COViD-19 is a global pandemic disease,which results from a dangerous coronavirus attack,and spreads aggressively through close contacts with infected people and *** far,there is not any prescribed line of treatment for COViD-19 *** to control the disease are very limited,partly due to the lack of knowledge about technologies which could be effectively used for early detection and control the *** detection of positive cases is critical in preventing further spread,achieving the herd immunity,and saving ***,so far we do not have effective toolkits to diagnose very early detection of the *** research findings have suggested that radiology images,such as X-rays,contain significant information to detect the presence of COViD-19 virus in early ***,to detect the presence of the disease in in very early stages from the X-ray images by the naked eye is not *** intelligence(Ai)techniques,machine learning in particular,are known to be very helpful in accurately diagnosing many diseases from radiology *** paper proposes an automatic technique to classify COViD-19 patients from their computerized tomography(CT)scan *** technique is known as Advanced inception based Recurrent Residual Convolution Neural Network(AiRRCNN),which uses machine learning techniques for classifying *** focus on the Advanced inception based Recurrent Residual Convolution Neural Network,because we do not find it being used in the ***,we conduct principal component analysis,which is used for dimensional *** results of our method have demonstrated an accuracy of about 99%,which is regarded to be very efficient.

Metasequoia （Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng） is an important but endangered tree species. in a sense, the course of protection of the metasequoia can be considered a miniature of the history of the protection of rare Chinese plants over the past 50 years. The approval and establishment of the National Class Nature Reserve for metasequoia is a milestone in this course. A thorough understanding of this course is beneficial to design the correct future protection plans and for taking effective measures. in this paper the entire protection course of metasequoia is reviewed, three detailed measures are proposed according to the present situation and existing problems and discussed as follows. 1） We should reinforce unceasingly the establishment of National Nature Reserves of metasequoia, put emphasis on the protection of the original natural mother trees （ONMTs） of metasequoia, design far- sighted projects to protect the ONMTs and strictly implement and enforce the regulations or laws regarding the protection of meta- sequoia. The establishment and functions of the organization should meet the demands of protecting the ONMTs and developing metasequoias. The budget should support and the quality of the personnel assigned to this task should satisfy the protection and de- velopment of the ONMTs. We should also promote the complete protection of the ONMTs at the same time and strengthen the pro- tection and restoration of the ONMTs and their ecosystem in the Xiaohe valley, Lichuan County, Hubei Province, one of the natural concentration areas of ONMTs in the world. 2） A gene bank should be established for comprehensive protection of the genes of ex- isting original mother trees of metasequoia. 3） The key is to study the theoretical fundamentals of restoration and re-establishment of natural vegetation of metasequoia in the Xiaohe valley to harmonize the relation among environmental departments, forestry sectors, academies of sciences and other educational or resea

Driven by the global model,Beijing Climate Center Climate System Model version 1.1(BCC_CSM1.1),climate change over China in the 21st century is simulated by a regional climate model(RegCM4.0)under the new emission scenarios of the Representative Concentration Pathways—RCP4.5 and *** is based on a period of transient simulations from 1950 to2099,with a grid spacing of 50 *** present paper focuses on the annual mean temperature and precipitation in China over this period,with emphasis on their future *** of model performance reveals marked improvement of the RegCM4.0 model in reproducing present day temperature and precipitation relative to the driving BCC_CSM1.1 *** warming is simulated by both BCC_CSM1.1 and RegCM4.0,however,spatial distribution and magnitude differ between the *** high emission scenario RCP8.5 results in greater warming compared to *** two models project different precipitation changes,characterized by a general increase in the BCC_CSM1.1,and broader areas with decrease in the RegCM4.0 simulations.

