Obesity, which bring a great perplex to family and society, has significant contribution to the risk of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other comorbidities. In past four decades, the incidence of obesity has been on the alarming rise and so far about a third of the world's adults are affected by obesity. Due to the side effects and adverse reactions of drug treatment, obesity patients tend to select non-drug treatment. The present review summarizes the non-drug treatment of obesity in recent years, including acupuncture, exercise, surgery, lifestyle intervention and psychological guidance, to summarize their underlying mechanism and provide further guidance for clinical practitioners. Auricular acupuncture was proved to have the positively influence in Ghrelin, a novel obesity-related peptide hormone. Exercise could treat obesity by reducing the inflammatory factors associated with obesity. Furthermore, obesity surgery can not only reduce fat intake and nutrient absorption, but also inhibit the generation of Neuropeptide Y (NPY) by increasing the secretion of Peptide YY (PYY). Besides, breaking down psychological and behavioral barriers to lifestyle treatment of obesity will have a significant effect.

Whereas a rich literature exists for estimating population genetic divergence, metrics of phenotypic trait divergence are lacking, particularly for comparing multiple traits among three or more populations. Here, we review and analyze via simulation Hedges’g, a widely used parametric estimate of effect size. Our analyses indicate thatgis sensitive to a combination of unequal trait variances and unequal sample sizes among populations and to changes in the scale of measurement. We then go on to derive and explain a new, non-parametric distance measure, “Δp”, which is calculated based upon a joint cumulative distribution function (CDF) from all populations under study. More precisely,distances are measured in terms of the percentiles in this CDF at which each population’s median lies. Δpcombines many desirable features of other distance metrics into a single metric; namely, compared to other metrics,pis relatively insensitive to unequal variances and sample sizes among the populations sampled. Furthermore, a key feature of Δp—and our main motivation for developing it—is that it easily accommodatessimultaneous comparisons of any number of traits across any number of populations. To exemplify its utility, we employ Δpto address a question related to the role of sexual selection in speciation: are sexual signals more divergent than ecological traits in closely related taxa? Using traits of known function in closely related populations, we show that traits predictive of reproductive performance are, indeed, more divergent and more sexually dimorphic than traits related to ecological adaptation.

目的:本研究探讨通过测量微循环相关指标客观衡量针刺效果的可能性,中医寒证针刺治疗前毛细血管灌注状态的意义,以及微循环相关指标在未来中医诊断中的意义。方法:本研究为前瞻性、非对照、不设盲临床研究。研究共纳入32例股骨骨折手术后的老年患者。这些患者均接受施于胃经梁丘穴的"豹斑点刺"针刺治疗。针刺治疗前后使用白光光谱学及激光多普勒测量微循环相关指标如血流速率、血流量、血红蛋白含量、氧饱和度等。结果:股骨骨折后,根据血流量的不同,患者被分为两组,即高灌注组和低灌注组。低灌注组的毛细血管血流量及血流速率在针刺治疗后明显增加,而高灌注组则无明显改变。如果不考虑患者在针刺治疗前的灌注状态,则统计分析表明所有患者针刺治疗前后的灌注状态均无明显改变,因此针刺的作用可能被患者的异质性所掩盖。结论:微循环相关指标对于客观衡量针刺的治疗效果及描述针刺治疗前的营养性功能以均衡比较组之间的差异有重要意义。在本试验中,局部寒证(腿部的毛细血管低灌注)可以通过针刺补气血的胃经梁丘穴得到显著改善,而在热证组(毛细血管高灌注)未见明显改变。未来的研究可以通过将中医营养参数测量的营养状态与中医诊断中的主要证候相联系而得到更多结论。

From April to July 2018,a data sample at the peak energy of the T(4 S) resonance was collected with the Belle Ⅱ detector at the SuperKEKB electron-positron *** is the first data sample of the Belle Ⅱ *** Bhabha and digamma events,we measure the integrated luminosity of the data sample to be(496.3±0.3±3.0) pb-1,where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is *** work provides a basis for future luminosity measurements at Belle Ⅱ.

