Objective: HIV-HBV co-infection is a major public health problem that has not been sufficiently explored in the Central African workplace. The aim of this study was to assess the frequency of HIV-HBV co-infection among people who living with HIV (PLHIV) in the infectious and tropical diseases department of the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de lAmiti Sino-Centrafricaine in Bangui. Methods: A retrospective study was carried out from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2021 in the Infectious and Tropical Diseases Department at the Amiti Sino-Centrafricaine University Hospital. It included the files of all PLHIV, which included the results of HBV serology. A standardized form was used to collect socio-demographic and professional data by documentary review. Data was analysed using Epi-Info 7 software. Means, proportions were calculated as well as Chi square witch was significant if p-value was below 0.05. Results: The study included 265 patients, 188 were women (70.1%) and 77 men (29.1%), giving a sex ratio of 0.45. Mean age was 35.8 years, higher in men (40 years) than in women (35.8 years) (p 0.0001). The age groups 25 to 34 (37.7%) and 35 to 44 (33.6%) were in the majority (71.3%). The majority of PLHIV were unemployed (57.1%), including housewives (43.0%). HBV prevalence was 14.3%, including 7.2% among the unemployed, who account for half of all co-infections. The search for associations between HIV-HBV co-infection and all socio-demographic characteristics (age, sex, marital status) and socio-professional categories showed no significant difference (p 0.05). Conclusion: PLHIV were predominantly young adults, female, and unemployed;no occupation was significantly associated with co-infection. The vast majority of co-infected people were not covered by the occupational health system (unemployed or informal sector). Urgent action is needed to improve workers access to occupational medicine in car.

The outer handle of the door in the car is an important part of man-machine *** unlocking process directly affects the customer experience,which in turn affects the reputation and positioning of the *** paper analyzes and optimizes the spatial arrangement and structural parameters of the internal components of the system that affect the unlocking stroke of the outer door *** the mathematical model of the outward opening movement,taking the lock body,the exterior door handle,and the doorlock outward opening lever as the research objects,the movement process model of the side doorlock system in the process of opening the door with the outer handle is *** the analysis of the model,the main factors affecting the unlocking stroke of the outer handle are *** the same time,with the 1/2 implementation of the four-factor and five-level secondary rotation center combination analysis method was *** the optimization analysis of the evaluation indicators such as the exterior door handle unlocking stroke ratio and the handle limit stroke,the optimized outer handle unlocking stroke ratio was finally obtained as 0.67,and the remaining stroke of the lock body is greater than 0.5 mm,which meets the requirements of the design specification and provides a reference for the design and development of future automotive products.

Development of Experimental Device for Compression Load Deflection of car Door Seals

Precision instruments of optical grating and force sensor are also integrated in this device. Force-displacement response characteristics of compression at varied speed can be controlled. Solid foundations for characteristic and structure as well as optimization design of the car door seal are elucidated.

Immunovirological Profile of HIV1 Infection in Children and Adolescents Followed at the Bangui Pediatric University Hospital

History: Pediatric management of HIV infection in children in the Central African Republic began in 2004 with the use of fractionated adult antiretrovirals and Cotrimoxazole. It has evolved over the years with the use of pediatric forms, oral suspensions and dispersible tablets. The transition to Dolutegravir took place in 2020. The active file of our patients will grow from 78 to over 1900 today. Follow-up examinations are carried out to assess adherence to treatment. Objective: To determine the immunovirological profile and factors associated with treatment failure during follow-up of children on ART at the Bangui pediatric university hospital. Patients and Method: This was a cross-sectional, analytical study from May 30 to December 02, 2022. The study sample was drawn from a cohort of HIV-1-infected children followed up at the Bangui pediatric university hospital and on ART for three semesters who met the selection criteria. Results: The prevalence of treatment failure varied from one semester to the next. Thus, the prevalence of therapeutic failure was 20% in the first semester, 10% in the second semester and 7% in the third semester. The prevalence of virological failure was 10.28% in the first half of the year, 6.91% in the second half and 4.98% in the third. Secondly, immunological failure was 0.48% in the first half of the year, 0.32% in the second 0.64% in the third half. Finally, clinical failure was 8.82% in the first half, 4.82% in the second half, 1.92% in the third half. Socio-demographic and clinical factors associated with treatment failure were male gender (p 1000 copies/ml (p Conclusion: The occurrence of treatment failures in children is a major problem, especially in our resource-limited countries, given the challenges facing antiretroviral therapy. It is therefore necessary to carry out a study on resistance genotyping in order to propose correct management protocols, as the future of treatment programs depends on it.

