Acute administration of MK-801(dizocilpine),an N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor(NMDAR)antagonist,can establish animal models of psychiatric ***,the roles of microglia and inflammation-related genes in these animal models of psychiatric disorders remain ***,we found rapid elimination of microglia in the prefrontal cortex(PFC)and hippocampus(HPC)of mice following administration of the dual colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor(CSF1R)/c-Kit kinase inhibitor PLX3397(pexidartinib)in drinking *** administration of MK-801 induced hyperactivity in the open-field test(OFT).importantly,PLX3397-induced depletion of microglia prevented the hyperactivity and schizophrenia-like behaviors induced by ***,neither repopulation of microglia nor inhibition of microglial activation by minocycline affected MK-801-induced ***,microglial density in the PFC and HPC was significantly correlated with behavioral *** addition,common and distinct glutamate-,GABA-,and inflammation-related gene(116 genes)expression patterns were observed in the brains of PLX3397-and/or MK-801-treated ***,10 common inflammation-related genes(CD68,CD163,CD206,TMEM119,CSF3R,CX3CR1,TREM2,CD11b,CSF1R,and F4/80)with very strong correlations were identified in the brain using hierarchical clustering *** correlation analysis demonstrated that the behavioral changes in the OFT were most significantly associated with the expression of inflammation-related genes(NLRP3,CD163,CD206,F4/80,TMEM119,and TMEM176a),but not glutamate-or GABA-related genes in PLX3397-and MK-801-treated ***,our results suggest that microglial depletion via a CSF1R/c-Kit kinase inhibitor can ameliorate the hyperactivity induced by an NMDAR antagonist,which is associated with modulation of immune-related genes in the brain.

An Entropy Measurement Method of Quantum information System under Uncertain Environment

Under uncertain environment, it is very difficult to measure the entropy of quantum information system, because there is no effective method to model the randomness. First, different from the traditional classic uncertainty, a quantum uncertain model is proposed to simulate a quantum information system under uncertain environment, and to simplify the entropy measurement of quantum information system. Second, different from the classic random seed under uncertain environment which is often called as pseudo-random number, here the quantum random is employed to provide us a true random model for the entropy of quantum information system. Third, the complex interaction and entangling activity of uncertain factors of quantum information is modeled as quantum binary instead of classic binary, which can help us to evaluate the entropy of uncertain environment, to analyze the entropy divergence in quantum information system. This work presents a non-classic risk factor measurement for quantum information system and a helpful entropy measurement.

An image Encryption Method Based on Quantum Fourier Transformation

The image security problem is an important area in information security, and image encryption plays a vital role in this day. To protect the image encryption from the attack of quantum algorithm appeared recently, an image encryption method based on quantum Fourier transformation is proposed here. First, the image encryption and Fourier transformation are discussed here, then a encryption function is proposed. Second, a quantum Fourier transformation is introduced to quantum encryption, and the full step of quantum encryption is given as well. Third, the security of the proposed quantum encryption if analyzed, and some propositions are also presented. Lastly, some conclusions are indicated and some possible directions are also listed.

Background:Norepinephrine infusion decreases hypotension after spinal anesthesia during cesarean *** study aimed to compare the efficacy of norepinephrine infusion and ephedrine bolus against post-spinal hypotension in ***:in this double-blinded,randomized controlled clinical trial,parturients scheduled for elective cesarean section were randomly allocated to receive norepinephrine infusion(0.05μg·kg^(-1)·min^(-1))just before spinal anesthesia continuing for 30 min or ephedrine bolus(0.15 mg/kg)just before spinal anesthesia.A rescue bolus(5μg norepinephrine for the norepinephrine group,and 5 mg ephedrine for the ephedrine group)was administered whenever hypotension *** primary outcome was the incidence of hypotension within 30 min of spinal anesthesia *** outcomes included maternal and neonatal outcomes 30 min after spinal block,and neonatal cerebral oxygenation 10 min after ***:in total,190 patients were enrolled;of these patients,177 were included in the final *** patients suffered hypotension in the norepinephrine group than in the ephedrine group(29.5%vs.44.9%,odds ratio[OR]:0.51,95%confidence interval[Ci]:0.28-0.95,P=0.034).Moreover,the tachycardia frequency was lower in the norepinephrine group than in the ephedrine group(OR:0.22,95%Ci:0.11-0.44,Pients suffered less nausea and vomiting(OR:0.28,95%Ci:0.11-0.70,P=0.004).There was no difference in Apgar scores and umbilical arterial blood gas analysis between the two ***,neonatal cerebral regional saturations were significantly higher after birth in the norepinephrine group than in the ephedrine group(mean difference:2.0%,95%Ci:0.55%-3.45%,P=0.008).Conclusion:in patients undergoing elective cesarean section with spinal anesthesia,norepinephrine infusion compared to ephedrine bolus resulted in less hypotension and tachycardia,and exhibited potential neonatal benefits.

