This paper presents how students reshaped the idea of an international university offered to *** findings derive from participant observation ethnographic fieldwork carried out at Fudan University in *** analysis proves that the idea of an“international university”offered to Fudan University students was double-edged in the sense that it both cultivated and screened international *** reshaped their university by manipulating or“twisting”the screening process when applying for short-term study abroad programs,on the one hand,and creating cultivating“devices”within the university,namely student-initiated associations on the other *** findings of this paper add a new aspect to the idea of the“international university”from students’perspective and turn the spotlight on students as active builders of their university.

Nowadays, as the economy is soaring up with the course of globalization, all kinds of industries are full of acute and intense competitions. For the sake of benefits for companies, advertisements in English to promote the sale of goods are essential. Under this circumstance, advertisement is coming into being. Advertising English, as one of the members of advertisement family, has gradually got independence and separated from the common English after a long term development, which has great effects on the form of language itself. Definitely, this development needs more study as well. The advertising English has not only brought precious and vast commercial values to all walks of life, which can be proved in various examples, but also is provided with certain values for appreciation and language study. We all know that life lies in movement. Our familiar sports good industry is standing out particularly in this regard, such as a good and impressive advertisement. A resounding and impressive advertisement can leave people an unforgettable and indelible impression, which certainly will bring endless commercial benefits to this product and also help to establish a favorable brand image. Brand image, with its irreplaceable effects to companies, all starts with the advertising English as a small field of the big advertisement family, because the global communication between sport brands is most outstanding. By doing the research on sport English, we hope the general principles in advertising English canbe summarized and thus achieve the goal of putting English to the economy era to best make use of it.

Populism combines the following characteristics:a rejection of economic policies linked to globalization;a condemnation of political and economic elites perceived as allied,directly or indirectly,to globalization policies;a nationalist conception of the national interest;a mistrust of immigration,seen as a threat to identity;as for populism’s supporters,a rather popular sociological profile,and an electoral profile that tends toward the“hard right”(“droite dure”),without ruling out bridges to the“hard left”(“gauche dure”).Having said this,I propose to defend three theses:populism is not the solution to the problems of the countries where it is developing,whether in France,the United States or elsewhere;it would be dangerous,however,to ignore the crises of which populism is the product;it is essential to take the measure of the problems that favor its emergence and to try to provide answers to them.

On 22 September 2020,within the backdrop of the COVID-19 global pandemic,China announced its climate goal for peak carbon emissions before 2030 and to reach carbon neutrality before *** carbon-neutral goal is generally considered to cover all anthropogenic greenhouse *** planning effort is now in full swing in China,but the pathway to decarbonization is *** needed transition towards non-fossil fuel energy and its impact on China and the world may be more profound than its reform and development over the past 40 years,but the challenges are *** of four representative scenarios shows significant differences in achieving the carbon-neutral goal,particularly the contribution of non-fossil fuel energy *** high target values for nuclear,wind,and bioenergy have approached their corresponding resource limitations,with solar energy being the exception,suggesting solar’s critical *** also found that the near-term policies that allow for a gradual transition,followed by more drastic changes after 2030,can eventually reach the carbon-neutral goal and lead to less of a reduction in cumulative emissions,thus inconsistent with the IPCC 1.5°C *** challenges and prospects are discussed in the historical context of China’s socio-economic reform,globalization,international collaboration,and development.

Viral infections have haunted humankind since times ***,globalization,and extensive deforestation have created an ideal environment for a viral spread with unknown and multiple shedding *** viruses can infect the male reproductive tract,with potential adverse consequences to male reproductive health,including infertility and ***,some genital tract viral infections can be sexually transmitted,potentially impacting the resulting offspring's *** have summarized the evidence concerning the presence and adverse effects of the relevant viruses on the reproductive tract(mumps virus,human immunodeficiency virus,herpes virus,human papillomavirus,hepatitis B and C viruses,Ebola virus,Zika virus,influenza virus,and coronaviruses),their routes of infection,target organs and cells,prevalence and pattern of virus shedding in semen,as well as diagnosis/testing and treatment *** pathophysiological understanding in the male genital tract is essential to assess its clinical impact on male reproductive health and guide future research.