In today’s stressful society, mental diseases such as adjustment disorder, affective disorders including anxiety and depression, and chronic fatigue syndrome could be attributed to social stress and are considered as serious social problems. It has been long known in the acupuncture and moxibustion therapies in Japan and China that stimulation at Zhongwan and Taichong points have effects on stress-related anxiety and depression. In the present study, we therefore tested the effect of peripheral mild-heat stimulation at Zhongwan and Taichong on anxiety and brain biochemistry using a mouse model of chronic social stress. Male ddY mice (4 weeks old) were stressed by isolated rearing for 6 weeks. They received mild-heat stimulation (43℃?for 5 min) at Zhongwan and Taichong under isoflurane anesthesia after 4 weeks of the social isolation 3 times a week for 2 weeks, using the “Stress Free Apparatus” (Ryoken Co., Ltd). Control mice received only isoflurane anesthesia. Group-reared mice also underwent the same stimulus/anesthesia sessions. Two days after the last peripheral heat stimulation, anxiety was determined by the light/dark box test as the time spent in the light compartment and the number of transfer between the light and dark compartments. Before and after the last stimulation, blood was collected from an artery at the back of the eye, and serum corticosterone, immunoglobulin E (IgE) which was an index of the inflammatory immune system, and interleukin 6 (IL-6) were measured using ELISA Kit. The frontal cortex was collected after the behavioral test, and the dopamine and serotonin contents were measured also by ELISA Kit. A significant decrease of the time spent in the light compartment was observed after the isolated rearing (p < 0.01). Mild-heat stimulation significantly increased the time spent in the light compartment, indicating an anti-anxiety effect. 旅游碳补偿对推行低碳旅游、构建低碳社会有重要意义,其核心是旅游者碳补偿行为。文章基于江西省11个典型森林公园1686份旅游者有效调查样本数据,通过相关分析、因子分析、Logistic回归分析等统计分析法,对森林旅游者碳补偿决策行为及其影响因素进行实证分析。结果显示:决策行为与压力惧怕、制度担心、生境焦虑、未来信心、有用性、成本态度、自我投入、社会责任等因素有关,并据此构建了旅游者碳补偿决策行为预测模型。

转化医学是医学研究的一个分支,试图在基础研究与临床医疗之间建立更直接的联系,并将基础研究的成果转化成为实际患者提供的真正治疗手段。疾病的病因主要包括遗传因素(内因)和环境因素(外因)。先前探索疾病的病因主要聚焦在寻找外因,其中胃炎和胃溃疡病因的发现是寻找疾病外因的经典案例。随着人类对遗传物质的深入认识,发现遗传因素在人类疾病中也起着重要作用。既往"定位克隆"和"定位候选克隆"的方法是研究孟德尔遗传模式疾病和复杂疾病遗传学基础、发现疾病致病基因的主要方法,并发现了一批有价值的疾病易感基因/区域。随着研究技术的发展,人们对人类基因组的认识不断加深。在人类基因组计划(HGP)和国际人类基因组单体型图计划(HapMap)计划推动下,基因分型和测序技术得到了迅猛发展,高通量基因分型和测序被广泛用于疾病易感基因的搜寻。安徽医科大学研究团队在皮肤病遗传学研究领域做出了重大贡献,获得了广泛的认可。该团队利用连锁分析、候选基因研究、全基因组关联研究(GWAS)、外显子组测序和靶向测序在皮肤病遗传学领域取得了丰硕成果,发现了许多单基因病和复杂疾病的易感基因/致病基因。这些研究成果大大加深了对相关疾病遗传学发病机制的认识,为疾病的诊断、预防和治疗和与遗传有关疾病的科学根据及手段,从而对改善人类健康素质做出贡献。