Based on the development status and development characteristics of the "left-behind" children, we analyze the current situation of the "left-behind" children's values education in China. After studying the training methods and mode of young people's values in the US and Europe, we reflect on the "left-behind" children's values education in China, and point out the following deficiencies in the "left-behind" children's values education in China: the traditional Chinese culture is at the ebb, and socialist core values have not received close attention, being developed sluggishly; the educational content is stale and the method is single; the rise of science education leads to the decline of humanities education, hindering comprehensive human development. We draw the following precious experience from the values education in the UK and the US for the "left-behind" children's values education in China: laying great emphasis on humanities education, to promote comprehensive human development; seeking and reshaping the mainstream values under plural values; giving full play to the social forces, to promote the development of the "left-behind" children's values education.

Analyzing the structure and function of the brain's neural network is critical for identifying the working principles of the brain and the mechanisms of brain *** rabies viral vectors allow for the retrograde labeling of projection neurons and cell type-specific trans-monosynaptic tracing,making these vectors powerful candidates for the dissection of synaptic *** several attenuated rabies viral vectors have been developed,their application in studies of functional networks is hindered by the long preparation cycle and low yield of these *** overcome these limitations,we developed an improved production system for the rapid rescue and preparation of a high-titer CVS-N2c-ΔG *** results showed that the new CVS-N2c-ΔG-based toolkit performed remarkably:(1)N2cG-coated CVS-N2c-ΔG allowed for efficient retrograde access to projection neurons that were unaddressed by rAAV9-Retro,and the efficiency was six times higher than that of rAAV9-Retro;(2)the trans-monosynaptic efficiency of oG-mediated CVS-N2c-ΔG was 2–3 times higher than that of oG-mediated SAD-B19-ΔG;(3)CVS-N2c-ΔG could delivery modified genes for neural activity monitoring,and the time window during which this was maintained was 3 weeks;and(4)CVS-N2c-ΔG could express sufficient recombinases for efficient transgene *** findings demonstrate that new CVS-N2c-ΔG-based toolkit may serve as a versatile tool for structural and functional studies of neural circuits.

＜正＞Web-based negotiation support system not only should provide the convenience for communication, but also give efficient solution in reasonable time to eliminate conflict and improve the success probability of the ***,in this paper, we construct a multi object combination optimization model that can be handled easily by genetic algorithm for the negotiation problem first,and then, considering the global convergence,concurrency features,we use a new genetic algorithm that hybridize local meta heuristic mechanism to speed the search process,improve the efficiency and overcome shortcomings such as the premature and lacking of diversity ***,we give an example to demonstrate that the proposed method is feasible and efficient.

Ketamine, a rapid-acting antidepressant drug, has been used to treat major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder(BD). Recent studies have shown that ketamine may increase the potential risk of treatment-induced mania in patients. Ketamine has also been applied to establish animal models of mania. At present, however, the underlying mechanism is still unclear. in the current study, we found that chronic lithium exposure attenuated ketamine-induced mania-like behavior and c-Fos expression in the medial prefrontal cortex(mPFC) of adult male mice. Transcriptome sequencing was performed to determine the effect of lithium administration on the transcriptome of the PFC in ketamine-treated mice, showing inactivation of the phosphoinositide 3-kinase(Pi3K)-protein kinase B(AKT) signaling pathway. Pharmacological inhibition of AKT signaling by MK2206(40 mg/kg), a selective AKT inhibitor, reversed ketamine-induced ***, selective knockdown of AKT via AAVAKT-sh RNA-EGFP in the mPFC also reversed ketamine-induced mania-like behavior. importantly,pharmacological activation of AKT signaling by SC79(40 mg/kg), an AKT activator, contributed to mania in low-dose ketamine-treated mice. inhibition of Pi3K signaling by LY294002(25 mg/kg), a specific Pi3K inhibitor, reversed the mania-like behavior in ketamine-treated mice. However, pharmacological inhibition of mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)signaling with rapamycin(10 mg/kg), a specific mTOR inhibitor, had no effect on ketamine-induced mania-like behavior. These results suggest that chronic lithium treatment ameliorates ketamine-induced mania-like behavior via the Pi3K-AKT signaling pathway, which may be a novel target for the development of BD treatment.
