OBJECTiVE:To summarize the potential characteristics of convalescent patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COViD-19)in China based on emerging clinical tongue data and guide the treatment and recovery of COViD-19 patients from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine tongue ***:in this study,we developed and validated radiomics-based and lab-based methods as a novel approach to provide individualized pretreatment evaluation by analyzing different features to mine the orderliness behind tongue data of convalescent *** addition,this study analyzed the tongue features of convalescent patients from clinical tongue qualitative values,including thick and thin,fur,peeling,fat and lean,tooth marks and cracked,and greasy and putrid ***:We included 2164 tongue images in total(34%from day 0,35.4%from day 14 and 30.6%from day 28)from convalescent *** significance results are shown as ***,as the recovery time prolongs,the L average values of tongue and coat decrease from 60.21 to 57.18 and from 60.06 to 57.03 ***,the decrease of abnormality rate of tongue coat,included greasy tongue fur,putrid fur,teeth-mark,thick-thin fur,are of significant statistical difference(Pirdly,the average value of gray-level cooccurrence matrices increases from 0.173 to 0.194,the average value of entropy increases from 0.606 to 0.665,the average value of inverse difference normalized decrease from 0.981 to 0.979,and the average value of dissimilarity decrease from 0.1576 to *** details of other radiomics features are describe in results ***:Our experiment shows that patients in different recovery periods have a relationship with quantitative values of tongue images,including L color space of the tongue and coat radiomics features *** relationship can help clinical doctors master the recovery and health of patients as soon as possible and improve their understanding of the potential me

in the process of economic development, government uses the "visible hand" to achieve macroeconomic regulation and control for "market failure", which has been common knowledge among people after World War ii. Comparing policy and means adopted by Chinese and foreign governments in macro regulation and control, we can see that the choice is different in different historical periods and the change of emphasis in macro regulation and control policy and means has the convergence tendency. We can make the following conclusion from research of the change rules of macro regulation and control means in the market economic condition of Chinese and foreign governments: supply-side structural reform in China complies with the basic rules of development of market economy.

The Application of Support Vector Machines to Gas Turbine Performance Diagnosis

SVMs（support vector machines） is a new artificial intelligence methodology derived from Vapnik＇s statistical learning theory, which has better generalization than artificial neural network. A Csupport vector classifiers Based Fault Diagnostic Model （CBFDM） which gives the 3 most possible fault causes is constructed in this paper. Five fold cross validation is chosen as the method of model selection for CBFDM. The simulated data are generated from PW4000-94 engine influence coefficient matrix at cruise, and the results show that the diagnostic accuracy of CBFDM is over 93 % even when the standard deviation of noise is 3 times larger than the normal. This model can also be used for other diagnostic problems.

Review of borophene and its potential applications

Since two-dimensional boron sheet (borophene) synthesized on Ag substrates in 2015, research on borophene has grown fast in the fields of condensed matter physics, chemistry, material science, and nanotechnology. Due to the unique physical and chemical properties, borophene has various potential applications. in this review, we summarize the progress on borophene with a particular emphasis on the recent advances. First, we introduce the phases of borophene by experimental synthesis and theoretical predictions. Then, the physical and chemical properties, such as mechanical, thermal, electronic, optical and superconducting properties are summarized. We also discuss in detail the utilization of the borophene for wide ranges of potential application among the alkali metal ion batteries, Li-S batteries, hydrogen storage, supercapacitor, sensor and catalytic in hydrogen evolution, oxygen reduction, oxygen evolution, and CO2 electroreduction reaction. Finally, the challenges and outlooks in this promising field are featured on the basis of its current development.

The thesis of this essay is that in this conversation among traditions we will find a rather stark contrast between a Confucian emphasis on the cultivation of a personal wisdom and social intelligence that is captured in the familiar expression"inner sageliness and outer kingliness内聖外王,"and a sustained Western concern for integrity and principled living that might be represented by Kant’s notion of impersonal reason and obedience to the"moral law."Were we to appeal to Sinitic languages,we might encapsulate this difference in the contrast between礼and法,between the vision of a moral life grounded in reverence for family and community relations, and one’s moral duty to comply with what is right and just.