Experimental and Numerical Investigation on the Aerodynamic Characteristics of High-Speed Pantographs with Supporting Beam Wind Deflectors

Aiming to mitigate the aerodynamic lift force imbalance between pantograph strips,which exacerbates wear and affects the current collection performance of the pantograph-catenary system,a study has been conducted to support the beam deflector optimization using a combination of experimental measurements and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)*** results demonstrate that the size,position,and installation orientation of the wind deflectors significantly influence the amount of force *** also indicate that the front strip deflectors should be installed downwards and the rear strip deflectors upwards,thereby forming a“π”***,the lift force compensation provided by the wind deflectors increases with the size of the *** wind compensation strategies,such as control circuits,are also discussed,putting emphasis on the pros and cons of various pantograph types and wind compensation approaches.

Research on uninterruptable power supply technology for auxiliary winding of electric locomotive while passing the neutral section

Purpose–Auxiliary power system is an indispensable part of the train;the auxiliary systems of both electric locomotives and EMUs mainly are powered by one of the two ways,which are either from auxiliary windings of traction transformers or from DC-link voltage of traction *** by DC-link voltage of traction converters,the auxiliary systems were maintained of uninterruptable power supply with energy from electric ***,powered by traction transformers,the auxiliary systems were always out of power while passing the neutral section of power supply grid and control system is powered by battery at this ***/methodology/approach–Uninterrupted power supply of auxiliary power system powered by auxiliary winding of traction transformer was *** reasons why previous solutions cannot be realized are *** uninterruptable power supply scheme for the auxiliary systems powered by auxiliary windings of traction transformers is proposed in this *** validity of the proposed scheme is verified by simulation and experimental results and on-site operation of an upgraded HXD3C type *** scheme is attractive for upgrading practical locomotives with the auxiliary systems powered by auxiliary windings of traction ***–This scheme regenerates braking power supplied to auxiliary windings of traction transformers while a locomotive runs in the neutral section of the power supply *** objectives of uninterrupted power supply technology are proposed,which are no overvoltage,no overcurrent and uninterrupted power ***/value–The control strategies of the scheme ensure both overvoltage free and inrush current free when a locomotive enters or leaves the neutral ***,this scheme is cost low by employing updated control strategy of software and add both the two current sensors and two connection wires of hardware.

Safety of the express freight train running over a long-span bridge

Purpose-Express freight transportation is in rapid development *** to the higher speed of express freight train,the deformation of the bridge deck worsens the railway line condition under the action of wind and train moving load when the train runs over a long-span ***,the blunt car body of vehicle has poor aerodynamic characteristics,bringing a greater challenge on the running stability in the ***/methodology/approach-In this study,the aerodynamic force coefficients of express freight vehicles on the bridge are measured by scale model wind tunnel *** dynamic model of the train-long-span steel truss bridge coupling system is established,and the dynamic response as well as the running safety of vehicle are ***-The results show that wind speed has a significant influence on running safety,which is mainly reflected in the over-limitation of wheel unloading *** wind speed limit decreases with train speed,and it reduces to 18.83 m/s when the train speed is 160 km/***/value-This study deepens the theoretical understanding of the interaction between vehicles and bridges and proposes new methods for analyzing similar engineering *** also provides a new theoretical basis for the safety assessment of express freight trains.

Surface Soil Properties Influence carbon Oxide Pulses After Precipitation Events in a Semiarid Vineyard Under Conventional Tillage and Cover Crops

In semiarid regions of the Mediterranean basin, a rainfall event can induce a respiratory pulse that releases a large amount of soil carbon dioxide （CO2） into the atmosphere; this pulse can significantly contribute to the annual ecosystem carbon （C） balance. The impacts of conventional tillage and two different cover crops, resident vegetation and Bromus catharticus L., on soil CO2 effiux were evaluated in a Vitis vinifera L. vineyard in La Rioja, Spain. Soil CO2 efflux, gravimetric water content, and temperature were monitored at a depth of 0-5 cm after rainfall precipitation events approximately every 10 d in the period from May 17 to July 27, 2012, during which the cover crops had withered. Additionally, on June 10, 2012, soil organic C, microbial biomass C, and I^-glucosidase activity were determined at soil depths of 0-2.5, 2.5-5, 5-15, and 15-25 cm. The results show that pulses of soil CO2 were related to the increase in soil water content following precipitation events. Compared to the conventional tillage treatment, both cover crop treatments had higher soil CO2 efflux after precipitation events. Both cover crop treatments had higher soil organic C, microbial biomass C, and β-glucosidase activity at the soil surface （0-2.5 cm） than the conventional tillage treatment. Each pulse of CO2 was related to the surface soil properties. Thus, this study suggests that the enhancement of soil organic C and microbiological properties at the soil surface under cover crops may increase soil CO2 efflux relative to conventional tillage immediately after precipitation events during the dry season.