iNTRODUCTiONAn adverse drug reaction （ADR） is unintended injuries caused by the drug at normal doses during normal use. ADR monitoring is a long-term work of medical institutions. Medical institutions at all levels have their corresponding requirements of reporting ADRs.i On December 12, 2010, the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People＇s Republic of China issued the ＂administration of adverse drug reaction report and monitoring＂. The aims were to enhance drug postmarketing surveillance, standardize ADR monitoring and reporting, and control drug risks in a timely and effective manner to ensure the safety of patients.

Deep neural network-assisted computed tomography diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes from gastric cancer

Background:Artificial intelligence-assisted image recognition technology is currently able to detect the target area of an image and fetch information to make classifications according to target *** study aimed to use deep neural netAVorks for computed tomography(CT)diagnosis of perigastric metastatic lymph nodes(PGMLNs)to simulate the recognition of lymph nodes by radiologists,and to acquire more accurate identification ***:A total of 1371 images of suspected lymph node metastasis from enhanced abdominal CT scans were identified and labeled by radiologists and were used with 18,780 original images for faster region-based convolutional neural networks(FR-CNN)deep *** identification results of 6000 random CT images from 100 gastric cancer patients by the FR-CNN were compared with results obtained from radiologists in terms of their identification ***,1004 CT images with metastatic lymph nodes that had been post-operatively confirmed by pathological examination and 11,340 original images were used in the identification and learning processes described *** same 6000 gastric cancer CT images were used for the verification,according to which the diagnosis results were ***:in the initial group,precision-recall curves were generated based on the precision rates,the recall rates of nodule classes of the training set and the validation set;the mean average precision(mAP)value was *** verify the results of the initial learning group,the receiver operating characteristic curves was generated,and the corresponding area under the curve(AUC)value was calculated as *** the second phase of precise learning,all the indicators were improved,and the mAP and AUC values were 0.7801 and 0.9541,***:Through deep learning,FR-CNN achieved high judgment effectiveness and recognition accuracy for CT diagnosis of PGMLNs.

Beliefs and Practices Regarding Spirituality as a Healthcare Strategy

Objective: This study examined the perceptions and practices of medical personnel regarding the spirituality in the treatment management plan of their patients. Methods: A spirituality survey was administered to doctors and nurses, soliciting responses about their beliefs and willingness to include spirituality practices in treating patients within their facility. Respondents were asked to give their views on daily practices regarding the use of spirituality in patient care and patient response to treatment. Results: The doctors’ responses suggest that they believe that solutions to medical problems, patient recovery, and coping are related to mind and body stress issues that surgery and drugs may not necessarily cure. The emphasis on self-care for some of these medical problems can put the patient back in control and eliminate the use of excessive drugs in the treatment process. Chances for health and well being of patients are improved if good medical practices are combined with a strong mental and psychological disposition to provide a vital foundation for directly confronting diseases. Conclusion: Spiritual engagement helps to support a psychological outlook that is necessary for fighting diseases and coping adequately with life’s tragedies. This approach provides a well-balanced attack on disease and increases the patient’s chances of coping and surviving.