Failure to prevent medication errors: We need smarter nearly error proof systems

Purpose: To determine if nurses are able to identify medication errors that have the potential to bypass computer physician order entry (CPOE) and smart ordering systems. Background: Medical care systems employ computer “smart” systems to reduce medication errors by using artificial intelligence (preprogrammed methods of decision support and error reduction). However, these systems are not perfect and they can be bypassed. Nurses who carry out the order represent the last check point in error prevention prior to the administration of medication orders. Methods: A paper exercise was created with 513 physician orders. Nurses were asked to indicate whether they would carry out the order, refuse to carry out the order, consult a pharmacist for clarification, or carry out the order with special precautions. Nurses were given the option of using any nursing or medical reference. Results: The rate of correctly identifying 23 of the contraindicated orders was low. Both experienced and inexperienced nurses had high rates of not identifying the errors despite similar use of references and requests for assistance from pharmacists. Conclusions: This study demonstrates that if an error escapes a smart system, nurses were able to identify most of these errors, but not all of these. The current system features high stress, self-esteem issues, time pressure, high volume, and high risk. The system must change radically to meet the public’s expectations of being nearly error free which can only be achieved with smarter systems that are more resistant to human errors.

Constructive Cognition as Positive Behaviour

Emotion and cognition are inter-related variable influenced by environment and individual constructive ability. Review of researches done in this area would help in understanding of emotional bearing and influence on human behaviour. This is intended to explore in the present paper. Emotion plays an important role in constructive cognition. it is found that academic goal pursuit among young adolescents depends much on their emotional intelligence and adaptive skills. How one finds the immediate environment as supportive or oppressive will depend on the individual constructive cognition and influence future actions in dealing with the situation. Recent years, it has witnessed a revival of research in the interplay between cognition and emotion. Emotion theorists have recognized the pivotal role of cognitive factors in virtually all aspects of the emotion process. They rely on basic cognitive factors and insight in creating new models of affective space. Also, the successful application of cognitive therapies to affective disorders has prompted clinical psychologists to work towards a clearer understanding of the connections between cognitive processes and emotional problems. An analytical review of studies is presented to explain individual differences in cognitive achievement and emotional adaptation in adolescents. Gender differences, culture, and school environment are studied as independent variables. Development of cognitive psychology and neuroscience in the areas of cognitive and emotional behaviour made many contributions to the understanding of the positive and negative correlates of human behaviour, neural processes, and their implications in the daily lives of the people. Based on these new challenges and emerging nuances of positive psychology, the present paper deals with empirical data-based researches in the area of development of constructive cognition in shaping positive behaviour and healthy society.

Research on Solar Simulation System for Test of Solar Radiation Measuring instrument

Since traditional solar simulators are mainly applied to spacecraft and photovoltaic industry,they are not suitable for solar radiation measuring instrument test. Therefore,a deep research is carried out on solar simulators to test of solar radiation measuring instrument,so that obtain the requirements of performance test of solar radiation measuring instrument. With a combination of the requirements for national regulations of metrological verification and performance test of pyranometer and pyrheliometer,it lays emphasis on the research of design methods for improving radiation uniformity and stability of solar simulators; it also focuses on design methods of multidimensional detection workbench,which achieves different detection of solar radiation. After practical test,solar irradiation is within Φ60 mm; irradiation non-uniformity is better than ±0.8%; instability is better than ±0.72%;rotating angle precision is better than 0.09°. Then,solar simulator is used to carry out pyranometer sensitivity test,pyranometer directional response test,pyranometer tilt response test and non-linearity test for radiation instruments. Test results showthat the solar simulator meets the testing requirements of solar radiation measuring instruments.

ENSO is the strongest interannual signal in the global climate system with worldwide climatic, ecological and societal impacts. Over the past decades, the research about ENSO prediction and predictability has attracted broad attention. With the development of coupled models, the improvement in initialization schemes and the progress in theoretical studies, ENSO has become the most predictable climate mode at the time scales from months to seasons. This paper reviews in detail the progress in ENSO predictions and predictability studies achieved in recent years. An emphasis is placed on two fundamental issues: the improvement in practical prediction skills and progress in the theoretical study of the intrinsic predictability limit. The former includes progress in the couple models, data assimilations, ensemble predictions and so on, and the latter focuses on efforts in the study of the optimal error growth and in the estimate of the intrinsic predictability limit.
