is reduced by 4.3361¥/t,and the TFe co.tent in the mixture is increased by 0.0367%in the optimal co.promise ***,the proposed method effectively balances the co.t and total iron,facilitating the co.prehensive utilisation of sintered iron ore resources while ensuring quality assurance.

Effect of TiO_(2) addition on microstructures and properties of Mgo-Cao refractory aggregates

Alkali-extracted polysaccharides from mung bean skin possess protective effect on HO-induced IEC-6 cells: the role of NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways

Intestinal oxidation-reduction balance is essential to protect host health. Research on the underlying mechanisms of oxidation homeostasis can provide co.ditions to the treatment or protection of intestinal oxidative stress. Therefore， the mechanism of polysaccharide (MBP) with alkali-extracted from mung bean skin in alleviating oxidative damage induced by H2O2-induced in Intestinal epithelial cells (IEC)-6 cells was explored. Results indicated that MBP effectively mitigated the H2O2-induced decrease in IEC-6 cell viability， restored superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity， lowered malondialdehyde (MDA) co.tent， and decreased reactive oxygen species (ROS) level. Western blotting showed that MBP may mitigate oxidative damage through NF-κB， MAPK and Nrf2 signaling pathway， and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis co.firmed that MBP can protect cells by regulating MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways. Moreover， the results of the inhibitor experiment also support the above hypothesis. These results verified that MBP has the capacity to mitigate oxidative damage induced by H2O2in IEC-6 cells through MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathway. The study showed that MBP can assist preventing intestinal diseases relating to oxidative stress， which co.ld facilitate the development of functional foods.
