R-Parity Violation Effects on b_1 → bχ_1~0 in Minimal SupersymmetricStandard Model

We investigate in detail the effects of R-parity lepton number violation onthe decay b_1 → bχ_1~0 in the R-parity violating minimal supersymmetric standard model (R_p-MSSM)under the present experimental constraints on R_p parameters. In our numerical calculations weconsider two cases of input parameters of the squark and slepton sectors, M_(squark) M_(slepton), for comparison. The results show that the relative R-parity violatingcorrection is not very sensitive to the mass of the lightest neutralino bχ_1~0 the degenerateR-parity violating coupling parameter λ′_2 but strongly depends on M_(squark), M_(slepton) tan βand tie degenerate R-parity violating coupling parameter λ′_1. The relative correction is about -4～ 3% and can exceed -6% in some region of parameter space. Therefore, precise experiment analyseson the decay b_1 → bχ_1~0 may provide a probe of the R-parity violation.

Applying the method of the unified colored noise approximation and phase lock, we study in this paper the stationary intensity distribution of the single-mode laser driven by colored pump noise with cross-correlation between the real and imaginary parts of the quantum noise. We present a thorough discussion of how the cross-correlation λq between the realand imaginary parts of the quantum noise and the self-correlation time τ of the pump noise determine the behaviors of the stationary distribution Qst(I), the mean (I), and the variance λ2(0) of the laser intensity. It is shown that cross-correlation intensity λq of the complex quantum noise can induce a first-order-like transition. When the pump noise is colored noise (τ≠ 0), improving the pump parameters monotonously will make the curves of Qst(I)exhibit reentrant phase transition. The fluctuations of laser intensity are strongly influenced by λq and τ when the laser is operated near or below threshold. Especially when τ≠ 0, the heights of the peaks of the curves of λ2(0)-a0 and λ3(0)-a0, (here a0 is the net gain coefficient) go up as λq increases. However the entire curves of λ2(0)-a0 and λ3(0)-a0are abruptly suppressed when λq = 1, in similarity to phase transition of stationary intensity distribution.

By using the linear approximation method, the intensity correlation function and the intensity correlation time are calculated in a gain-noise model of a single-mode laser driven by colored cross-correlated pump noise and quantum noise, each of which is colored. We detect that, when the cross-correlation between both noises is negative, the behavior of the intensity correlation function C(t) versus time t, in addition to decreasing monotonously, also exhibits several other cases, such as one maximum, one minimum, and two extrema (one maximum and one minimum), i.e., some parameters of the noises can greatly change the dependence of the intensity correlation function upon time. Since long-lived light bottom squark (sbottom) and its anti-particle with a mass close to the bottomquark have not been excluded by experiments so far, so we would like to consider such a sbottom to combine with itsanti-particle to form a color singlet meson-like bound state or to combine with a common anti-quark to form a fermion-like one, or accordingly their anti-particles to form an anti-particle bound system. Namely we calculate the low-lyingspectrum of the systems specifically based on QCD inspired potential model. To be relativistic as much as possible, westart with the framework of Bethe-Salpeter (BS) equation even for non-relativistic binding systems. Finally, we obtainthe requested spectrum by constructing general forms of the BS wave functions and solving the BS equations underinstantaneous approximation.

The extended canonical Noether identities and canonical first Noether theorem derived from an extended action in phase space for a system with a singular Lagrangian are formulated. Using these canonical Noether identities,it can be shown that the constraint multipliers connected with the first-class constraints may not be independent, so a query to a conjecture of Dirac is presented. Based on the symmetry properties of the constrained Hamiltonian system in phase space, a counterexample to a conjecture of Dirac is given to show that Dirac's conjecture fails in such a *** present here a different way rather than Cawley's examples and other's ones in that there is no linearization of constraints in the problem. This example has a feature that neither the primary first-class constraints nor secondary first-class constraints are generators of the gauge transformation.

In this paper, we first theoretically report the magnetic and magneto-opticalproperties in paramagnetic media under high external magnetic field. Considering the action of theexternal magnetic Geld H_e and indirect exchange interaction H_v, the characteristic of the magneticsaturation and the property of the Faraday rotation to be nonlinear with external magnetic Geld arepresented in paramagnetic NdF_3. In terms of our theory, the indirect exchange interaction plays auimportant role in the magnetization M and the Faraday rotation θ in NdF_3 under high externalmagnetic Geld. The theory is in good agreement with experimental results. On the other hand, areasonable explanation for the temperature dependence of the ratio of the Verdet constant to themagnetic susceptibility V/x is obtained.
